本发明涉及绞纱染色技术领域，尤其是一种48支涤纶、锦纶、粘胶混纺绞纱的黑色一浴染色方法，将绞纱原料加入染缸，并注入规定量的水，加入元明粉、活性染料，活性染料包括活性黑K‑R、活性黄K‑2RN、活性红R‑2BK，再加入分散剂IW，加入分散染料，分散染料为分散黑ECT，再加入促染剂CBA，升温至98℃，并保温30min，排水；再注入清水后升温至80℃，加入皂洗剂后保温20min，然后排水；再用70‑80℃的温水进行清洗，温水清洗进行两次，清洗完成即染色完成；本发明所得到的一种48支涤纶、锦纶、粘胶混纺绞纱的黑色一浴染色方法，通过合理的设计，实现了对涤纶、锦纶、粘胶混纺绞纱的一浴染色，提高染色效率，缩短染色时间，而且节水、节电、节气，且减少中和步骤，降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及绞纱染色技术领域，尤其是一种48支涤纶、锦纶、粘胶混纺绞纱的黑色一浴染色方法。
背景技术
现有技术中，对于涤纶、锦纶、粘胶混纺绞纱的染色都是通过二浴法或多浴法完成，其中染色过程中需要消耗大量的水，而且染色时间长，染色的稳定性较差，另外染色之后还需要通过中和处理，工序复杂，控制难度高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种工序简单，节省能源消耗的48支涤纶、锦纶、粘胶混纺绞纱的黑色一浴染色方法。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种48支涤纶、锦纶、粘胶混纺绞纱的黑色一浴染色方法，采用常温常压喷射染缸，将绞纱原料加入染缸，并注入规定量的水，加入元明粉，间隔5min后加入活性染料，活性染料包括活性黑K-R、活性黄K-2RN、活性红R-2BK，间隔5min后再加入分散剂IW，间隔5min后加入分散染料，分散染料为分散黑ECT，再间隔5min后加入促染剂CBA，间隔5min后以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃，并保温30min，排水；再注入清水后升温至80℃，加入皂洗剂后保温20min，然后排水；再用70-80℃的温水进行清洗，温水清洗进行两次，清洗完成即染色完成；其中元明粉用量为80g/L，促染剂CBA的用量为1g/L，分散剂IW的用量为1%，皂洗剂的用量为1%，分散黑ECT的用量为1.2%，活性黑K-R的用量为5%、活性黄K-2RN的用量为0.15%、活性红R-2BK的用量为0.2%；上述百分比为与绞纱原料的质量百分比。
本发明所得到的一种48支涤纶、锦纶、粘胶混纺绞纱的黑色一浴染色方法，通过合理的设计，实现了对涤纶、锦纶、粘胶混纺绞纱的一浴染色，提高染色效率，缩短染色时间，而且节水、节电、节气，且减少中和步骤，降低成本。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
本实施例描述的一种48支涤纶、锦纶、粘胶混纺绞纱的黑色一浴染色方法，采用常温常压喷射染缸，将绞纱原料加入染缸，并注入规定量的水，加入元明粉，间隔5min后加入活性染料，活性染料包括活性黑K-R、活性黄K-2RN、活性红R-2BK，间隔5min后再加入分散剂IW，间隔5min后加入分散染料，分散染料为分散黑ECT，再间隔5min后加入促染剂CBA，间隔5min后以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃，并保温30min，排水；再注入清水后升温至80℃，加入皂洗剂后保温20min，然后排水；再用70-80℃的温水进行清洗，温水清洗进行两次，清洗完成即染色完成；其中元明粉用量为80g/L，促染剂CBA的用量为1g/L，分散剂IW的用量为1%，皂洗剂的用量为1%，分散黑ECT的用量为1.2%，活性黑K-R的用量为5%、活性黄K-2RN的用量为0.15%、活性红R-2BK的用量为0.2%；上述百分比为与绞纱原料的质量百分比。
