韭菜籽里含有丰厚的锌、铬、锰、锗、铜、硒、钾、镁等元素及维生素,为人体必需的养分素,有利于改善心血管疾病、糖尿病,影响荷尔蒙排泄,可以加强推陈出新与免疫系统的功用妨碍,协助人体预防病痛本源。红小豆能够利水消肿、利尿、清热解毒、健脾止泻、补血、促进血液循环、益气、通乳。可以用于治疗痈肿脓血,下腹胀满,小便不利,水肿脚气,烦热,干渴,酒病,痢疾,黄疸,肠痔下血,乳汁不通。黑豆富含对人体有益的氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸及钙、磷等多种微量元素,有排脓拔毒、消肿止痛等功效,并有益于防治高血压、高血脂、心脏病等疾病。黑芝麻含有的多种人体必需氨基酸,在维生素E和维生素B1的作用参与下,能加速人体的代谢功能;黑芝麻含有的铁和维生素E是预防贫血、活化脑细胞、消除血管胆固醇的重要成分;黑芝麻含有的脂肪大多为不饱和脂肪酸,有延年益寿的作用。秋葵含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物及丰富的维他命A和B群、钙、磷、铁等,以及含有锌和硒等微量元素,对增强人体免疫力有一定帮助。主要有利咽、通淋、下乳、调经等功效。还可治疗咽喉肿痛、小便淋涩、预防糖尿病、保护胃黏膜。枸杞具有补肾养肝、润肺明目等功效。黄芪具有补气固表、利尿托毒、排脓、敛疮生肌的功效。本发明具有较好地保健作用,冲服饮用方便快捷,有利于服用者身体健康,能够补充人体所需的营养物质,预防人体衰老。

1.一种五谷养生粉,其特征在于:按照质量份数包括以下原材料,10~15份的韭菜籽、5~10份的红小豆、5~8份的黑豆、5~8份的黑芝麻、10~15份的秋葵、3~5份的枸杞和5~8份的黄芪。
2.如权利要求1所述的五谷养生粉,其特征在于:按照质量份数包括以下原材料,12份的韭菜籽、6份的红小豆、7份的黑豆、7份的黑芝麻、12份的秋葵、4份的枸杞和6份的黄芪。
3.如权利要求1所述的五谷养生粉,其特征在于:按照质量份数包括以下原材料,13份的韭菜籽、8份的红小豆、6份的黑豆、6份的黑芝麻、14份的秋葵、3份的枸杞和5份的黄芪。
4.一种五谷养生粉的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
步骤一,按照质量份数将10~15份的韭菜籽、5~10份的红小豆、5~8份的黑豆、5~8份的黑芝麻、10~15份的秋葵、3~5份的枸杞和5~8份的黄芪分别进行焙烤;
步骤二,将焙烤后的韭菜籽、红小豆、黑豆、黑芝麻、秋葵、枸杞和黄芪进行混合搅拌均匀;
步骤三,将搅拌均匀的物料输送至破壁机进行粉碎制得五谷养生粉。
5.如权利要求4所述的五谷养生粉的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中,焙烤的温度为150~230摄氏度。
6.如权利要求4所述的五谷养生粉的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中,破壁机的转速为700~1200转/分钟,破壁粉碎的时间为20~40分钟。
7.如权利要求4至6任一项所述的五谷养生粉的制作方法,其特征在于:五谷养生粉的直径小于100μm。
