本发明公开了一种隔音汽车内饰用发泡地毯的生产工艺,具体生产工艺步骤为:调试模具的气路和水路,点检发泡机,设定模温机的温度,将发泡机的主缸压力调整为8Mpa‑12Mpa,模温机温度设为55‑60度;在发泡机的下模均匀涂上一层脱模剂;将薄的无纺布放在模具上,确认无误打开启动按钮,合模自动吸附聚氨酯制成发泡层;在发泡机中混合加入A料和B料,A料为异氰酸酯,B料为组合聚醚,其中A料:B料为1.75:1,在B料中加入黑色色浆;将下模移动至发泡机出口,注入发泡料,注料压力为100bar‑200bar,注料数量为3250g‑3450g,注料时间为12s‑14s;注料结束,进行保压,保压时间为180s‑220s,本发明生产的地毯密度高,质量轻,隔音效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件生产工艺领域,特别涉及一种隔音汽车内饰用发泡地毯的生产工艺。
背景技术
CN201510540676发明提供了一种发泡地毯的生产工艺、生产设备和发泡冲切模具,其中,所述发泡地毯的生产工艺包括利用发泡冲切模具进行的发泡冲切工序,该发泡冲切工序包括:对所述发泡冲切模具中的地毯本体进行注料以在所述地毯本体上形成发泡层,以及利用所述发泡冲切模具切割所述地毯本体以形成规整的发泡地毯半成品。
该工艺生产出的发泡地毯不具有隔音效果,生产效率不高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔音汽车内饰用发泡地毯的生产工艺,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种隔音汽车内饰用发泡地毯的生产工艺,具体生产工艺步骤为:
(1)调试模具的气路和水路,点检发泡机,设定模温机的温度,将发泡机的主缸压力调整为8Mpa-12Mpa,模温机温度设为55-60度;
(2)在发泡机的下模均匀涂上一层脱模剂;
(3)将薄的无纺布放在模具上,确认无误打开启动按钮,合模自动吸附聚氨酯制成发泡层;
(4)在发泡机中混合加入A料和B料,A料为异氰酸酯,B料为组合聚醚,其中A料:B料为1.75:1,在B料中加入黑色色浆;
(5)将下模移动至发泡机出口,注入发泡料,注料压力为100bar-200bar,注料数量为3250g-3450g,注料时间为12s-14s;
(6)注料结束,进行保压,保压时间为180s-220s。
优选的,所述发泡机包括料罐、计量泵、过滤器、压缩空气干燥系统、送料系统、混合头和电控系统。
优选的,所述过滤器的过滤精度小于100μ。
优选的,合模动作时间为4s-7s。
优选的,注料采用工业机器人自动注料。
优选的,所述脱模剂选用EVA脱模剂,可根据实际情况选择,涂抹脱模剂的时间应控制在20s内。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明的一种隔音汽车内饰用发泡地毯的生产工艺,本工艺相比传统工艺,具有效率高成本低的优点,生产出的发泡地毯,密度高,质量轻,隔音效果优良。

下面为本发明的优选实施方式。
实施例一:
一种隔音汽车内饰用发泡地毯的生产工艺,具体生产工艺步骤为:
(1)调试模具的气路和水路,点检发泡机,设定模温机的温度,将发泡机的主缸压力调整为10Mpa,模温机温度设为55度;
(2)在发泡机的下模均匀涂上一层脱模剂;
(3)将薄的无纺布放在模具上,确认无误打开启动按钮,合模自动吸附聚氨酯制成发泡层;
(4)在发泡机中混合加入A料和B料,A料为异氰酸酯,B料为组合聚醚,其中A料:B料为1.75:1,在B料中加入黑色色浆;
(5)将下模移动至发泡机出口,注入发泡料,注料压力为100bar,注料数量为3250g,注料时间为12s;
(6)注料结束,进行保压,保压时间为180s。

(4)在发泡机中混合加入A料和B料,A料为异氰酸酯,B料为组合聚醚,其中A料:B料为1.75:1,在B料中加入黑色色浆;
(5)将下模移动至发泡机出口,注入发泡料,注料压力为150bar,注料数量为3450g,注料时间为14s;
(6)注料结束,进行保压,保压时间为200s。
本工艺中的发泡机包括料罐、计量泵、过滤器、压缩空气干燥系统、送料系统、混合头和电控系统,过滤器的过滤精度小于100μ,保证稳定的混合压力,合模动作时间为4s,注料采用工业机器人自动注料,效率高,注料量准确,脱模剂选用EVA脱模剂,可根据实际情况选择,涂抹脱模剂的时间应控制在20s内,提高效率。
基于上述,本发明结构的一种隔音汽车内饰用发泡地毯的生产工艺,本工艺相比传统工艺,具有效率高成本低的优点,生产出的发泡地毯,密度高,质量轻,隔音效果优良。

1.一种隔音汽车内饰用发泡地毯的生产工艺,具体生产工艺步骤为:
(1)调试模具的气路和水路,点检发泡机,设定模温机的温度,将发泡机的主缸压力调整为8Mpa-12Mpa,模温机温度设为55-60度;
(2)在发泡机的下模均匀涂上一层脱模剂;
(3)将薄的无纺布放在模具上,确认无误打开启动按钮,合模自动吸附聚氨酯制成发泡层;
(4)在发泡机中混合加入A料和B料,A料为异氰酸酯,B料为组合聚醚,其中A料:B料为1.75:1,在B料中加入黑色色浆;
(5)将下模移动至发泡机出口,注入发泡料,注料压力为100bar-200bar,注料数量为3250g-3450g,注料时间为12s-14s;
(6)注料结束,进行保压,保压时间为180s-220s。
