本发明公开了一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法,涉及纺织材料技术领域,包括下列步骤:配置4‑(2‑乙胺基)苯‑1,2‑二酚溶液;将芳纶击剑运动服面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗,后用去离子水漂洗、烘干;经清洗后的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入4‑(2‑乙胺基)苯‑1,2‑二酚溶液中浸泡;将经浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入银氨溶液中浸泡;再放入硼氢化钠溶液浸泡;取出经硼氢化钠溶液浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料,清洗晾干;将晾干后的芳纶击剑运动服面料在十二硫醇乙醇溶液中浸泡,后清洗晾干,得到本发明的击剑运动服面料。本发明的击剑运动服防护和导电一体化服装重量轻,整体厚度小,柔软性相对改善,易于散热排汗,使得运动员穿着更加舒适。

一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法。
背景技术
自从1896年击剑运动成为奥运会比赛项目以来,击剑运动的普及性越来越广,参与人数近年来更是呈现出爆发式增长。为此,针对击剑防护服的研发工作也得到越来越多的关注。与此同时,击剑防护服技术的进步也成为击剑这项高危险、强对抗的竞技运动稳步发展的重要助力。
目前金属丝型击剑导电运动服面料使用的导电材料主要为镀锡磷铜丝,将镀锡后的磷铜丝与非导电芯纱如棉纱,锦纶纱或涤纶纱缠绕后,制成导电纱,再将这种导电纱与非导电纱线作为经纬纱线,以一定的间隔进行织造,制成导电的击剑运动服面料。因传统铜丝生产工艺限制,目前市场上击剑运动服使用的磷铜丝硬度较大,在磷铜丝表面镀锡后,导电丝会变得更粗、更硬,柔软性差,最终制成的面料较厚、手感较硬,穿着时变形能力差,影响运动灵活性。
目前,有采用碳纤维作为导电材料的击剑运动服面料,虽然面料的手感比镀锡磷铜丝的面料柔软,但由于碳纤维的导电性不好,使得面料的导电性能不理想。
发明内容
针对上述出现的技术问题,本发明提供一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法,解决金属丝型击剑导电运动服导电外衣面料较厚、手感较硬,柔软性不好,穿着时变形能力差,影响运动灵活性的问题,以及解决面料透气性不好、导电性不好的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、配置pH值为8.5的4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液;
S2、将芳纶击剑运动服面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗,后用去离子水漂洗、烘干;
S3、经步骤S2处理后的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入步骤S1中配置的4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液中浸泡;
S4、将经过步骤S3浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入银氨溶液中浸泡10min;
S5、将经过步骤S4处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入硼氢化钠溶液浸泡10min;
S6、取出经硼氢化钠溶液浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料,清洗晾干;
S7、将步骤S6晾干后的芳纶击剑运动服面料在浓度为1%十二硫醇乙醇溶液中浸泡,清洗晾干,得到本发明的击剑运动服面料。
优选的,步骤S1中配置的具体步骤为:
S11、用去离子水配置4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液,浓度为0.25%;
S12、用Tris-HCl缓冲溶液调整4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液的pH值至8.5。
优选的,步骤S3中浸泡时间为40~60h,温度为20~30℃。
优选的,步骤S3中浸泡时间为50h,温度为25℃。
优选的,步骤S5中硼氢化钠溶液的浓度为2g/L,pH值为8.7。
优选的,步骤S7中浸泡时间为20~50min。
优选的,步骤S7中浸泡时间为30min。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚载银,使芳纶纤维具有良好的导电性且防护性不变;
(2)本发明采用4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚载银具有银在芳纶表面附着性好、不易脱落的优点;
(3)本发明采用以4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚为底物载银生产导电芳纶无污染,为绿色生产;
(4)本发明的击剑运动服防护和导电一体化服装重量轻,整体厚度小,柔软性相对改善,易于散热排汗,使得运动员穿着更加舒适。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例以对本发明做进一步详细说明,但不应将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。对于实施例中未具体描述的工艺参数,可遵照本领域中的常规条件或者按照设备规范要求进行。
实施例1
一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、用去离子水配置4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液,浓度为0.25%;后用Tris-HCl缓冲溶液调整4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液的pH值至8.5;
S2、将芳纶击剑运动服面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗,后用去离子水漂洗、烘干;
S3、经步骤S2处理后的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入步骤S1中配置的4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液中浸泡40h,温度为30℃;
S4、将经过步骤S3浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入银氨溶液中浸泡10min;
S5、将经过步骤S4处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入浓度为2g/L,pH值为8.7的硼氢化钠溶液浸泡10min;
S6、取出经硼氢化钠溶液浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料,清洗晾干;
S7、将步骤S6晾干后的芳纶击剑运动服面料在浓度为1%十二硫醇乙醇溶液中浸泡20min,清洗晾干,得到本发明的击剑运动服面料。
实施例2
一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、用去离子水配置4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液,浓度为0.25%;后用Tris-HCl缓冲溶液调整4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液的pH值至8.5;
S2、将芳纶击剑运动服面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗,后用去离子水漂洗、烘干;
S3、经步骤S2处理后的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入步骤S1中配置的4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液中浸泡60h,温度为20℃;
S4、将经过步骤S3浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入银氨溶液中浸泡10min;
S5、将经过步骤S4处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入浓度为2g/L,pH值为8.7的硼氢化钠溶液浸泡10min;
S6、取出经硼氢化钠溶液浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料,清洗晾干;
S7、将步骤S6晾干后的芳纶击剑运动服面料在浓度为1%十二硫醇乙醇溶液中浸泡50min,清洗晾干,得到本发明的击剑运动服面料。
实施例3
一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、用去离子水配置4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液,浓度为0.25%;后用Tris-HCl缓冲溶液调整4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液的pH值至8.5;
S2、将芳纶击剑运动服面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗,后用去离子水漂洗、烘干;
S3、经步骤S2处理后的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入步骤S1中配置的4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液中浸泡50h,温度为25℃;
S4、将经过步骤S3浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入银氨溶液中浸泡10min;
S5、将经过步骤S4处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入浓度为2g/L,pH值为8.7的硼氢化钠溶液浸泡10min;
S6、取出经硼氢化钠溶液浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料,清洗晾干;
S7、将步骤S6晾干后的芳纶击剑运动服面料在浓度为1%十二硫醇乙醇溶液中浸泡30min,清洗晾干,得到本发明的击剑运动服面料。
本发明采用4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚载银,使芳纶纤维具有良好的导电性且防护性不变;本发明采用4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚载银具有银在芳纶表面附着性好、不易脱落的优点;本发明采用以4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚为底物载银生产导电芳纶无污染,为绿色生产;本发明的击剑运动服防护和导电一体化服装重量轻,整体厚度小,柔软性相对改善,易于散热排汗,使得运动员穿着更加舒适。

1.一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
S1、配置pH值为8.5的4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液;
S2、将芳纶击剑运动服面料放入十二烷基苯磺酸溶液中清洗,后用去离子水漂洗、烘干;
S3、经步骤S2处理后的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入步骤S1中配置的4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液中浸泡;
S4、将经过步骤S3浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入银氨溶液中浸泡10min;
S5、将经过步骤S4处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料放入硼氢化钠溶液浸泡10min;
S6、取出经硼氢化钠溶液浸泡处理的芳纶击剑运动服面料,清洗晾干;
S7、将步骤S6晾干后的芳纶击剑运动服面料在浓度为1%十二硫醇乙醇溶液中浸泡,后清洗晾干,得到本发明的击剑运动服面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中配置的具体步骤为:
S11、用去离子水配置4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液,浓度为0.25%;
S12、用Tris-HCl缓冲溶液调整4-(2-乙胺基)苯-1,2-二酚溶液的pH值至8.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中浸泡时间为40~60h,温度为20~30℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中浸泡时间为50h,温度为25℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种导电防护一体化击剑运动服面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中硼氢化钠溶液的浓度为2g/L,pH值为8.7。
