一种防缩羊毛条的染整处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及羊毛条处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种防缩羊毛条的染整处理方法。
背景技术
羊毛是纺织工业的重要原料,它具有许多优良特性,如弹性好、吸湿性强、不易沾污、保暖性好、光泽柔和。羊毛是一种天然蛋白质纤维,在其表面附有一层主要由角蛋白质组成的如鱼鳞般相互重叠的鳞片层,由于顺逆鳞片方向的摩擦系数不同,在外力反复作用下,羊毛纤维将互相穿插、纠缠、交编、毡合而产生缩绒。缩绒虽使毛织物具有外观优美、手感丰厚柔软、保暖性能良好的效果,但也使毛织物在洗涤过程中容易产生尺寸收缩和变形。因此,为提高羊毛纺织品的防毡缩性能,提高产品的尺寸稳定性,使其产品达到“机可洗”效果,需对羊毛纤维进行鳞片改性处理。
现有羊毛条经过防缩处理后,其染色性能受到不同程度的影响,从而影响羊毛条的使用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防缩羊毛条的染整处理方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防缩羊毛条的染整处理方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)预浸:将羊毛条浸入预处理液中,在超声震荡的作用下,浸泡预处理一段时间,然后水洗干净备用;
(2)防缩处理:以生物酶为防缩处理液,采用连续浸轧法进行快速防缩处理;
(3)染色:将防缩处理后的羊毛条在入染温度下以1:40~45的浴比浸入染液中,然后程序升温至80~85℃下进行恒温染色,程序将至室温;
(4)染色后处理:将步骤(3)中染色后的防缩羊毛先后进行热水洗、皂洗、室温水洗和冷水洗,最后干燥得到染色羊毛条。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述预处理液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:双氧水2~5%、渗透剂1~3%、高锰酸钾0.5~1%、亚硫酸钠5~15%,余量为水。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)中,所述预处理的条件为:温度40~50℃,超声震荡频率300~500次/min,超声时间15~20min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述生物酶防缩处理液包括如下配方量的组分:渗透剂1.5~2g/L,生物酶活化剂1.8~2.3g/L,复合蛋白酶1.5~2.0g/L,氯化钙0.1~0.2g/L。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述连续浸渍的工艺条件为:浴比1:60~80;温度55~60℃,时间1.5~2min;浸轧频率为20~25s/次,轧液率100~110%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述染液包括如下配方量组分:染料2.5~3%(owf)、冰醋酸2~3g/L、无水碳酸钠2~3 g/L、渗透剂1~3g/L。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述入染温度为45℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述程序升温的工艺条件为:先以1℃/min的速率从入染温度升高至60~65℃,再以2℃/min的速率从60~65℃升温至80~85℃,升温保持60~65min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述程序降温的工艺条件为:以2~3℃/min的速率从80~85℃降低至室温。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(4)中,所述热水洗的工艺条件为:水温70~75℃,时间8~10min;所述皂洗的工艺条件为:温度50~55℃,时间15~20min;所述室温水洗的时间为30~40min;所述冷水洗的工艺条件为:温度5~10℃,时间10~15min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种防缩羊毛条的染整处理方法,通过染色工艺条件的控制及染后处理,有效提高了经生物酶防缩处理的防缩羊毛条的染色效果,所得染色防缩羊毛条具有优异的机械性能和染色效果,满足羊毛条的服用需求,市场前景广阔。

本发明实施例包括:
实施例1
本发明揭示了一种防缩羊毛条的染整处理方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)预浸:将羊毛条浸入预处理液中,在温度为40~50℃的条件下以300次/min的频率超声震荡20min,使羊毛条被充分的浸润;
其中,所述预处理液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:双氧水2%、渗透剂1%、高锰酸钾0.5%、亚硫酸钠5%,余量为水;
(2)防缩处理:以生物酶为防缩处理液,采用连续浸轧法进行快速防缩处理;其中,所述生物酶防缩处理液包括如下配方量的组分:渗透剂1.5g/L,生物酶活化剂1.8g/L,复合蛋白酶1.5g/L,氯化钙0.1g/L。
所述连续浸渍的工艺条件为:浴比1:60;温度55℃,时间1.5min;浸轧频率为20s/次,轧液率100~110%;
防缩处理后,对羊毛条先进行20次以上温水洗,再用80℃的热水洗涤1-2次,使生物酶失活;
(3)染色:将防缩处理后的羊毛条在45℃的入染温度下,以1:40的浴比浸入染液中,然后程序升温至80℃下进行恒温染色,程序将至室温;
其中,所述染液包括如下配方量组分:染料2.5%(owf)、冰醋酸2g/L、无水碳酸钠2 g/L、渗透剂1g/L;
所述程序升温的工艺条件为:先以1℃/min的速率从入染温度升高至60~65℃,再以2℃/min的速率从60~65℃升温至80℃,升温保持60~65min。
所述程序降温的工艺条件为:以2℃/min的速率从80~85℃降低至室温。
(4)染色后处理:将步骤(3)中染色后的防缩羊毛先用70~75℃的热水洗8~10min,其次用50~55℃的皂水洗15~20min,再用室温水洗30~40min,最后用5~10℃的冷水洗10~15min,最后干燥得到染色羊毛条。
实施例2
本发明揭示了一种防缩羊毛条的染整处理方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)预浸:将羊毛条浸入预处理液中,在温度为40~50℃的条件下以500次/min的频率超声震荡15min,使羊毛条被充分的浸润;
其中,所述预处理液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:双氧水5%、渗透剂3%、高锰酸钾1%、亚硫酸钠15%,余量为水;
(2)防缩处理:以生物酶为防缩处理液,采用连续浸轧法进行快速防缩处理;其中,所述生物酶防缩处理液包括如下配方量的组分:渗透剂2g/L,生物酶活化剂2.3g/L,复合蛋白酶2.0g/L,氯化钙0.2g/L。
所述连续浸渍的工艺条件为:浴比1: 80;温度60℃,时间2min;浸轧频率为25s/次,轧液率100~110%;
防缩处理后,对羊毛条先进行20次以上温水洗,再用80℃的热水洗涤1-2次,使生物酶失活;
(3)染色:将防缩处理后的羊毛条在45℃的入染温度下,以1: 45的浴比浸入染液中,然后程序升温至85℃下进行恒温染色,程序将至室温;
其中,所述染液包括如下配方量组分:染料3%(owf)、冰醋酸3g/L、无水碳酸钠3 g/L、渗透剂3g/L;
所述程序升温的工艺条件为:先以1℃/min的速率从入染温度升高至60~65℃,再以2℃/min的速率从60~65℃升温至85℃,升温保持60~65min。
所述程序降温的工艺条件为:以3℃/min的速率从85℃降低至室温。
(4)染色后处理:将步骤(3)中染色后的防缩羊毛先用70~75℃的热水洗8~10min,其次用50~55℃的皂水洗15~20min,再用室温水洗30~40min,最后用5~10℃的冷水洗10~15min,最后干燥得到染色羊毛条。
上述方法得到的染色防缩羊毛条,经测试,其强力保留率为80~82%、伸长保留率为72~75%;色泽鲜亮,花色均匀,无染花现象。
本发明一种防缩羊毛条的染整处理方法,通过染色工艺条件的控制及染后处理,有效提高了经生物酶防缩处理的防缩羊毛条的染色效果,所得染色防缩羊毛条具有优异的机械性能和染色效果,满足羊毛条的服用需求,市场前景广阔。

(1)预浸:将羊毛条浸入预处理液中,在超声震荡的作用下,浸泡预处理一段时间,然后水洗干净备用;
(2)防缩处理:以生物酶为防缩处理液,采用连续浸轧法进行快速防缩处理;
(3)染色:将防缩处理后的羊毛条在入染温度下以1:40~45的浴比浸入染液中,然后程序升温至80~85℃下进行恒温染色,程序将至室温;
(4)染色后处理:将步骤(3)中染色后的防缩羊毛先后进行热水洗、皂洗、室温水洗和冷水洗,最后干燥得到染色羊毛条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防缩羊毛条的染整处理方法,其特征在于,所述预处理液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:双氧水2~5%、渗透剂1~3%、高锰酸钾0.5~1%、亚硫酸钠5~15%,余量为水。
