本发明公开了一种用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置,其特征在于:包括工作台(1),工作台(1)上方设有减速电机(2)和导轨(3),导轨(3)设在减速电机(2)一侧,导轨(3)上方设有底座(4),底座(4)通过曲柄连杆机构与减速电机(2)连接;底座(4)上方设有椎顶(5)和通过圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样(6)与椎顶(5)连接的电机(7);所述导轨(3)一侧设有升降台(15),升降台(15)上设有研抛电机(8),研抛电机(8)的转动轴(13)设在圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样(6)上方。本发明在圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样(6)研抛时自动化程度较高,不仅效率较高,而且圆弧过渡研抛加工均匀,研抛加工精度较高,能降低废样率。

Description

一种用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样实验设备,特别是一种用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置。
背景技术
据统计,在机械零件断裂失效中有80%以上属于疲劳断裂,其疲劳源绝大多数情况下萌生于试样表面。因此,在疲劳实验过程中对加工的圆柱漏斗形试样的表面质量要求较高,要求变截面部分表面没有机械切削加工的刀痕与磨痕,以免在试样表面的刀痕与磨痕处产生应力集中,导致疲劳裂纹的产生,从而影响实验的精度,所以必须要对圆柱漏斗形试样变截面部分进行研磨及抛光,以满足实验的要求。圆柱形漏斗疲劳试样因其形状独特,常采用传统的手动研抛方法对其试样进行表面处理。传统的手动研抛方法虽易于操作,但是这种手动研抛方法却存在很大的弊端,如手动研抛时由于受力不均匀,容易导致漏斗形试样的圆弧段过渡不圆润,从而试样出现不均匀现象而形成废样,此外,手工研抛时效率低下,不能保证试样的精度等。因此,目前在圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样研抛时存在自动化程度较低,效率较低,研抛不均匀,废样率较高的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置。本发明在圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样研抛时自动化程度较高,不仅效率较高,而且圆弧过渡研抛加工均匀,研抛加工精度较高,能降低废样率。
本发明的技术方案:一种用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置,其特征在于:包括工作台,工作台上方设有减速电机和导轨,导轨设在减速电机一侧,导轨上方设有底座,底座通过曲柄连杆机构与减速电机连接;底座上方设有椎顶和通过圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样与椎顶连接的电机;所述导轨一侧设有升降台,升降台上设有研抛电机,研抛电机的转动轴设在圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样上方。
前述的一种用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置中,所述电机轴上设有螺纹卡盘,螺纹卡盘与设在圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样上的螺纹嵌套设置。
前述的一种用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置中,所述曲柄连杆机构包括通过旋转件连接的连杆A和连杆B,连杆A与减速电机的轴连接,连杆B通过铰链与底座连接。
前述的一种用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置中,所述圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样中部设有圆弧过渡段,研抛电机的转动轴设在圆弧过渡段上方。
前述的一种用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置中,所述椎顶一侧设有旋转把柄。。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过减速电机与曲柄连杆机构以及设在底座上的电机,实现了圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样的匀速往返运动和匀速旋转运动的协调进行,保证了圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样在抛光过程中的均匀性,通过研抛电机高度的可调性,可实现指定深度的抛光;通过上述两者的配合,可实现圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样在抛光过程中的自动化,从而提高了抛光质量和抛光效率。
升降台可调节范围为±50mm,通过升降台升降从而调节研抛电机的高度,实现圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样指定深度的抛光,圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样加工深度调节范围±20mm;并且通过升降台高度,从而调节研抛电机的转动轴与圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样接触的深度,进而达到调节圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样的研抛段的圆弧半径R的目的,使圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样的研抛段的圆弧半径R可在80mm范围内进行调节,加工的精度较高,而且废样率较低;通过进行研抛实验,研抛加工过程中废样率低于0.3%。
通过选用可进行无级变速且转速可在50-600r/min范围内调节的减速电机,可根据加工需求调节减速电机的转速,从而调节底座在导轨上进行往返运动的速度,进而对圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样进行适时控速;通过采用曲柄连杆机构,使减速电机连接底座进行往返运动移动的距离可在100mm进行调节。
通过选用可进行无级变速且转速可在50-600r/min范围内调节的研抛电机,可根据加工状况调节加工速度,提高加工效率;并且可根据抛光膏的粒度更换不同粗糙度的研抛轴,如w5、w2.5或w0.5等,适应不同试样的加工需求,提高研抛效果,提高了研抛的均匀性,降低加工的废样率,而且研抛加工的效率较高;通过进行研抛实验,研抛加工过程中,加工效率平均为13.7~15.8分钟/件。
综上所述,本发明在圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样研抛时自动化程度较高,不仅效率较高,而且圆弧过渡研抛加工均匀,研抛加工精度较高,能降低废样率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置,如图1所示,包括工作台1,工作台1上方设有减速电机2和导轨3,导轨3设在减速电机2一侧,导轨3上方设有底座4,底座4通过曲柄连杆机构与减速电机2连接;底座4上方设有椎顶5和通过圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6与椎顶5连接的电机7;所述导轨3一侧设有升降台,升降台上设有,研抛电机8,,研抛电机8的转动轴13设在圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6上方。
所述电机7轴上设有螺纹卡盘9,螺纹卡盘9与设在圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6上的螺纹嵌套设置;所述曲柄连杆机构包括通过旋转件10连接的连杆A11和连杆B12,连杆A11与减速电机2的轴连接,连杆B12通过铰链与底座4连接;所述圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6中部设有圆弧过渡段,研抛电机8的转动轴13设在圆弧过渡段上方;所述椎顶5一侧设有旋转把柄14。
通过使用本发明的用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置研抛的圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样,经表面粗糙度仪检测其表面粗糙度Ra小于0.2μm,完全能满足高精度标准,相比现有技术研抛加工的试样,其表面光洁度、粗糙度等得到了大大改善,满足了疲劳实验对疲劳试样表面的要求,并且加工时间仅为15min,大大提高了加工效率,而且进行50组研抛实验无废品出现,加工效果稳定,废样率低。
工作原理:首先圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6安装在本装置上,将减速电机8电机7轴上粘连金相砂纸或抛光布,接通电源,减速电机2、电机7和研抛电机8开始旋转,通过减速电机2的转动推动曲柄连杆机构,从而使底座4沿导轨3作往返直线运动,减速电机2的转动带动圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6作旋转运动,从而实现圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6旋转运动和作直线运动协调配合;通过旋转升降台15调节旋钮调节升降台15的高度,使研抛电机8的转动轴13与圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6摩擦接触,对圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6进行持续均匀打磨,这样便可实现对圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6的研磨和抛光。研磨的过程中自动化程度高,研磨效率高,根据实际情况便捷的对整个金相砂纸位置的调节,从而方便对试样上的各个位置进行精细的打磨,有效提高打磨精度。
将椎顶5、圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6和螺纹卡盘9设置在同一同轴度上,保证圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6在旋转运动和往返直线运动中保持稳定。
曲柄连杆机构推动底座4往返的行程等于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6的实验段长度,保证圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样6实验段全部得到抛光处理。

1.一种用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置,其特征在于:包括工作台(1),工作台(1)上方设有减速电机(2)和导轨(3),导轨(3)设在减速电机(2)一侧,导轨(3)上方设有底座(4),底座(4)通过曲柄连杆机构与减速电机(2)连接;底座(4)上方设有椎顶(5)和通过圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样(6)与椎顶(5)连接的电机(7);所述导轨(3)一侧设有升降台(15),升降台(15)上设有研抛电机(8),研抛电机(8)的转动轴(13)设在圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样(6)上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样自动研磨及抛光装置,其特征在于:所述电机(7)轴上设有螺纹卡盘(9),螺纹卡盘(9)与设在圆柱漏斗形疲劳试样(6)上的螺纹嵌套设置。
