本发明提供了一种高档睡衣面料及其制备方法,的棉纤维和香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻先纺织成包芯纱,再与真丝纤维进行混纺,该混纺纤维不但具有真丝纤维的亲肤特点,而且其吸湿透气性能还得到进一步的增强;本发明使用的香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻是将废弃物的香蕉茎秆再利用,符合国家循环经济的要求,降低了高档面料的成本;在染色过程中加入少量蚕蛹蛋白可以增强睡衣的香味,提升睡眠质量;本发明以香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻为芯,外部用天然优质棉纱线进行包裹,纺织成包芯纱,不但克服了香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻表面粗糙的缺点,而且还提升了混纺面料的吸湿透气性能,是一种新型天然纤维的优化利用工艺。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域,特别地,涉及一种高档睡衣面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
香蕉产业是我国热带农业的支柱产业之一,是我国热区农民增收的重要经济作物。在香蕉果实采摘后产生产量巨大的香蕉茎秆等废弃物。香蕉茎秆中可提取出数量相当可观的香蕉纤维,每株香蕉树可产200-500g香蕉纤维,我国可提取的香蕉茎秆纤维有10万吨以上。香蕉茎秆纤维具有吸湿和放湿快等诸多优点,在纺织业有着具大的应用前景。和其他天然植物纤维素纤维一样,香蕉纤维主要成分为纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、脂蜡质和果胶等,但纤维素含量要低于亚麻、黄麻,而半纤维素和木质素的含量则更高。由于香蕉纤维研究起步较晚,其提取技术和脱胶工艺不成熟。在香蕉茎秆纤维脱胶工艺的选择上,可借鉴亚麻、黄麻、大麻等麻类工艺纤维的脱胶方法,主要有化学脱胶和生物脱胶法。
由于具有半纤维素和木质素含量高、纤维素结晶度较低、纤维强度较低等特点,完全借鉴传统麻类脱胶工艺参数进行香蕉茎秆纤维的脱胶难以达到满意效果,其精干麻的得率低,生产的能耗高、碱液消耗量大、污染大。
中国发明专利CN105821487A公开了一种香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻的生产方法,提高精干麻的得率,精干麻的强度也可以基本达到纺织的要求,但该麻纤维的纤维表面较粗糙,如何将其应用于面料尤其是高档面料中,仍有待研究。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种高档睡衣面料及其制备方法,以解决技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种高档睡衣面料及其制备方法。
一种高档睡衣面料,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻 8-15%
棉纤维 25-35%
真丝纤维 余量。
优选的,所述的香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻的纤维长支数为200-220Nm,单纤强度≥3cN/dtex。
优选的,所述的棉纤维和香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻先纺织成包芯纱再使用,其中香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻为芯,外部用天然优质棉纱线进行包裹。
一种高档睡衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、以香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻为芯,外部用天然优质棉纱线进行包裹,采用涡流纺工艺纺织成包芯纱;
B、将包芯纱和真丝纤维进行混纺织成坯布;
C、将坯布进行漂白处理,具体条件如下:将坯布在50-55℃温度的漂白处理液内处理20-25min,然后用25-30℃温度的冷水处理8-15min;烘干即可;
D、采用浸压法对面料进行染色,具体条件如下:浸轧温度控制在50-55℃,浸轧率70-80%,浸轧处理液中含有2-8%的天然植物染色剂和0.5-1%的蚕蛹蛋白,浴比为1:(15-25),pH值6.5-6.8;
E、对面料进行印花,然后进行清水浸轧,放入皂洗池中用45-50℃皂洗液处理15-20min,浴比为1:(50-60);所述的皂洗液可重复使用;
F、将面料放在拉幅机上进行烘干定型,拉幅机车速为60-70m/min,温度为130-140℃,定型时间控制在25-30s。
优选的,所述的漂白处理液包括以下重量百分比的成分:双氧水 0.1-0.3%、水玻璃 0.2-0.3%,精练剂 0.5-1%,余量为水。
优选的,所述的皂洗液包括以下重量百分比的成分:高效中性皂洗剂用量为0.1-0.2%,余量为水。
本发明中漂白、染色和皂洗过程中将温度控制在60℃以下,并且将高温定型烘干的时间严格控制在30s以内,有利于对香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻和蚕蛹蛋白的保护,使制备的混纺面料具备更好的吸湿透气性能和释放香气的效果。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的混纺纤维不但具有真丝纤维的亲肤特点,而且其吸湿透气性能还得到进一步的增强;2、本发明中使用的香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻是将废弃物的香蕉茎秆再利用,符合国家循环经济的要求,降低了高档面料的成本;3、在染色过程中加入少量蚕蛹蛋白可以增强睡衣的香味,提升睡眠质量;4、本发明以香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻为芯,外部用天然优质棉纱线进行包裹,纺织成包芯纱,不但克服了香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻表面粗糙的缺点,而且还提升了混纺面料的吸湿透气性能,是一种新型天然纤维的优化利用工艺。

实施例1

香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻 10%
棉纤维 30%
真丝纤维 余量。
所述的香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻的纤维长支数为200-220Nm,单纤强度≥3cN/dtex。
一种高档睡衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、以香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻为芯,外部用天然优质棉纱线进行包裹,采用涡流纺工艺纺织成包芯纱;
B、将包芯纱和真丝纤维进行混纺织成坯布;
C、将坯布进行漂白处理,具体条件如下:将坯布在52℃温度的漂白处理液内处理23min,然后用28℃温度的冷水处理12min;烘干即可;所述的漂白处理液包括以下重量百分比的成分:双氧水 0.2%、水玻璃 0.25%,精练剂 0.7%,余量为水;
D、采用浸压法对面料进行染色,具体条件如下:浸轧温度控制在52℃,浸轧率75%,浸轧处理液中含有2-8%的天然植物染色剂和0.8%的蚕蛹蛋白,浴比为1:20,pH值6.5-6.8;
E、对面料进行印花,然后进行清水浸轧,放入皂洗池中用48℃皂洗液处理18min,浴比为1:55;所述的皂洗液可重复使用;所述的皂洗液包括以下重量百分比的成分:高效中性皂洗剂用量为0.1-0.2%,余量为水;
F、将面料放在拉幅机上进行烘干定型,拉幅机车速为65m/min,温度为135℃,定型时间控制在25-30s。

香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻 15%
棉纤维 35%
真丝纤维 余量。

F、将面料放在拉幅机上进行烘干定型,拉幅机车速为60m/min,温度为140℃,定型时间控制在25-30s。

A、以香蕉茎秆纤维精干麻为芯,外部用天然优质棉纱线进行包裹,采用涡流纺工艺纺织成包芯纱;
B、将包芯纱和真丝纤维进行混纺织成坯布;
C、将坯布进行漂白处理,具体条件如下:将坯布在50℃温度的漂白处理液内处理25min,然后用25℃温度的冷水处理15min;烘干即可;所述的漂白处理液包括以下重量百分比的成分:双氧水 0.1%、水玻璃 0.3%,精练剂 0.5%,余量为水;
D、采用浸压法对面料进行染色,具体条件如下:浸轧温度控制在55℃,浸轧率70%,浸轧处理液中含有8%的天然植物染色剂和1%的蚕蛹蛋白,浴比为1:15,pH值6.5-6.8;
E、对面料进行印花,然后进行清水浸轧,放入皂洗池中用50℃皂洗液处理15min,浴比为1:60;所述的皂洗液可重复使用;所述的皂洗液包括以下重量百分比的成分:高效中性皂洗剂用量为0.1-0.2%,余量为水
F、将面料放在拉幅机上进行烘干定型,拉幅机车速为70m/min,温度为130℃,定型时间控制在25-30s。
