本发明公开了一种纳米银涂层导电击剑运动金属衣面料的制备方法,涉及纺织材料技术领域,包括下列步骤:选用纳米银制备导电胶;将涤纶击剑运动服面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗;用去离子水漂洗干净后烘干;将导电胶用迈耶棒刮涂在涤纶击剑运动服面料的表面,刮涂制成厚度25μm的纳米银导电涂层;将纳米银导电涂层晾干后,将涤纶击剑运动服面料在150℃条件下处理30s,即可得本发明的导电击剑运动服面料。本发明解决金属丝型花剑导电运动服导电外衣面料较厚、手感较硬、柔软性不好、穿着时变形能力差、影响运动灵活性的问题,以及解决面料透气性不好、导电性不好的问题。

Description

一种纳米银涂层导电击剑运动金属衣面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种纳米银涂层导电击剑运动金属衣面料的制备方法。
背景技术
自从1896年击剑运动成为奥运会比赛项目以来,击剑运动的普及性越来越广,参与人数近年来更是呈现出爆发式增长。为此,针对击剑防护服的研发工作也得到越来越多的关注。与此同时,击剑防护服技术的进步也成为击剑这项高危险、强对抗的竞技运动稳步发展的重要助力。
目前金属丝型花剑导电运动服面料使用的导电材料主要为镀锡磷铜丝,将镀锡后的磷铜丝与非导电芯纱如棉纱,锦纶纱或涤纶纱缠绕后,制成导电纱,再将这种导电纱与非导电纱线作为经纬纱线,以一定的间隔进行织造,制成导电的花剑运动服面料。因传统铜丝生产工艺限制,目前市场上击剑运动服使用的磷铜丝硬度较大,在磷铜丝表面镀锡后,导电丝会变得更粗、更硬,柔软性差,最终制成的面料较厚、手感较硬,穿着时变形能力差,影响运动灵活性。
目前,有采用碳纤维作为导电材料的击剑运动服面料,虽然面料的手感比镀锡磷铜丝的面料柔软,但由于碳纤维的导电性不好,使得面料的导电性能不理想。
发明内容
针对上述出现的技术问题,本发明提供一种纳米银涂层导电击剑运动金属衣面料的制备方法,解决金属丝型花剑导电运动服导电外衣面料较厚、手感较硬,柔软性不好,穿着时变形能力差,影响运动灵活性的问题,以及解决面料透气性不好、导电性不好的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种纳米银涂层导电击剑运动金属衣面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、选用纳米银制备导电胶;
S2、将涤纶击剑运动服面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗;
S3、用去离子水漂洗干净后烘干;
S4、将步骤S1的导电胶用迈耶棒刮涂在经步骤S3处理的涤纶击剑运动服面料的表面,刮涂制成厚度为25μm的纳米银导电涂层;
S5、将纳米银导电涂层晾干后,将涤纶击剑运动服面料在150℃条件下处理30s,即可得本发明的导电击剑运动服面料。
优选的,步骤S1制备导电胶的具体方法为:
S11、将纳米银与乙醇混配成混配溶液,其中纳米银的质量分数为95%;
S12、将混配溶液中加入粘合剂,制成纳米银的质量分数为15%的导电胶。
优选的,纳米银的中心粒径为50nm。
优选的,粘合剂为含固量40%的阳离子丙烯酸粘合剂。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)面料轻薄柔软,厚度小,手感好;
(2)透气性好,易于散热排汗,使得运动员穿着更加舒适;
(3)面料导电性好,不易误判。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例以对本发明做进一步详细说明,但不应将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。对于实施例中未具体描述的工艺参数,可遵照本领域中的常规条件或者按照设备规范要求进行。
实施例1
一种纳米银涂层导电击剑运动金属衣面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、选用纳米银制备导电胶;
S2、将涤纶击剑运动服面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗;
S3、用去离子水漂洗干净后烘干;
S4、将步骤S1的导电胶用规格为25μm的迈耶棒刮涂在经步骤S3处理的涤纶击剑运动服面料的表面,刮涂制成厚度为25μm的纳米银导电涂层;
S5、将纳米银导电涂层晾干后,将涤纶击剑运动服面料在150℃条件下处理30s,即可得本发明的导电击剑运动服面料。
实施例2
较实施例1,本实施例2中制备导电胶的具体方法为:
S11、将纳米银与乙醇混配成混配溶液,其中纳米银的质量分数为95%;
S12、将混配溶液中加入粘合剂,制成纳米银的质量分数为15%的导电胶。
其中,纳米银的中心粒径为50nm。
其中,粘合剂为含固量40%的阳离子丙烯酸粘合剂。
本发明解决金属丝型花剑导电运动服导电外衣面料较厚、手感较硬、柔软性不好、穿着时变形能力差、影响运动灵活性的问题,及解决面料透气性不好的问题,以及解决金属丝型花剑导电运动服导电外衣面料导电性不好的问题,本发明方法制备的面料轻薄柔软,厚度小,手感好;面料透气性好,易于散热排汗,使得运动员穿着更加舒适;面料导电性好,不易误判。

Claims (4)

1.一种纳米银涂层导电击剑运动金属衣面料的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
S1、选用纳米银制备导电胶;
S2、将涤纶击剑运动服面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗;
S3、用去离子水漂洗干净后烘干;
S4、将步骤S1的导电胶用迈耶棒刮涂在经步骤S3处理的涤纶击剑运动服面料的表面,刮涂制成厚度为25μm的纳米银导电涂层;
S5、将纳米银导电涂层晾干后,将涤纶击剑运动服面料在150℃条件下处理30s,即可得本发明的导电击剑运动服面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米银涂层导电击剑运动金属衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1制备导电胶的具体方法为:
S11、将纳米银与乙醇混配成混配溶液,其中纳米银的质量分数为95%;
S12、将混配溶液中加入粘合剂,制成纳米银的质量分数为15%的导电胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种纳米银涂层导电击剑运动金属衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,纳米银的中心粒径为50nm。
