本发明公开了一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料及其制备工艺,涉及纺织材料技术领域,所述面料为由混纺导电纱和150D的高强涤纶纱结合编织而成的平纹组织结构,所述混纺导电纱由直径为6.8~7.8μm的不锈钢纤维与棉纤维混纺而成,不锈钢纤维的含量为15~25%,棉纤维的含量为75~85%。本发明改善面料的柔软性、导电性以及吸湿舒适性。

Description

一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料及其制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
自从1896年击剑运动成为奥运会比赛项目以来,击剑运动的普及性越来越广,参与人数近年来更是呈现出爆发式增长。为此,针对击剑防护金属衣的研发工作也得到越来越多的关注。与此同时,击剑防护金属衣技术的进步也成为击剑这项高危险、强对抗的竞技运动稳步发展的重要助力。
目前金属丝型击剑导电运动金属衣面料使用的导电材料主要为镀锡磷铜丝,将镀锡后的磷铜丝与非导电芯纱如棉纱,锦纶纱或涤纶纱缠绕后,制成导电纱,再将这种导电纱与非导电纱线作为经纬纱线,以一定的间隔进行织造,制成导电的击剑运动金属衣面料。
现有面料主要有以下一些缺陷:
(1)因传统铜丝生产工艺限制,目前市场上击剑运动金属衣使用的磷铜丝硬度较大,在磷铜丝表面镀锡后,导电丝会变得更粗、更硬,柔软性差,最终制成的面料手感较厚、较硬,穿着时变形能力差,影响运动灵活性;
(2)采用碳纤维作为导电材料的击剑运动金属衣面料,虽然面料的手感比镀锡磷铜丝的面料柔软,但由于碳纤维的导电性不好,使得面料的导电性能不理想;
(3)以上二种面料由于没有使用吸湿性纤维,面料的吸湿舒适性不好。
发明内容
针对镀锡磷铜丝的面料柔软性差、手感硬的问题,碳纤维导电材料的面料导电性不好的问题,以及镀锡磷铜丝的面料和碳纤维面料吸湿舒适性不好的问题,本发明提供一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料及其制备工艺,改善面料的柔软性、导电性以及吸湿舒适性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料,所述面料为由混纺导电纱和150D的高强涤纶纱结合编织而成的平纹组织结构,所述混纺导电纱由直径为6.8~7.8μm的不锈钢纤维与棉纤维混纺而成,不锈钢纤维的含量为15~25%,棉纤维的含量为75~85%。
优选的,所述混纺导电纱的细度为29.0tex。
优选的,所述混纺导电纱的捻度为205捻/10cm。
优选的,所述面料的经向由高强涤纶纱和混纺导电纱按5:1的比例排列而成。
优选的,所述面料的纬向由高强涤纶纱和混纺导电纱按1:1的比例排列而成。
优选的,所述面料的经向密度为160根/10cm。
优选的,所述面料的纬向密度为120根/10cm。
本发明还提供一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,包括下列步骤:
a、配料:分别选取直径为6.8~7.8μm的不锈钢纤维、棉纤维以及纤度为150D的高强涤纶纱,备用;
b、混纺:将不锈钢纤维与棉纤维进行混纺,含量分别为15~25%和75~85%,并制成细度为29.0tex,捻度为205捻/10cm的混纺导电纱;
c、编织:由混纺导电纱和高强涤纶纱结合编织而成平纹组织结构,面料的经向由高强涤纶纱和混纺导电纱按5:1的比例排列而成,面料的纬向由高强涤纶纱和混纺导电纱按1:1的比例排列而成,面料的经向密度为160根/10cm,面料的纬向密度为120根/10cm;
d、后处理:将步骤c织造得到的面料进行漂白处理,干燥,然后经柔软液处理后,烘干定型。
优选的,步骤d中柔软液为4~6%的脂肪酸酰胺类非离子型柔软剂加94~96%的水,柔软液的温度为55~65℃,处理时间为10~ 20min。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用不锈钢短纤维/棉混纺导电纱作为导电纱与高强涤纶纱结合织造,由于不锈钢短纤维/棉混纺导电纱有良好的柔软性,使得面料的手感柔软;
(2)吸湿性好,由于本发明面料中使用棉纤维,有较高的吸湿性,因此面料的吸湿舒适性相对较好;
(3)本发明的混纺导电纱导电性好,使得面料导电性良好,减少误判的可能性,有助于提升成绩。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例以对本发明做进一步详细说明,但不应将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。对于实施例中未具体描述的工艺参数,可遵照本领域中的常规条件或者按照设备规范要求进行。
实施例1
一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料,面料为由混纺导电纱 1和150D的高强涤纶纱2结合编织而成的平纹组织结构,混纺导电纱1由直径为6.8μm的不锈钢纤维与棉纤维混纺而成,不锈钢纤维的含量为15%,棉纤维的含量为85%。
混纺导电纱1的细度为29.0tex;混纺导电纱1的捻度为205捻 /10cm。
面料的经向由高强涤纶纱2和混纺导电纱1按5:1的比例排列而成;面料的纬向由高强涤纶纱2和混纺导电纱1按1:1的比例排列而成。
面料的经向密度为160根/10cm;面料的纬向密度为120根/10cm。
该面料的制备工艺,包括下列步骤:
a、配料:分别选取直径为6.8μm的不锈钢纤维、棉纤维以及纤度为150D的高强涤纶纱,备用;
b、混纺:将不锈钢纤维与棉纤维进行混纺,含量分别为15%和 85%,并制成细度为29.0tex,捻度为205捻/10cm的混纺导电纱;
c、编织:由混纺导电纱和高强涤纶纱结合编织而成平纹组织结构,面料的经向由高强涤纶纱和混纺导电纱按5:1的比例排列而成,面料的纬向由高强涤纶纱和混纺导电纱按1:1的比例排列而成,面料的经向密度为160根/10cm,面料的纬向密度为120根/10cm;
d、后处理:将步骤c织造得到的面料进行漂白处理,干燥,然后经柔软液处理后,烘干定型。
步骤d中柔软液为4~6%的脂肪酸酰胺类非离子型柔软剂加94~96%的水,柔软液的温度为55~65℃,处理时间为10~20min。
实施例2
参照实施例1,不同仅在于将不锈钢纤维与棉纤维进行混纺,含量分别为25%和75%,制成细度为29.0tex,捻度为205捻/10cm的混纺导电纱。
实施例3
参照实施例1,不同仅在于将不锈钢纤维与棉纤维进行混纺,含量分别为20%和80%,制成细度为29.0tex,捻度为205捻/10cm的混纺导电纱。
本发明采用不锈钢短纤维/棉混纺导电纱作为导电纱与高强涤纶纱结合织造,由于不锈钢短纤维/棉混纺导电纱有良好的柔软性,使得面料的手感柔软;吸湿性好,由于本发明面料中使用棉纤维,有较高的吸湿性,因此面料的吸湿舒适性相对较好;本发明的混纺导电纱导电性好,使得面料导电性良好,减少误判的可能性,有助于提升成绩。

1.一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料,其特征在于,所述面料为由混纺导电纱和150D的高强涤纶纱结合编织而成的平纹组织结构,所述混纺导电纱由直径为6.8~7.8μm的不锈钢纤维与棉纤维混纺而成,不锈钢纤维的含量为15~25%,棉纤维的含量为75~85%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料,其特征在于,所述混纺导电纱的细度为29.0tex。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料,其特征在于,所述混纺导电纱的捻度为205捻/10cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料,其特征在于,所述面料的经向由高强涤纶纱和混纺导电纱按5:1的比例排列而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料,其特征在于,所述面料的纬向由高强涤纶纱和混纺导电纱按1:1的比例排列而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料,其特征在于,所述面料的经向密度为160根/10cm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料,其特征在于,所述面料的纬向密度为120根/10cm。
8.一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
S1、配料:分别选取直径为6.8~7.8μm的不锈钢纤维、棉纤维以及纤度为150D的高强涤纶纱,备用;
S2、混纺:将含量为15~25%的不锈钢纤维和含量为75~85%的棉纤维进行混纺,制成细度为29.0tex,捻度为205捻/10cm的混纺导电纱;
S3、编织:由混纺导电纱和高强涤纶纱结合编织而成平纹组织结构,面料的经向由高强涤纶纱和混纺导电纱按5:1的比例排列而成,面料的纬向由高强涤纶纱和混纺导电纱按1:1的比例排列而成,面料的经向密度为160根/10cm,面料的纬向密度为120根/10cm;
S4、后处理:将步骤S3织造得到的面料进行漂白处理,干燥,然后经柔软液处理后,烘干定型。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种不锈钢纤维混纺击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S4中柔软液为4~6%的脂肪酸酰胺类非离子型柔软剂加94~96%的水,柔软液的温度为55~65℃,处理时间为10~20min。
