本发明公开了一种银纤维混织击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,涉及纺织材料技术领域,包括下列步骤:配料:分别选取细度为80D的银纤维、细度为80D高强涤纶长丝纱以及细度为150D的高强涤纶长丝纱,备用;编织:采用经纱和纬纱的平纹组织结构编织成面料,经纱采用细度为80D的银纤维和细度为80D的高强涤纶长丝纱按一定比例配置,纬纱采用细度为80D的银纤维与细度为150D的高强涤纶长丝纱混纬;后处理:将编织得到的面料进行漂白处理,干燥,然后经柔软液处理后,烘干定型。采用本发明制作的面料紧度下降,手感柔软,且导电性良好。

一种银纤维混织击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种银纤维混织击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺。
背景技术
自从1896年击剑运动成为奥运会比赛项目以来,击剑运动的普及性越来越广,参与人数近年来更是呈现出爆发式增长。为此,针对击剑防护服的研发工作也得到越来越多的关注。与此同时,击剑防护服技术的进步也成为击剑这项高危险、强对抗的竞技运动稳步发展的重要助力。
目前金属丝型击剑导电运动服面料使用的导电材料主要为镀锡磷铜丝,将镀锡后的磷铜丝与非导电芯纱如棉纱,锦纶纱或涤纶纱缠绕后,制成导电纱,再将这种导电纱与非导电纱线作为经纬纱线,以一定的间隔进行编织,制成导电的击剑运动服面料。
现有面料主要有以下一些缺陷:
(1)因传统铜丝生产工艺限制,目前市场上击剑运动服使用的磷铜丝硬度较大,在磷铜丝表面镀锡后,导电丝会变得更粗、更硬,柔软性差,最终制成的面料手感较厚、较硬,穿着时变形能力差,影响运动灵活性;
(2)采用碳纤维作为导电材料的击剑运动服面料,虽然面料的手感比镀锡磷铜丝的面料柔软,但由于碳纤维的导电性不好,使得面料的导电性能不理想。
发明内容
针对镀锡磷铜丝的面料柔软性差、手感硬的问题,以及碳纤维导电材料的面料导电性不好的问题,本发明提供一种银纤维混织击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,采用本发明制作的面料紧度下降,手感柔软,且导电性良好。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种银纤维混织击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,包括下列步骤:
a、配料:分别选取细度为80D的银纤维、细度为80D高强涤纶长丝纱以及细度为150D的高强涤纶长丝纱,备用;
b、编织:采用经纱和纬纱的平纹组织结构编织成面料,经纱采用细度为80D的银纤维和细度为80D的高强涤纶长丝纱按一定比例配置,纬纱采用细度为80D的银纤维与细度为150D的高强涤纶长丝纱混纬;
c、后处理:将步骤b编织得到的面料进行漂白处理,干燥,然后经柔软液处理后,烘干定型。
优选的,所述经纱由银纤维和高强涤纶长丝纱按1:4的比例排列而成。
优选的,所述纬纱由银纤维和高强涤纶长丝纱按1:1的比例混纬。
优选的,所述面料的经向密度为320根/10cm。
优选的,所述面料的纬向密度为140根/10cm。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用银纤维与高强涤纶纤维长丝纱混织,由于银纤维具有良好的柔软性,同时细度很细,使得面料紧度下降,手感柔软;
(2)由于银纤维导电性好,使得面料导电性良好。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例以对本发明做进一步详细说明,但不应将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。对于实施例中未具体描述的工艺参数,可遵照本领域中的常规条件或者按照设备规范要求进行。
实施例1
一种银纤维混织击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,包括下列步骤:
a、配料:分别选取细度为80D的银纤维、细度为80D高强涤纶长丝纱以及细度为150D的高强涤纶长丝纱,备用;
b、编织:采用经纱和纬纱的平纹组织结构编织成面料,经纱采用细度为80D的银纤维和细度为80D的高强涤纶长丝纱按1:4的比例配置,纬纱采用细度为80D的银纤维与细度为150D的高强涤纶长丝纱按1:1的比例混纬;
c、后处理:将步骤b编织得到的面料进行漂白处理,干燥,然后经柔软液处理后,烘干定型。
本发明采用银纤维与高强涤纶纤维长丝纱混织,由于银纤维具有良好的柔软性,同时细度很细,使得面料紧度下降,手感柔软;由于银纤维导电性好,使得面料导电性良好。
实施例2
参照实施例1的制备工艺,本实施例2在编织过程中,使编织的面料经向密度为320根/10cm,纬向密度为140根/10cm。

1.一种银纤维混织击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,包括下列步骤:
S1、配料:分别选取细度为80D的银纤维、细度为80D高强涤纶长丝纱以及细度为150D的高强涤纶长丝纱,备用;
S2、编织:采用经纱和纬纱的平纹组织结构编织成面料,经纱采用细度为80D的银纤维和细度为80D的高强涤纶长丝纱按一定比例配置,纬纱采用细度为80D的银纤维与细度为150D的高强涤纶长丝纱混纬;
S3、后处理:将步骤S2编织得到的面料进行漂白处理,干燥,然后经柔软液处理后,烘干定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种银纤维混织击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述经纱由细度为80D的银纤维和细度为80D的高强涤纶长丝纱按1:4的比例排列而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种银纤维混织击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述纬纱由细度为80D的银纤维和细度为150D的高强涤纶长丝纱按1:1的比例混纬。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种银纤维混织击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述面料编织的经向密度为320根/10cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种银纤维混织击剑运动金属衣面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2中,所述面料编织的纬向密度为140根/10cm。
