汽车内饰件自结皮发泡工艺涉及一种汽车内饰件发泡工艺。主要是为解决目前汽车内饰件包覆采用搪塑工艺和氟发泡工艺对环境污染严重的问题而发明的。所使用的原料为聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯,聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯的加入重量比为100:58。将脱模剂喷至发泡模具花纹表面并吹干净,在发泡模具花纹表面喷涂一层双组份模内漆,将产品的塑料件骨架平稳放至在模具上模;聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯分别经过管道进入到发泡机的混合头,通过发泡机的内部高压喷雾均匀混合在一起,开始反应,形成“发泡”,上下模具合好后,向模具内注入发泡原料,发泡原料在模腔压力作用下,迅速反应挤压形成自结皮,然后开模取出工件。优点是生产速度快,对环境污染少。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种汽车内饰件发泡工艺。
背景技术:
目前汽车内饰件的包覆工艺有工人手工包覆的,其缺点是费用高,皮革、胶水等材料成本较高,生产速度慢。
还有采用搪塑工艺的,但是搪塑工艺的PVC粉料价格昂贵、生产过程中设备清油加热成本高,PVC加热成型过程中会产生重度浓烟,对环境造成严重污染。
而传统的自结皮发泡工艺的原料为氟发泡,发泡剂为氟利昂“F11”, 由于F11长期破坏臭氧层,增加癌症发病率,且对环境的破坏不可恢复,早在2007年已下令全面禁止使用。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种生产速度快,原料流动性好,生产工艺稳定,产品合格率高的汽车内饰件自结皮发泡工艺。
上述目的是这样实现的:
所使用的原料为聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯,聚醚多元醇由于颜色为白色,行业内称为“白料”;异氰酸酯由于颜色为黑色,行业内称为“黑料”;聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯的加入重量比为100:58。
使用的发泡模具的材质为P20特种钢;
将脱模剂喷至发泡模具花纹表面并吹干净,在发泡模具花纹表面均匀喷涂一层双组份模内漆,将产品的塑料件骨架平稳放至在模具上模;聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯分别经过管道进入到发泡机的混合头,通过发泡机的内部高压喷雾均匀混合在一起,开始反应,形成“发泡”,上下模具合好后,向模具内注入发泡原料,发泡原料在模腔压力作用下,迅速反应挤压形成0.2mm厚的“自结皮”,塑料件骨架和发泡模具上都带有封料边,防止骨架背面不需要有发泡料的地方进料。然后开模取出工件;再向发泡模具内喷涂脱模剂,喷双组份模内漆,安装塑料件骨架,注入发泡原料,如此循环。
双组分模内漆的原料为聚氨脂模内漆和固化剂,聚氨脂模内漆和固化剂的重量比为5:1。双组分模内漆是从市场中购得的。
本发明的优点是:生产速度快,原料流动性好,生产工艺稳定,产品合格率高,对环境污染少。
具体实施方式:

1.汽车内饰件自结皮发泡工艺,其特征是:所使用的原料为聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯,聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯的加入重量比为100:58;
将脱模剂喷至发泡模具花纹表面并吹干净,在发泡模具花纹表面均匀喷涂一层双组份模内漆,将产品的塑料件骨架平稳放至在模具上模;聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯分别经过管道进入到发泡机的混合头,通过发泡机的内部高压喷雾均匀混合在一起,开始反应,形成“发泡”,上下模具合好后,向模具内注入发泡原料,发泡原料在模腔压力作用下,迅速反应挤压形成0.2mm厚的“自结皮”,塑料件骨架和发泡模具上都带有封料边,防止骨架背面不需要有发泡料的地方进料,然后开模取出工件;再向发泡模具内喷涂脱模剂,喷双组份模内漆,安装塑料件骨架,注入发泡原料,如此循环。
