技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及一种攻牙设备,具体的说是一种可以进行多角度调节可加工斜形牙孔的多角度攻牙机。
背景技术
[0002]现在的攻牙机,一般只有只垂直加工,虽有一些两轴或者三轴的攻牙机,可以实现攻牙加工机构的左右、上下移动,但其攻牙加工机构仍只能垂直加工。而在实际的生活加工过程中,很多牙孔的位置较为特殊,不易从垂直方向进行加工,虽然可以采用对工件斜形装夹或是采用人工攻牙的方式,但仍不能很好的满足实际生活使用的需要。
[0003]具体的说,并非所有的工作都易于进行斜形装夹,许多工作斜形装夹的难度大,装夹精度差。
[0004]而采用人工攻牙的加工精度低,加工一致性差,长时间持续劳动的人员劳动强度高,不易质量及精度的控制。
[0005]综上所述,提供一种可以进行多角度攻牙的攻牙机是本行业中亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
[0006]本发明的目的在于克服传统攻牙机构只能在垂直方向上加工而造成的灵活性差,适应性差的不足,提供一种适应性、灵活性好的多角度攻牙机。
[0007]为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种多角度攻牙机,包括基座,工作台、Y轴升降机构、攻牙加工机构、控制器。

1.一种多角度攻牙机,其特征在于:包括基座,工作台、Y轴升降机构、攻牙加工机构、控制器,控制器安装在基座外;基座上端通过转轴与工作台连接,该转轴内设有第一电机,可带动工作台转动;所述的第一电机内设有锁死机构;所述工作台上平行设有多行固定槽,固定槽用于物料的固定安装;所述Y轴升降机构包括有Y向主轴、套于主轴上的Y向活动块以及通过丝杆与Y向活动块配合连接的第二电机;所述第二电机安装在Y向主轴顶端,是与控制器相连并带有锁止功能的步进电机;所述Y向活动块可沿Y向主轴沿直线往复运动;所述Y向主轴垂直安装在基座上;所述Y向活动块上设有一 X向滑杆;所述X向滑杆上套设有X向活动块;所述X向滑杆一端还安装有通过丝杆与X向活动块配合带动其可沿X向滑杆作往复直线运动的第三电机;所述第三电机为与控制器相连并带有锁止功能的步进电机;所述X向活动块通过一转轴与攻牙加工机构连接,该转轴与第四电机配合;所述第四电机可带动攻牙加工机构沿转轴转动;所述第四电机为与控制器相连并带有锁止功能的步进电机;所述攻牙加工机构包括有第五电机,该电机的主轴前端与一牙杆相连。
