Abstract
本发明公开了一种击剑运动金属衣面料用导电银纤维捻线,涉及纺织材料技术领域,导电银纤维捻线为由第一纱线和第二纱线并捻而成的并捻纱,所述第一纱线为细度为80D的导电银纤维,所述第二纱线为细度为80D的弹力纤维。本发明导电银纤维捻线的柔软性好,使得面料更轻薄,柔软性提升,可提高金属衣的运动舒适性,有助于运动员减少体力消耗并提升成绩。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体涉及一种击剑运动金属衣面料用导电银纤维捻线。
背景技术
自从1896年击剑运动成为奥运会比赛项目以来,击剑运动的普及性越来越广,参与人数近年来更是呈现出爆发式增长。为此,针对击剑防护金属衣的研发工作也得到越来越多的关注。与此同时,击剑防护金属衣技术的进步也成为击剑这项高危险、强对抗的竞技运动稳步发展的重要助力。
目前金属丝型击剑导电运动金属衣面料使用的导电材料为镀锡磷铜丝,将镀锡后的磷铜丝与非导电芯纱如棉纱,锦纶纱或涤纶纱缠绕后,制成导电纱,再将这种导电纱与非导电纱线作为经纬纱线,以一定的间隔进行织造,制成导电的击剑运动金属衣。
这种包缠导电纱主要有以下一些缺陷:1、因传统铜丝生产工艺限制,目前市场上击剑运动金属衣使用的磷铜丝直径最细的为35微米,比较常见的为40微米,硬度较大;2、在磷铜丝表面镀锡后,导电丝会变得更粗、更硬且导电性不是很理想;3、由于这种导电纱使用的磷铜丝较粗,弯曲刚度较大,不易产生变形,弯曲过大容易脆断,使得采用的与之缠绕的芯纱也较粗,一般为细度为250D左右;4、由于镀锡磷铜的导电性限制,磷铜丝与芯纱包缠数较多,一般为24-26转/厘米,密度较大,使得包缠纱外铜丝包覆的紧密,纱刚度增加。
由于上述几个原因,使得最终制成的导电包缠纱细度较粗,柔软性差,最终制成的面料手感较厚、较硬,穿着时变形能力差,影响运动灵活性。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种击剑运动金属衣面料用导电银纤维捻线,本发明制成的锦纶镀银纤维导电捻线可用于织造击剑运动金属衣导电面料,改善其柔软性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种击剑运动金属衣面料用导电银纤维捻线,所述导电银纤维捻线为由第一纱线和第二纱线并捻而成的并捻纱,所述第一纱线为细度为80D的导电银纤维,所述第二纱线为细度为80D的弹力纤维。
优选的,所述导电银纤维为锦纶镀银纤维。
优选的,所述并捻纱的捻回数为5~6捻/厘米。
优选的,所述弹力纤维为锦纶纱。
优选的,所述弹力纤维为涤纶纱。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)采用锦纶镀银纤维作为导电材料,导电纤维柔软性好,使得捻线的柔软好;
(2)锦纶镀银纤维导电性好,使得捻线的导电性好;
(3)锦纶镀银纤维柔软,可以用于与较细的其他纱并捻,捻线总细度小,弯曲刚度小,捻线更柔软。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例以对本发明做进一步详细说明,但不应将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。对于实施例中未具体描述的工艺参数,可遵照本领域中的常规条件或者按照设备规范要求进行。
本发明针对由于现有产品由于使用的镀锡磷铜丝较粗和导电性较差而导致的导电纱柔软性差的问题,改用柔软的锦纶镀银纤维为导电材料,以改善纱的柔软性,提高导电性,以便生产出轻薄、柔软性,导电性都较好的击剑运动金属衣面料。
实施例1
一种击剑运动金属衣面料用导电银纤维捻线,所述导电银纤维捻线为由细度为80D的锦纶镀银纤维与细度为80D的锦纶纱并捻而成的并捻纱,所述并捻纱的捻回数为5~6捻/厘米。
实施例2
一种击剑运动金属衣面料用导电银纤维捻线,所述导电银纤维捻线为由细度为80D的锦纶镀银纤维与细度为80D的涤纶纱并捻而成的并捻纱,所述并捻纱的捻回数为5~6捻/厘米。
相比传统击剑运动金属衣导电面料所用导电纱,本发明采用锦纶镀银纤维为导电材料,导电丝的柔软性增加,导电性提高。
针对传统产品的各个缺陷,本发明可从以下几方面改善导电纱线的性能:采用锦纶镀银纤维作为导电材料,导电纤维柔软性好,使得捻线的柔软好;锦纶镀银纤维导电性好,使得捻线的导电性好;锦纶镀银纤维柔软,可以用于与较细的其他纱并捻,捻线总细度小,弯曲刚度小,捻线更柔软。
由于本发明的导电捻线的柔软性好,使得面料更轻薄,柔软性提升,可提高金属衣的运动舒适性,有助于运动员减少体力消耗并提升成绩。

1.一种击剑运动金属衣面料用导电银纤维捻线,所述导电银纤维捻线为由第一纱线和第二纱线并捻而成的并捻纱,所述第一纱线为细度为80D的导电银纤维,所述第二纱线为细度为80D的弹力纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种击剑运动金属衣面料用导电银纤维捻线,其特征在于,所述导电银纤维为锦纶镀银纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种击剑运动金属衣面料用导电银纤维捻线,其特征在于,所述并捻纱的捻回数为5~6捻/厘米。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的一种击剑运动金属衣面料用导电银纤维捻线,其特征在于,所述弹力纤维为锦纶纱。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的一种击剑运动金属衣面料用导电银纤维捻线,其特征在于,所述弹力纤维为涤纶纱。
