背景技术
面食是指主要以面粉制成的食物,世界各地均有不同种类的面食,中国主要有:面条、馒头、花卷、油条、麻什、烧饼、饺子、包子、馄饨、麻花等,西方有面包、各种烤饼等,种类繁多。
而现在的社会上速食食品以及零食小吃的受众面越来越广,特别是孩童最喜欢有不同风味的零食小吃,但是现在我国的许多的食品质量并不是特别的好,尤其是零食小吃,往往由于为了市场而降低生产成本、降低销售成本,往往都会采用一些对身体并不是非常有益的材料,这样不管是孩子还是成人,对身体都是有害的。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、制作方便、味道香浓、营养丰富的一种香味浓郁的即食食品的制作方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种香味浓郁的即食食品的制作方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
高筋面粉21份、葡萄糖酸钙3份、葡萄汁1.5份、番茄汁2份、葡萄糖酸锌5份、苹果泥2.5份、碘盐5份、白砂糖5份、I+G3份、香油8份、柠檬酸亚锡二钠1份、橄榄油15份、增味剂10份、调理剂8份;
所述增味剂由以下重量份的材料制成,
花椒1份、茴香2份、鸡精6份、生姜片3份、蒜瓣4份、桂皮5份、味精3份、芝麻20份、红糖4份;
所述调理剂由以下重量份的材料制成,
茯苓1份、木通2份、穿山甲3份、路路通4份、王不留行5份、白花蛇舌草7份、金樱子6份、月季花1份、木瓜2份、石斛3份、莲子4份、山栀子5份、郁李仁5份、麻黄6份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ高筋面粉、葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄汁、番茄汁、葡萄糖酸锌、苹果泥、碘盐、白砂糖、I+G、香油、柠檬酸亚锡二钠放在砂锅中搅拌混合6分钟;
Ⅱ橄榄油倒入铁锅中加热,然后放入增味剂爆炒10分钟,将油剂倒出,并且将渣暴晒25分钟,然后研磨碎;
Ⅲ将调理剂放入砂锅中,加入其重量的2倍的纯净水,用武火熬煮40分钟,然后用文火继续熬煮45分钟,然后滤渣流汤剂;
Ⅳ将Ⅱ中的油剂与Ⅰ中的材料继续搅拌混合5分钟,然后静置10分钟后加入Ⅱ中研磨后的渣,继续搅拌混合10分钟;
Ⅴ向Ⅳ中的料添加Ⅲ中的汤剂,按照制作面团的方式进行制作;
Ⅵ将制作好的面团用刀切成长条形,长7.5cm、宽0.7cm、厚0.3cm,然后放入-16℃的冷冻柜中冷冻30分钟;
Ⅶ将冷冻好后的条状品取出,静置3分钟,然后放入蒸笼中加工25分钟或者220℃的烤箱中加工15分钟;
Ⅷ将加工好后的料取出,然后放入包装袋中进行抽气,最后真空包装、储存即可。
本发明的有益效果为:不同于一般的面食的制作,这类食品的储存时间较长,而且开袋即食,非常的方便,并且使用的材料也与往常的不同,混合的材料营养成分特别的丰富,能够补充人体所需的大部分的营养元素以及营养物质,并且香味非常的浓郁、味道鲜美,还能够滋养身体,起到调节身体机能的作用,能够促进血液循环,能够起到一定的开胃的效果,并且不会出现厌食的问题,冷却后加热提高了口感。本发明方法合理、制作方便、味道香浓、营养丰富。

花椒1份、茴香2份、鸡精6份、生姜片3份、蒜瓣4份、桂皮5份、味精3份、芝麻20份、红糖4份;
所述调理剂由以下重量份的材料制成,
茯苓1份、木通2份、穿山甲3份、路路通4份、王不留行5份、白花蛇舌草7份、金樱子6份、月季花1份、木瓜2份、石斛3份、莲子4份、山栀子5份、郁李仁5份、麻黄6份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ高筋面粉、葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄汁、番茄汁、葡萄糖酸锌、苹果泥、碘盐、白砂糖、I+G、香油、柠檬酸亚锡二钠放在砂锅中搅拌混合6分钟;
