一种增加母乳、补血滋阴小茴香阿胶枸杞的冲饮剂,其特征在于,其属于固体饮料,以小茴香、阿胶、枸杞、红枣、怀山药、白果、百合、桂圆、红糖为原料,经物理提取、称量配料、制粒、干燥、包装等工艺制成。本发明的冲饮剂,配方搭配科学合理,食用口感好,保健效果佳,具有增加母乳、补血滋阴、生津润燥、养血安神的功效。

技术领域
本发明属于固体饮料领域,具体涉及一种增加母乳、补血滋阴小茴香阿胶枸杞的冲饮剂。
背景技术
孕妇产后由于各种原因导致没有奶水,比如产前过分紧张,怕难产,怕疼痛,因而吃不下,睡不着,精疲力竭,造成产程延长,机体的内环境紊乱,影响了产后泌乳。或者对于孕期无思想准备,新生儿出生头几天啼哭,产妇感到束手无策,心情焦虑,怀疑自己的喂哺能力,认为自己的乳汁不能满足孩子的需求。或者产后早期采用了奶瓶喂养,使新生儿形成乳头错觉,不愿、不会吸吮母亲的乳头,因而对乳房刺激不力,使乳房排空减少,造成乳汁分泌减少。目前常见的催乳产品,需要经过复杂的烹调和加工过程才能食用,当孕妇缺少人员照顾时,食用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种食用方便的增加母乳、补血滋阴小茴香阿胶枸杞的冲饮剂。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种增加母乳、补血滋阴小茴香阿胶枸杞的冲饮剂,其特征在于,其属于固体饮料,以小茴香、阿胶、枸杞、红枣、怀山药、白果、百合、桂圆、红糖为原料,经物理提取、称量配料、制粒、干燥、包装等工艺制成。
所述的增加母乳、补血滋阴小茴香阿胶枸杞的冲饮剂,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
(1)将小茴香真空干燥至水分小于5%,经粉碎机充分粉碎,过40-60目筛,得到小茴香粉;将小茴香粉加入到蒸馏釜中,通入蒸汽,蒸汽量为700-800mL/h,蒸汽提取4-6h,冷凝,得到油水混合物,转移至旋转蒸发仪中,50-60℃旋转蒸发除去水分,得到小茴香毛油;将无水硫酸钠加入到小茴香毛油中,磁力搅拌 30-40min,静置20-24h,过滤,得到小茴香油;
(2)将阿胶、枸杞、红枣、怀山药、白果、百合、桂圆依次加入到打粉机内,以350-450r/min的转速,打成40-60目的混合粉末颗粒;将混合粉末颗粒搅拌均匀后,加入到打粉机内,以800-1000r/min的转速,打成150-200目的混合粉末;
(3)将混合粉末、红糖、小茴香油以1:0.15-0.2:0.08-0.1的质量比混合均匀,加入去离子水,得到水分为35-45%的湿料;将湿料投入到造粒机的造粒进料口;再通过双螺旋轴推动湿品进入挤压室;湿料在挤压室内通过挤压块的挤压,得到粒径为3-4mm的颗粒,干燥,包装,即可。
所述的增加母乳、补血滋阴小茴香阿胶枸杞的冲饮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中阿胶、枸杞、红枣、怀山药、白果、百合、桂圆的质量比为1: 2-3:3-4:0.6-0.8:1.5-2.5:2-3:2.5-3.5。
所述的增加母乳、补血滋阴小茴香阿胶枸杞的冲饮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的干燥为喷雾干燥,干燥温度为110-120℃,干燥时间小于20s。
通过上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的冲饮剂,以小茴香、阿胶、枸杞、红枣、怀山药、白果、百合、桂圆、红糖为原料,经物理提取、称量配料、制粒、干燥、包装等工艺制成;有均衡母体营养,产后恢复,哺乳期内多发奶,增加母乳量,对产妇有催乳、通乳、增乳的显著功效,并有养气补血、增进食欲、舒筋通络的功能。调节产后康复,促进乳汁分泌,提升乳汁质量,促进宝宝健康成长,起到优生、优育的作用。本发明的冲饮剂,配方搭配科学合理,食用口感好,保健效果佳。
具体实施方式
一种增加母乳、补血滋阴小茴香阿胶枸杞的冲饮剂,其属于固体饮料,以小茴香、阿胶、枸杞、红枣、怀山药、白果、百合、桂圆、红糖为原料,经物理提取、称量配料、制粒、干燥、包装等工艺制成。
所述的增加母乳、补血滋阴小茴香阿胶枸杞的冲饮剂,其由如下步骤制备而成:

1.一种增加母乳、补血滋阴小茴香阿胶枸杞的冲饮剂,其特征在于,其属于固体饮料,以小茴香、阿胶、枸杞、红枣、怀山药、白果、百合、桂圆、红糖为原料,经物理提取、称量配料、制粒、干燥、包装等工艺制成。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的增加母乳、补血滋阴小茴香阿胶枸杞的冲饮剂,其特征在于,其由如下步骤制备而成:
