Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合板的制造方法,它涉及复合板技术领域,它的制造流程如下:步骤一:制作PVC发泡层;步骤二:挤出成型:将步骤一发泡的材料通过挤塑机挤出,并通过冷却机冷却成型;步骤三:压合:将步骤二挤出成型的PVC发泡层上面通过滚涂机均匀快速涂上PUR热熔胶,然后叠加实木木皮,叠加后通过冷压机压合10-20分钟而成型;步骤四:滚涂:将步骤三压合成型的PVC发泡层的实木木皮上面滚涂上水性漆,然后再滚涂上UV漆,并通过UV灯烤干;步骤五:检验:将步骤四中滚涂后是复合板进行正反面检验,检验合格的进行包装入库;本发明既能节约成本,且高档实用,具有静音效的果,可用作地板、墙面装饰板、门板、天花板等场合。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种复合板的制造方法,属于复合板技术领域。
背景技术:
复合板材指的是由两种或者两种以上的材料组合而成的板材。实际上,针对与不同材质的板材,复合板材的概念和制作方法也不同。在日常生活中,经常用到的以金属复合板材、木塑复合板材和玻璃钢复合板材为主。
现有的复合板制造成本高,而且制造时间长,质量差,使用寿命短,操作复杂。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合板的制造方法。
本发明的一种复合板的制造方法,它的制造流程如下:
步骤一:制作PVC发泡层:将PVC材料、碳酸钙、复合发泡剂、稳定剂、抗冲剂、发泡调节剂和润滑剂物料加入混合机内混合,混合时间为10-30分钟,混合均匀后通过发泡机进行加热发泡,加热温度为100-200℃;
步骤二:挤出成型:将步骤一发泡的材料通过挤塑机挤出,并通过冷却机冷却成型;
步骤三:压合:将步骤二挤出成型的PVC发泡层上面通过滚涂机均匀快速涂上PUR热熔胶,然后叠加实木木皮,叠加后通过冷压机压合10-20分钟而成型;
步骤四:滚涂:将步骤三压合成型的PVC发泡层的实木木皮上面滚涂上水性漆,然后再滚涂上UV漆,并通过UV灯烤干;
步骤五:检验:将步骤四中滚涂后是复合板进行正反面检验,检验合格的进行包装入库。
作为优选,所述的冷却机为风冷冷却机或者水冷冷却机。
本发明的有益效果为:既能节约成本,且高档实用,具有静音效的果,可用作地板、墙面装饰板、门板、天花板等场合。
具体实施方式:
本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它的制造流程如下:
步骤一:制作PVC发泡层:将PVC材料、碳酸钙、复合发泡剂、稳定剂、抗冲剂、发泡调节剂和润滑剂物料加入混合机内混合,混合时间为20分钟,混合均匀后通过发泡机进行加热发泡,加热温度为100-200℃;
步骤二:挤出成型:将步骤一发泡的材料通过挤塑机挤出,并通过冷却机冷却成型;
步骤三:压合:将步骤二挤出成型的PVC发泡层上面通过滚涂机均匀快速涂上PUR热熔胶(湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶),然后叠加实木木皮,叠加后通过冷压机压合15分钟而成型;
步骤四:滚涂:将步骤三压合成型的PVC发泡层的实木木皮上面滚涂上水性漆,然后再滚涂上UV漆,并通过UV灯烤干;
步骤五:检验:将步骤四中滚涂后是复合板进行正反面检验,检验合格的进行包装入库。
进一步的,所述的冷却机为风冷冷却机或者水冷冷却机。

1.一种复合板的制造方法,其特征在于:它的制造流程如下:
步骤一:制作PVC发泡层:将PVC材料、碳酸钙、复合发泡剂、稳定剂、抗冲剂、发泡调节剂和润滑剂物料加入混合机内混合,混合时间为10-30分钟,混合均匀后通过发泡机进行加热发泡,加热温度为100-200℃;
步骤二:挤出成型:将步骤一发泡的材料通过挤塑机挤出,并通过冷却机冷却成型;
步骤三:压合:将步骤二挤出成型的PVC发泡层上面通过滚涂机均匀快速涂上PUR热熔胶,然后叠加实木木皮,叠加后通过冷压机压合10-20分钟而成型;
步骤四:滚涂:将步骤三压合成型的PVC发泡层的实木木皮上面滚涂上水性漆,然后再滚涂上UV漆,并通过UV灯烤干;
步骤五:检验:将步骤四中滚涂后是复合板进行正反面检验,检验合格的进行包装入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的冷却机为风冷冷却机或者水冷冷却机。
