背景技术
现有的车用材料,材料性能一般,普遍存在原材料配比复杂,使用强度一般,隔热隔音效果一般,加工成本高等问题,不符合实际生产要求。

发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种性能优异,隔热隔音效果好,易加工的车用材料。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种车用隔热隔音材料,按重量份数计,它包括,
(1)EVA树脂 42-64份;
(2)聚醚 25-34份;
(3)异氰酸酯 16-28份;
(4)乙酸乙烯酯 12-20份;
(5)真空陶瓷微珠 5-12份;
(6)可再生分散乳胶粉 3-6份;
(7)玄武岩纤维 1-3份。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过精确的原料配比,使成品材料性能优异,并且配比简单,各组分复配渗透,确保隔热隔音效果好,本产品使用寿命长,易加工,符合实际生产要求。

(1)EVA树脂 60份;
(2)聚醚 32份;
(3)异氰酸酯 24份;
(4)乙酸乙烯酯 17份;
(5)真空陶瓷微珠 9份;
(6)可再生分散乳胶粉 4份;
(7)玄武岩纤维 2份。
本发明通过精确的原料配比,使成品材料性能优异,并且配比简单,各组分复配渗透,确保隔热隔音效果好,本产品使用寿命长,易加工,符合实际生产要求。
