Abstract
本发明公开了一种浸渍法制备导电击剑运动金属衣面料的方法,涉及纺织材料技术领域,包括下列步骤:配置含银浸渍溶液;将锦纶面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗,然后再用去离子水漂洗;将漂洗干净的锦纶面料放入含银浸渍溶液中浸泡;将锦纶面料取出后滚轧;将滚轧后的锦纶面料进行烘干;将烘干后的锦纶面料放入硼氢化钠溶液中浸泡,在面料表面还原出导电银膜;将锦纶面料在十二硫醇乙醇溶液中浸泡,取出晾干;将晾干后的锦纶面料再次清洗后,在90℃烘箱中烘干,即可得本发明的导电击剑运动服面料。本发明解决金属丝型花剑导电外衣面料较厚、手感较硬、柔软性不好、穿着时变形能力差、影响运动灵活性的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种浸渍法制备导电击剑运动金属衣面料的方法。
背景技术
自从1896年击剑运动成为奥运会比赛项目以来,击剑运动的普及性越来越广,参与人数近年来更是呈现出爆发式增长。为此,针对击剑防护服的研发工作也得到越来越多的关注。与此同时,击剑防护服技术的进步也成为击剑这项高危险、强对抗的竞技运动稳步发展的重要助力。
目前金属丝型花剑导电运动服面料使用的导电材料主要为镀锡磷铜丝,将镀锡后的磷铜丝与非导电芯纱如棉纱,锦纶纱或涤纶纱缠绕后,制成导电纱,再将这种导电纱与非导电纱线作为经纬纱线,以一定的间隔进行织造,制成导电的花剑运动服面料。因传统铜丝生产工艺限制,目前市场上击剑运动服使用的磷铜丝硬度较大,在磷铜丝表面镀锡后,导电丝会变得更粗、更硬,柔软性差,最终制成的面料较厚、手感较硬,穿着时变形能力差,影响运动灵活性。
目前,有采用碳纤维作为导电材料的击剑运动服面料,虽然面料的手感比镀锡磷铜丝的面料柔软,但由于碳纤维的导电性不好,使得面料的导电性能不理想。
发明内容
针对上述出现的技术问题,本发明提供一种浸渍法制备导电击剑运动金属衣面料的方法,解决金属丝型花剑导电运动服导电外衣面料较厚、手感较硬,柔软性不好,穿着时变形能力差,影响运动灵活性的问题,以及解决面料透气性不好、导电性不好的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种浸渍法制备导电击剑运动金属衣面料的方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、配置含银浸渍溶液;
S2、将锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗,然后再用去离子水漂洗;
S3、将步骤S2中漂洗干净的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料放入步骤S1中配置的溶液中浸泡;
S4、将锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料取出后,用轧车轧除多余的溶液;
S5、将滚轧后的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料进行烘干;
S6、将烘干后的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料放入浓度为2g/L的硼氢化钠溶液中浸泡,在面料表面还原出导电银膜;
S7、将锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料在浓度为1%的十二硫醇乙醇溶液中浸泡30min,取出晾干;
S8、将晾干后的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料再次清洗后,在90℃烘箱中烘干,即可得本发明的导电击剑运动服面料。
优选的,步骤S1中配置含银浸渍溶液的具体方法为:在温度为30℃的条件下,将聚酰胺树脂溶于浓度为80%的甲酸溶液,然后加入硝酸银,搅拌均匀。
优选的,聚酰胺树脂和硝酸银的质量分数分别为10%和2%。
优选的,步骤S3中浸泡时间为10s,浸泡的同时进行搅拌。
优选的,步骤S4中轧余量为10%。
优选的,步骤S5中将滚轧后的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料在温度为60℃的烘箱中烘干5min。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)面料轻薄柔软,厚度小,手感好;
(2)透气性好,易于散热排汗,使得运动员穿着更加舒适;
(3)面料导电性好,不易误判。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例以对本发明做进一步详细说明,但不应将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。对于实施例中未具体描述的工艺参数,可遵照本领域中的常规条件或者按照设备规范要求进行。
实施例1
一种浸渍法制备导电击剑运动金属衣面料的方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、配置含银浸渍溶液;
S2、将锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗,然后再用去离子水漂洗;
S3、将步骤S2中漂洗干净的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料放入步骤S1中配置的溶液中浸泡,搅拌10s;
S4、将锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料取出后,用轧车轧除多余的溶液,轧余量10%;
S5、将滚轧后的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料在温度为60℃的烘箱中烘干5min;
S6、将烘干后的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料放入浓度为2g/L的硼氢化钠溶液中浸泡,在面料表面还原出导电银膜;
S7、将锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料在浓度为1%的十二硫醇乙醇溶液中浸泡30min,取出晾干;
S8、将晾干后的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料再次清洗后,在90℃烘箱中烘干,即可得本发明的导电击剑运动服面料。
实施例2
较实施例1,本实施例2中配置含银浸渍溶液的具体方法为:在温度为30℃的条件下,将聚酰胺树脂溶于浓度为80%的甲酸溶液,然后加入硝酸银,聚酰胺树脂和硝酸银的质量分数分别为10%和2%,搅拌均匀。

Claims (6)
1.一种浸渍法制备导电击剑运动金属衣面料的方法,包括下列步骤:
S1、配置含银浸渍溶液;
S2、将锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗,然后再用去离子水漂洗;
S3、将步骤S2中漂洗干净的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料放入步骤S1中配置的溶液中浸泡;
S4、将锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料取出后滚轧,轧除多余的溶液;
S5、将滚轧后的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料进行烘干;
S6、将烘干后的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料放入浓度为2g/L的硼氢化钠溶液中浸泡,在面料表面还原出导电银膜;
S7、将锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料在浓度为1%的十二硫醇乙醇溶液中浸泡30min,取出晾干;
S8、将晾干后的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料再次清洗后,在90℃烘箱中烘干,即可得本发明的导电击剑运动服面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浸渍法制备导电击剑运动金属衣面料的方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中配置含银浸渍溶液的具体方法为:在温度为30℃的条件下,将聚酰胺树脂溶于浓度为80%的甲酸溶液,然后加入硝酸银,搅拌均匀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种浸渍法制备导电击剑运动金属衣面料的方法,其特征在于,聚酰胺树脂和硝酸银的质量分数分别为10%和2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种浸渍法制备导电击剑运动金属衣面料的方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中浸泡时间为10s,浸泡的同时进行搅拌。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种浸渍法制备导电击剑运动金属衣面料的方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中轧余量为10%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种浸渍法制备导电击剑运动金属衣面料的方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中将滚轧后的锦纶花剑运动服外衣面料在温度为60℃的烘箱中烘干5min。
