Abstract
一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂及其制备方法,涉及保健品领域,由以下重量份组分制成,益生菌粉1~10重量份、辅食40~100重量份、葡萄糖酸钙6~20重量份、木糖醇6~20重量份、草莓汁10~40重量份、核桃粉6~20重量份、菠菜10~40重量份、粗粮4~20重量份、甘油6~20重量份、蜂蜜2~10重量份和水20~60重量份。菠菜处理;混合,将益生菌粉、辅食、木糖醇、草莓汁、粗粮、甘油、蜂蜜和水混合后搅拌均匀,静置2h,然后将混合料搓成丸状,晾干后粉碎成小块;制粉;干燥,将粉碎后的膳食纤维粉至于温度为20~30℃;定型。本发明口感细腻,口味甘甜,能够增强儿童免疫力,助消化,同时能够辅助儿童的牙齿生长。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品领域,具体为一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
膳食补充剂是一种旨在补充膳食的产品(而非烟草),它可能含有一种或多种如下膳食成分,一种维生素、一种矿物质、一种草本(草药)或其他植物、一种氨基酸、一种用以增加每日总摄入量来补充膳食的食物成分,或以上成分的一种浓缩物、代谢物、成分、提取物或组合产品等,也包括在得到批准、发证、许可前已作为膳食补充剂或食品上市的、已批准的新药、维生素或生物制剂,DSHEA对膳食补充剂作为定义规定了其组成内容和标记要求:产品形式可以使丸剂、胶囊、片剂或液体。但是现有的膳食补充剂成分单一,只含有简单的几种膳食纤维,不注重服用时的口感,同时不包含儿童所需的益生菌,也无法提供儿童成长过程中所需的多种营养物质。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂及其制备方法,解决了现有的膳食补充剂成分单一,只含有简单的几种膳食纤维,不注重服用时的口感,同时不包含儿童所需的益生菌,也无法提供儿童成长过程中所需的多种营养物质的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂,由以下重量份组分制成,益生菌粉1~10重量份、辅食40~100重量份、葡萄糖酸钙6~20重量份、木糖醇6~20重量份、草莓汁10~40重量份、核桃粉6~20重量份、菠菜10~40重量份、粗粮4~20重量份、甘油6~20重量份、蜂蜜2~10重量份和水20~60重量份。
优选的,所述一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂,由以下重量份组分制成,益生菌粉1~5重量份、辅食60~80重量份、葡萄糖酸钙6~10重量份、木糖醇6~10重量份、草莓汁10~20重量份、核桃粉6~10重量份、菠菜10~20重量份、粗粮10~20重量份、甘油6~10重量份、蜂蜜2~4重量份和水20~30重量份。
优选的,所述一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂,由以下重量份组分制成,益生菌粉3重量份、辅食70重量份、葡萄糖酸钙8重量份、木糖醇8重量份、草莓汁15重量份、核桃粉8重量份、菠菜15重量份、粗粮15重量份、甘油8重量份、蜂蜜3重量份和水25重量份。
优选的,所述一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)菠菜处理,将菠菜取出枯叶后放入蒸煮锅内,加入足量纯净水蒸煮,蒸煮,蒸煮时间为3h,蒸煮温度为70℃,然后过滤干燥得到膏状菠菜,然后干燥去除水分,研磨成粉末待用;
(2)混合,将益生菌粉、辅食、木糖醇、草莓汁、粗粮、甘油、蜂蜜和水混合后搅拌均匀,静置2h,然后将混合料搓成丸状,晾干后粉碎成小块;
(3)制粉,将粉碎成小块的混合料和葡萄糖酸钙、核桃粉和菠菜粉菠菜粉混合倒入小型医药粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎时间为0.5h,粉碎后使用过滤网过滤,得到膳食纤维粉;
(4)干燥,将粉碎后的膳食纤维粉至于温度为20~30℃,空气相对湿度为20~30%的环境中进行干燥,干燥时间为24~48h;
(5)定型,按照片剂的生产工艺流程将膳食纤维粉制成膳食营养补充片剂。
优选的,所述过滤网选用60~120目过滤网。
优选的,所述辅食为麦芽糊精、变性淀粉、多孔淀粉、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、乳糖和脱脂奶粉。
优选的,所述麦芽糊精、变性淀粉、多孔淀粉、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、乳糖和脱脂奶粉的比例为2:1:1:1:0.5:0.5:1。
优选的,所述益生菌粉为婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的组合物或婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌的组合物。
优选的,所述婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的比例为5:2:1:1,所述婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌的比例为5:2:2:1。
优选的,所述膳食纤维粉制成片剂前应按照指定剂量称重。

本发明提供了一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂及其制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
该适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂及其制备方法,通过添加草莓汁、甘油和蜂蜜,改善了膳食补充剂的口感,甘油使膳食补充剂口感更加细腻,草莓汁和蜂蜜增加了膳食补充剂的甜味,使膳食补充剂的口味能够更受儿童的喜爱。
本发明通过添加了葡萄糖酸钙,有助于儿童牙齿的钙吸收,同时添加了核桃粉和粗粮,在食用的过程中增加了儿童的咀嚼过程,有助于儿童牙齿的成长。
本发明添加了益生菌,能够增强儿童免疫力,帮助儿童肠胃消化。菠菜中含有大量的维生素C和矿物质,能够补充儿童的营养所需。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一
一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂,由以下重量份组分制成,益生菌粉1重量份、辅食40重量份、葡萄糖酸钙6重量份、木糖醇6重量份、草莓汁10重量份、核桃粉6重量份、菠菜10重量份、粗粮4重量份、甘油6重量份、蜂蜜2重量份和水20重量份。
一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
(1)菠菜处理,将菠菜取出枯叶后放入蒸煮锅内,加入足量纯净水蒸煮,蒸煮,蒸煮时间为3h,蒸煮温度为70℃,然后过滤干燥得到膏状菠菜,然后干燥去除水分,研磨成粉末待用;
(2)混合,将益生菌粉、辅食、木糖醇、草莓汁、粗粮、甘油、蜂蜜和水混合后搅拌均匀,静置2h,然后将混合料搓成丸状,晾干后粉碎成小块;
(3)制粉,将粉碎成小块的混合料和葡萄糖酸钙、核桃粉和菠菜粉菠菜粉混合倒入小型医药粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎时间为0.5h,粉碎后使用过滤网过滤,得到膳食纤维粉;
(4)干燥,将粉碎后的膳食纤维粉至于温度为20℃,空气相对湿度为20~30%的环境中进行干燥,干燥时间为24h;
(5)定型,按照片剂的生产工艺流程将膳食纤维粉制成膳食营养补充片剂。
过滤网选用60目过滤网。
辅食为麦芽糊精、变性淀粉、多孔淀粉、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、乳糖和脱脂奶粉。

益生菌粉为婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的组合物或婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌的组合物。
婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的比例为5:2:1:1,所述婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌的比例为5:2:2:1。
膳食纤维粉制成片剂前应按照指定剂量称重。
实施例二
一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂,由以下重量份组分制成,益生菌粉3重量份、辅食70重量份、葡萄糖酸钙8重量份、木糖醇8重量份、草莓汁15重量份、核桃粉8重量份、菠菜15重量份、粗粮15重量份、甘油8重量份、蜂蜜3重量份和水25重量份。

(4)干燥,将粉碎后的膳食纤维粉至于温度为25℃,空气相对湿度为25%的环境中进行干燥,干燥时间为36h;
(5)定型,按照片剂的生产工艺流程将膳食纤维粉制成膳食营养补充片剂。
过滤网选用90目过滤网。
辅食为麦芽糊精、变性淀粉、多孔淀粉、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、乳糖和脱脂奶粉。
麦芽糊精、变性淀粉、多孔淀粉、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、乳糖和脱脂奶粉的比例为2:1:1:1:0.5:0.5:1。
益生菌粉为婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的组合物或婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌的组合物。
婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的比例为5:2:1:1,所述婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌的比例为5:2:2:1。
膳食纤维粉制成片剂前应按照指定剂量称重。
实施例三
一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂,由以下重量份组分制成,益生菌粉5重量份、辅食80重量份、葡萄糖酸钙10重量份、木糖醇10重量份、草莓汁20重量份、核桃粉10重量份、菠菜20重量份、粗粮20重量份、甘油10重量份、蜂蜜4重量份和水30重量份。

(3)制粉,将粉碎成小块的混合料和葡萄糖酸钙、核桃粉和菠菜粉菠菜粉混合倒入小型医药粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎时间为0.5h,粉碎后使用过滤网过滤,得到膳食纤维粉;
(4)干燥,将粉碎后的膳食纤维粉至于温度为30℃,空气相对湿度为30%的环境中进行干燥,干燥时间为48h;
(5)定型,按照片剂的生产工艺流程将膳食纤维粉制成膳食营养补充片剂。
过滤网选用90目过滤网。
辅食为麦芽糊精、变性淀粉、多孔淀粉、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、乳糖和脱脂奶粉。
麦芽糊精、变性淀粉、多孔淀粉、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、乳糖和脱脂奶粉的比例为2:1:1:1:0.5:0.5:1。
益生菌粉为婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的组合物或婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌的组合物。
婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的比例为5:2:1:1,所述婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌的比例为5:2:2:1。
膳食纤维粉制成片剂前应按照指定剂量称重。
本发明实施例与普通市场上的膳食补充剂对照表
从上述表格可以看出,在于普通市场上的膳食补充剂相比,本发明具有明显的口感细腻的特点,同时口味甘甜,能够增强儿童免疫力,助消化,同时能够辅助儿童的牙齿生长。

1.一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份组分制成,益生菌粉1~10重量份、辅食40~100重量份、葡萄糖酸钙6~20重量份、木糖醇6~20重量份、草莓汁10~40重量份、核桃粉6~20重量份、菠菜10~40重量份、粗粮4~20重量份、甘油6~20重量份、蜂蜜2~10重量份和水20~60重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份组分制成,益生菌粉1~5重量份、辅食60~80重量份、葡萄糖酸钙6~10重量份、木糖醇6~10重量份、草莓汁10~20重量份、核桃粉6~10重量份、菠菜10~20重量份、粗粮10~20重量份、甘油6~10重量份、蜂蜜2~4重量份和水20~30重量份。

(4)干燥,将粉碎后的膳食纤维粉至于温度为20~30℃,空气相对湿度为20~30%的环境中进行干燥,干燥时间为24~48h;
(5)定型,按照片剂的生产工艺流程将膳食纤维粉制成膳食营养补充片剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述过滤网选用60~120目过滤网。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述辅食为麦芽糊精、变性淀粉、多孔淀粉、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、乳糖和脱脂奶粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述麦芽糊精、变性淀粉、多孔淀粉、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、乳糖和脱脂奶粉的比例为2:1:1:1:0.5:0.5:1。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述益生菌粉为婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的组合物或婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌的组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种适合儿童服用的益生菌膳食补充剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和嗜酸乳杆菌的比例为5:2:1:1,所述婴儿双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌和两歧双歧杆菌的比例为5:2:2:1。
