Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车前围板隔音垫的制备工艺,主要步骤为:(1)毛毡层热压成型;(2)EVA层吸塑成型;(3)毛毡层与EVA层粘接;(4)PU发泡成型;(5)PVC海绵层热压成型;(6)超声波焊接;(7)水刀切割。本发明优化了隔音垫制备工艺,使得隔音垫的制备过程速度快、效率高、精度好,由本发明制备出的隔音垫结合了各原材料的优点,吸音性能、隔音性能、隔热性能、耐老化性能等都有很大的提高。

一种汽车前围板隔音垫制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车内饰部件的制备工艺,尤其涉及一种汽车前围板隔音垫制备工艺。
背景技术
随着汽车技术的快速发展,消费者对整车驾驶环境的要求越来越高,各大汽车生产厂也在努力提升汽车整车舒适水平,为防止发动机产生的噪音和热量传入驾驶舱,通常会再发动机机舱部位安装隔音垫。传统工艺中,通常采用吸塑层、发泡层与无纺布层热压复合得到,这种工艺的降噪隔热效果较差,并不能满足客户的要求。
发明内容
为了改善现有技术的缺陷,提供一种能制备出具有良好降噪隔热效果的隔音垫的制备工艺,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种汽车前围板隔音垫制备工艺,步骤如下:
[1]、毛毡层的制备:将毛毡原料置于模具上热压成型,冷却后置于定型工装上,备用;
[2]、EVA层的制备:将EVA方形板放置在烘箱网带的中央位置进行烘干;烘好后的EVA方形板平放在吸塑模具上;吸塑成型后,割去废边,待其冷却,备用;
[3]、热熔胶粘结:将步骤[1]中制备的毛毡层用热熔胶与步骤[2]中制备的EVA层粘结;
[4]、PU发泡层的制备:将步骤[3]中制备好的产品按照模具型面放置在模具上,确保与模具服贴,喷枪将脱模剂均匀喷洒在模具的上模,开始合模注射PU发泡;发泡成型完毕后,备用;
[5]、PVC海绵层的制备:将PVC海绵原料置于模具上热压成型,冷却后备用;
[6]、超声波焊接:将步骤[5]中制备的PVC海绵层通过超声波焊接的方式与步骤[4]中的产品连接;
[7]、水刀切割:将步骤[6]中制备的产品按照模具型面放置在模具上,确保与模具服贴,然后用夹钳夹紧,按照所需外形尺寸进行水刀切割;
进一步的,步骤[1]中毛毡层的热压成型步骤为:将铺放好的材料送入成型模具中,然后加压通水蒸汽,通气时间为5~10s,水蒸汽压力为0.8~1.0MPa,水蒸汽进气时间为8~12s,水蒸汽出气时间为15~20s;通气结束后转移至热压模具,加压使其成型,得到成型半成品;加热保压时间为8~10min,成型温度为170~200℃,成型压力5~8MPa;
进一步的,步骤[4]中,喷涂的PU发泡层采用常规低密度开孔PU泡沫喷涂,喷涂量控制在20g-80g/秒,喷涂时间控制在1-5秒;
进一步的,步骤[5]中PVC海绵层的热压成型步骤为:将铺放好的材料送入成型模具中,然后加压通水蒸汽,通气时间为2~6s,水蒸汽压力为0.5~0.8MPa,水蒸汽进气时间为6~10s,水蒸汽出气时间为15~18s;通气结束后转移至热压模具,加压使其成型,得到成型半成品;加热保压时间为5~7min,成型温度为150~200℃,成型压力3~6MPa;由于PVC海绵层较毛毡层硬度小,所以热压成型时间、压力、温度都略小。
进一步的,步骤[6]中超声波焊接设备采用日本CMC32way,焊接压力为0.2-0.3MPa,保压时间为0.2-0.6s,焊接时间为0.2-0.6s,振幅调节百分比为60%-80%,焊头下降速度为5-8mm/s。
进一步的,步骤[7]中切割水压为20000-30000psi,切割气压为1.0-1.5MPa。
本发明采用热压成型、真空吸塑、注射发泡、超声波焊接以及水刀切割等工艺,不仅提高了产品制备速度、效率,更加提高了精度。热压成型工艺成熟、操作简单;真空吸塑工艺快速高效、对于特殊形状零件制作方便;注射发泡工艺速度快,发泡之后耐用,可以明显提高使用寿命;超声波焊接工艺速度快、强度高、密封性好,解决了发泡残留脱模剂导致的粘结问题。
具体实施方式
通过对各种具体实施工艺参数下的隔音垫成品进行多方面的物理性能测试、化学性能测试以及用户体验调查,得出下列方案为最佳实施例。
制备工艺步骤如下:
[1]、毛毡层的制备:将毛毡原料置于模具上热压成型,步骤为:先将铺放好的材料送入成型模具中,然后加压通水蒸汽,通气时间为8s,水蒸汽压力为0.88MPa,水蒸汽进气时间为10s,水蒸汽出气时间为17s;通气结束后转移至热压模具,加压使其成型,得到成型半成品;加热保压时间为10min,成型温度为180℃,成型压力6.5MPa;冷却后置于定型工装上,备用;
[2]、EVA层的制备:将EVA方形板放置在烘箱网带的中央位置进行烘干;烘好后的EVA方形板平放在吸塑模具上;吸塑成型后,割去废边,待其冷却,备用;
[3]、热熔胶粘结:将步骤[1]中制备的毛毡层用热熔胶与步骤[2]中制备的EVA层粘结;
[4]、PU发泡层的制备:将步骤[3]中制备好的产品按照模具型面放置在模具上,确保与模具服贴,喷枪将脱模剂均匀喷洒在模具的上模,开始合模注射PU发泡;喷涂的PU发泡层采用常规低密度开孔PU泡沫喷涂,喷涂量控制在50秒,喷涂时间控制在3秒;发泡成型完毕后,备用;
[5]、PVC海绵层的制备:将PVC海绵原料置于模具上热压成型,步骤为:先将铺放好的材料送入成型模具中,然后加压通水蒸汽,通气时间为3s,水蒸汽压力为0.5MPa,水蒸汽进气时间为6s,水蒸汽出气时间为15s;通气结束后转移至热压模具,加压使其成型,得到成型半成品;加热保压时间为6min,成型温度为160℃,成型压力3.5MPa;由于PVC海绵层较毛毡层硬度小,所以热压成型时间、压力、温度都略小,冷却后备用;
[6]、超声波焊接:将步骤[5]中制备的PVC海绵层通过超声波焊接的方式与步骤[4]中的产品连接;其中超声波焊接设备采用日本CMC32way,焊接压力为0.2MPa,保压时间为0.2s,焊接时间为0.2s,振幅调节百分比为60%,焊头下降速度为6mm/s。
[7]、水刀切割:将步骤[6]中制备的产品按照模具型面放置在模具上,确保与模具服贴,然后用夹钳夹紧,按照所需外形尺寸进行水刀切割;其中:切割水压为25000psi,切割气压为1.2MPa。

Claims (5)

1.一种汽车前围板隔音垫制备工艺,步骤如下:
(1)毛毡层的制备:将毛毡原料置于模具上热压成型,冷却后置于定型工装上,备用;
(2)EVA层的制备:将EVA方形板放置在烘箱网带的中央位置进行烘干;烘好后的EVA方形板平放在吸塑模具上;吸塑成型后,割去废边,待其冷却,备用;
(3)热熔胶粘结:将步骤(1)中制备的毛毡层用热熔胶与步骤(2)中制备的EVA层粘结;
(4)PU发泡层的制备:将步骤(3)中制备好的产品按照模具型面放置在模具上,确保与模具服贴,喷枪将脱模剂均匀喷洒在模具的上模,开始合模注射PU发泡;发泡成型完毕后,备用;
(5)PVC海绵层的制备:将PVC海绵原料置于模具上热压成型,冷却后备用;
(6)超声波焊接:将步骤(5)中制备的PVC海绵层通过超声波焊接的方式与步骤(4)中的产品连接;
(7)水刀切割:将步骤(6)中制备的产品按照模具型面放置在模具上,确保与模具服贴,然后用夹钳夹紧,按照所需外形尺寸进行水刀切割。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车前围板隔音垫制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中毛毡层的热压成型步骤为:将铺放好的材料送入成型模具中,然后加压通水蒸汽,通气时间为5~10s,水蒸汽压力为0.8~1.0MPa,水蒸汽进气时间为8~12s,水蒸汽出气时间为15~20s;通气结束后转移至热压模具,加压使其成型,得到成型半成品;加热保压时间为8~10min,成型温度为170~200℃,成型压力5~8MPa。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车前围板隔音垫制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(5)中PVC海绵层的热压成型步骤为:将铺放好的材料送入成型模具中,然后加压通水蒸汽,通气时间为2~6s,水蒸汽压力为0.5~0.8MPa,水蒸汽进气时间为6~10s,水蒸汽出气时间为15~18s;通气结束后转移至热压模具,加压使其成型,得到成型半成品;加热保压时间为5~7min,成型温度为150~200℃,成型压力3~6MPa。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车前围板隔音垫制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(6)中超声波焊接设备采用日本CMC32way,焊接压力为0.2-0.3MPa,保压时间为0.2-0.6s,焊接时间为0.2-0.6s,振幅调节百分比为60%-80%,焊头下降速度为5-8mm/s。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车前围板隔音垫制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤(7)中切割水压为20000-30000psi,切割气压为1.0-1.5MPa。
