Abstract
本发明公开了一种毛腈混纺织物的染色工艺,经过前处理、染色和固色过程完成毛腈混纺织物的染色工艺,其优点在于:本发明在前处理时采用超声波进行前处理,相较于常规的前处理,处理温度低,时间短,同时杂质去除率高,白度提高,同时没有强碱剂的加入,对羊毛的损伤小,同时采用无磷清洗剂,对环境的污染小,更环保;采用一步一浴法染色,严格控制升温速度,使羊毛先上染,降低了阳离子染料对羊毛的沾色性,染色均匀,上染率高;在固色工艺中采用绿色环保的天然固色剂松香粉,避免了环境污染。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织品的染色技术领域,具体涉及一种毛腈混纺织物的染色工艺。
背景技术
毛腈混纺织物是一种复合纤维织物,包括羊毛纤维和腈纶纤维,腈纶纤维柔软、轻盈、保暖、耐腐蚀、耐日晒,比羊毛轻10%左右,强度大2倍多,有人造羊毛之称。腈纶与羊毛进行混纺,改善了织物的服用性能。
目前还没有一种染料既能染羊毛又能染腈纶,毛腈混纺纱线染色必须使用2种染料;而现有的羊毛染料和腈纶染料对染浴的pH值要求基本相同,虽然具备同浴染色的条件,但是在染色时,阳离子染料吸附能吸附于羊毛负电性得羧基上,阳离子染料对羊毛的沾色会严重影响纺织品的耐洗、耐摩擦和耐日晒牢度,且羊毛组分含量越高,沾色程度越大,因此需尽可能的降低阳离子染料在羊毛上的沾色量。二浴两步法完全能解决这个问题,但在能源日趋紧张,劳动力成本越来越高,企业竞争激烈的今天,低成本,高效率和高质量才能真正的赢得市场,从而获得最大的利润。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种低成本,工艺简单的毛腈混纺织物的染色工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种毛腈混纺织物的染色工艺,其创新点在于:经过前处理,染色和固色步骤,完成毛腈混纺织物染色工艺;所述具体步骤如下:
(1)前处理:将毛腈混纺织物浸入到处理液中,在30-50℃水浴中超声处理,超声结束后用清水洗涤3-5min,自然晾干;所述处理液组分为4-5g/L浸洗剂LS、5-10g/L30%双氧水、5-10g/Lɑ-淀粉酶和3-5g/L硅酸钠,浴比为1:15-30;
(2)染色:采用一步一浴法染色,所述染色具体步骤为将前处理后的毛腈混纺织物浸入到染色机的染浴中,然后染色机升温,升温速度为1-2℃/min,温度升至60-70℃时,保温染色10-15min,染色机继续升温,升温速度为0.5-1℃/min,升温至75-85℃时,保温染色45-60min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为1-2℃/min,当温度降至30-40℃时,将染料水排出并重新注入清水,用清水冲洗10-15min;
(3)固色:将染色后的毛腈混纺织物放入固色液中进行固色,然后水洗,在烘干机上进行预烘,再焙烘,完成毛腈混纺织物染色工艺。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中超声波频率为40-50Hz,超声时间为2-5min。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中染浴组分为1-3g/L渗透剂JFC、0.5-2g/L分散剂IW、1-3g/L匀染剂、1-3g/L防泳移剂、1-3%owf分散性阳离子染料和1-3%owf活性染料,染色浴比为1:15-30。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中,固色液组分为4-6g/L食盐、4-6g/L松香粉,8-22 g/L乙醇,浴比为1:15-30,固色温度为50-60℃,固色时间为30-40min,水洗温度为40-50℃,水洗时间为15min,预烘温度为80-100℃,预烘时间为3-5min,焙烘温度为110-150℃,焙烘时间为3-5min。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明在前处理时采用超声波进行前处理,相较于常规的前处理,处理温度低,时间短,同时杂质去除率高,白度提高,同时没有强碱剂的加入,对羊毛的损伤小,同时采用无磷清洗剂,对环境的污染小,更环保;
(2)本发明采用一步一浴法染色,严格控制升温速度,使羊毛先上染,降低了阳离子染料对羊毛的沾色性,染色均匀,上染率高;
(3)本发明在固色工艺中采用绿色环保的天然固色剂松香粉,避免了环境污染。

实施例1
一种毛腈混纺织物的染色工艺,经过前处理,染色和固色步骤,完成毛腈混纺织物染色工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)前处理:将毛腈混纺织物浸入到处理液中,在30℃水浴中超声处理2min,超声波频率为40Hz,超声结束后用清水洗涤3min,自然晾干,处理液组分为4g/L浸洗剂LS、5g/L30%双氧水、5g/Lɑ-淀粉酶,3g/L硅酸钠,浴比为1:15;
(2)染色:采用一步一浴法染色,染色具体步骤为将前处理后的毛腈混纺织物浸入到染色机的染浴中,染浴组分为1g/L渗透剂JFC、0.5g/L分散剂IW、1g/L匀染剂、1g/L防泳移剂、1%owf分散性阳离子染料和1%owf活性染料,染色浴比为1:15,然后染色机升温,升温速度为1℃/min,温度升至60℃时,保温染色10min,染色机继续升温,升温速度为0.5℃/min,升温至75℃时,保温染色45min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为1℃/min,当温度降至30℃时,将染料水排出并重新注入清水,用清水冲洗10min;
(3)固色:将染色后的毛腈混纺织物放入固色液中进行固色30min,固色液组分为4g/L食盐,4g/L松香粉,8g/L乙醇,浴比为1:15,固色温度为50℃,然后40℃水洗10min,在烘干机上80℃下进行预烘3min,再在110℃下焙烘3min,完成毛腈混纺织物染色工艺。
实施例2
一种毛腈混纺织物的染色工艺,经过前处理,染色和固色步骤,完成毛腈混纺织物染色工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)前处理:将毛腈混纺织物浸入到处理液中,在50℃水浴中超声处理5min,超声波频率为50Hz,超声结束后用清水洗涤5min,自然晾干,处理液组分为5g/L浸洗剂LS、10g/L30%双氧水、10g/Lɑ-淀粉酶,5g/L硅酸钠,浴比为1:30;
(2)染色:采用一步一浴法染色,染色具体步骤为将前处理后的毛腈混纺织物浸入到染色机的染浴中,染浴组分为3g/L渗透剂JFC、2g/L分散剂IW、3g/L匀染剂、3g/L防泳移剂、分散性阳离子染料3%owf和活性染料3%owf,染色浴比为1:30,然后染色机升温,升温速度为2℃/min,温度升至70℃时,保温染色15min,染色机继续升温,升温速度为1℃/min,升温至85℃时,保温染色60min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为2℃/min,当温度降至40℃时,将染料水排出并重新注入清水,用清水冲洗15min;
(3)固色:将染色后的毛腈混纺织物放入固色液中进行固色40min,固色液组分为6g/L食盐、6g/L松香粉、22g/L乙醇,浴比为1:30,固色温度为60℃,然后50℃水洗15min,在烘干机上100℃下进行预烘5min,再在150℃下焙烘5min,完成毛腈混纺织物染色工艺。
实施例3
一种毛腈混纺织物的染色工艺,经过前处理,染色和固色步骤,完成毛腈混纺织物染色工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)前处理:将毛腈混纺织物浸入到处理液中,在40℃水浴中超声处理3min,超声波频率为45Hz,超声结束后用清水洗涤4min,自然晾干,处理液组分为4g/L浸洗剂LS、8g/L30%双氧水、8g/Lɑ-淀粉酶,4g/L硅酸钠,浴比为1:20;
(2)染色:采用一步一浴法染色,染色具体步骤为将前处理后的毛腈混纺织物浸入到染色机的染浴中,染浴组分为2g/L渗透剂JFC、1g/L分散剂IW、2g/L匀染剂、2g/L防泳移剂、2%owf分散性阳离子染料和2%owf活性染料,染色浴比为1:20,然后染色机升温,升温速度为1℃/min,温度升至65℃时,保温染色12min,染色机继续升温,升温速度为0.8℃/min,升温至80℃时,保温染色50min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为1℃/min,当温度降至35℃时,将染料水排出并重新注入清水,用清水冲洗12min;
(3)固色:将染色后的毛腈混纺织物放入固色液中进行固色35min,固色液组分为5g/L食盐、5g/L松香粉、16g/L乙醇,浴比为1:20,固色温度为55℃,然后45℃水洗12min,在烘干机上90℃下进行预烘4min,再在130℃下焙烘3min,完成毛腈混纺织物染色工艺。

前处理:将毛腈混纺织物浸入到处理液中,在30-50℃水浴中超声处理,超声结束后用清水洗涤3-5min,自然晾干;所述处理液组分为4-5g/L浸洗剂LS、5-10g/L30%双氧水、ɑ-淀粉酶5-10g/L,3-5g/L硅酸钠,浴比为1:15-30;
(2)染色:采用一步一浴法染色,所述染色具体步骤为将前处理后的毛腈混纺织物浸入到染色机的染浴中,然后染色机升温,升温速度为1-2℃/min,温度升至60-70℃时,保温染色10-15min,染色机继续升温,升温速度为0.5-1℃/min,升温至75-85℃时,保温染色45-60min,然后染色机降温,降温速度为1-2℃/min,当温度降至30-40℃时,将染料水排出并重新注入清水,用清水冲洗10-15min;
(3)固色:将染色后的毛腈混纺织物放入固色液中进行固色,然后水洗,在烘干机上进行预烘,再焙烘,完成毛腈混纺织物染色工艺。
