Abstract
本发明提供一种涤棉混纺纱线染色工艺,通过染涤、精练、染棉、皂洗、固色、柔软和烘干工艺,对混纺纱线进行染色,简化生产工艺,并且保证混纺纱线在染色后保持良好状态,并且对精炼液进行限定,通过精炼液对混纺纱线的品质进行提升,通过对成分的剂量及处理的时间温度进行限定,提高染色品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线染色领域,尤其涉及一种涤棉混纺纱线染色工艺。
背景技术
目前在对混纺纱线进行染色时,通常是通过漂染对其进行染色,而染色工艺主要为两浴法对纱线进行染色,但是在染色工艺中需要对纱线进行还原洗处理,以保证染涤与染棉工艺能够进行,但是增加一步工艺,则染色时间就会延长,且染色成本上升,并且在普通两浴法进行染色后,纱线容易出现毛躁的情况,影响混纺纱线的使用。因此,解决混纺纱线在染色时工艺繁琐且容易损伤纱线的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种涤棉混纺纱线染色工艺,通过染涤、精练、染棉、皂洗、固色、柔软和烘干工艺,对混纺纱线进行染色,简化生产工艺,并且保证混纺纱线在染色后保持良好状态,解决了混纺纱线在染色时工艺繁琐且容易损伤纱线的问题。
本发明提供一种涤棉混纺纱线染色工艺,所述染色工艺步骤如下:
步骤一:对混纺纱线进行两浴法进行染涤处理;
步骤二:将混纺纱线送至精炼液中进行精炼处理;
步骤三:对精炼后的混纺纱线进行染棉处理;
步骤四:对染色完毕的混纺纱线进行皂洗处理;
步骤五:对混纺纱线进行固色处理;
步骤六:对混纺纱线进行柔软处理;
步骤七:对混纺纱线进行烘干,完成成品染色。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤二中精炼液的组成为液碱、双氧水、双氧水安定剂、螯合剂和精炼剂,精炼时间为10~35min,精炼温度为90~110℃,浴比为1:10。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤四中对混纺纱线进行皂洗处理时的皂洗液为皂洗剂sp-2。
进一步改进在于:所述精炼液的剂量为液碱2g/L、双氧水4 g/L、双氧水安定剂0.4g/L、螯合剂0.5 g/L和精炼剂1 g/L。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤一中的染涤处理时加入均染剂V500、分散剂WS和乙酸,提升染涤处理品质。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤三中的染棉处理时加入六偏磷酸钠、芒硝和代用碱。
本发明的有益效果是:通过染涤、精练、染棉、皂洗、固色、柔软和烘干工艺,对混纺纱线进行染色,简化生产工艺,并且保证混纺纱线在染色后保持良好状态,并且对精炼液进行限定,通过精炼液对混纺纱线的品质进行提升,通过对成分的剂量及处理的时间温度进行限定,提高染色品质。

本实施例提供了一种涤棉混纺纱线染色工艺,所述染色工艺步骤如下:
步骤一:对混纺纱线进行两浴法进行染涤处理;
步骤二:将混纺纱线送至精炼液中进行精炼处理;
步骤三:对精炼后的混纺纱线进行染棉处理;
步骤四:对染色完毕的混纺纱线进行皂洗处理;
步骤五:对混纺纱线进行固色处理;
步骤六:对混纺纱线进行柔软处理;
步骤七:对混纺纱线进行烘干,完成成品染色。
所述步骤二中精炼液的组成为液碱、双氧水、双氧水安定剂、螯合剂和精炼剂,精炼时间为10~35min,精炼温度为90~110℃,浴比为1:10。所述步骤四中对混纺纱线进行皂洗处理时的皂洗液为皂洗剂sp-2。所述精炼液的剂量为液碱2g/L、双氧水4 g/L、双氧水安定剂0.4 g/L、螯合剂0.5 g/L和精炼剂1 g/L。所述步骤一中的染涤处理时加入均染剂V500、分散剂WS和乙酸,提升染涤处理品质。所述步骤三中的染棉处理时加入六偏磷酸钠、芒硝和代用碱。

1.一种涤棉混纺纱线染色工艺,其特征在于:所述染色工艺步骤如下:
步骤一:对混纺纱线进行两浴法进行染涤处理;
步骤二:将混纺纱线送至精炼液中进行精炼处理;
步骤三:对精炼后的混纺纱线进行染棉处理;
步骤四:对染色完毕的混纺纱线进行皂洗处理;
步骤五:对混纺纱线进行固色处理;
步骤六:对混纺纱线进行柔软处理;
步骤七:对混纺纱线进行烘干,完成成品染色。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉混纺纱线染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中精炼液的组成为液碱、双氧水、双氧水安定剂、螯合剂和精炼剂,精炼时间为10~35min,精炼温度为90~110℃,浴比为1:10。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉混纺纱线染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四中对混纺纱线进行皂洗处理时的皂洗液为皂洗剂sp-2。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种涤棉混纺纱线染色工艺,其特征在于:所述精炼液的剂量为液碱2g/L、双氧水4 g/L、双氧水安定剂0.4 g/L、螯合剂0.5 g/L和精炼剂1 g/L。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种涤棉混纺纱线染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一中的染涤处理时加入均染剂V500、分散剂WS和乙酸,提升染涤处理品质。
