本发明公开了一种专色数码印花工艺,包括以下步骤:坯布选取、裁剪→预处理→浸轧预处理→色彩分析→调制色浆→坯布上料→印花→烘干定型。本发明印花工艺操作步骤简单,成本低,印花图案附着牢固;本发明能够采用合适的坯布进行数码印花处理,美观的图案直接通过印花机上的数码印花头打印在布料上;采用本发明得到的纺织品,手感柔软,穿着或制作成装饰品后舒适。

一种专色数码印花工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及印花工艺,具体是一种专色数码印花工艺。
背景技术
针织品是经过加工织造而成的产品。对针织品需要采用多个专业名词进行描述,如支数、特、旦等。支数是指用来表示天然纤维纱细度的值,数值越大表示纱线越细,织成的面料越柔软、价格越贵,棉纱一般用英制支数表示,毛纱一般用公制支数表示。特是指用来表示化学纤维细度的值,数值越小表示纤维越细。旦也是指用来表示化学细度的值,同样数值越小表示纤维越细。针织品的应用非常广泛,可以在服装、装饰、产业上进行应用。现有的针织品需要经过印花工艺进行美观。
随着经济的发展,社会的进步,人们对生活环境及纺织印花的个性化、艺术化的要求不断提高;而传统的印花速度慢、小批量生产费用高、环境污染等因素无法达到现代人们的要求。根据这种情况,为了适应市场的需求,调整原来的印花结构,用新兴的电脑喷墨打印来代替解决这一问题,即数码印花。
传统的印花方法大约需要10-15天;而数码印花可以把传统的复杂的步骤减少和压缩到紧凑的时间,只要一两天时间,大大减低劳动力和成本,减少污染,提高了利润。然而,数码印花虽然有着许多印花领域的商业应用优点,但现有技术中的数码印花存在着工艺复杂,花型纹理效果差,且生产效率低等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种专色数码印花工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种专色数码印花工艺,包括步骤为:
S1:坯布选取、裁剪:选取180-220目的坯布,利用切割机对坯布进行切割;
S2:预处理,对裁剪完成后的坯布进行预处理。
S3:浸轧预处理,对S2中完成预处理后的坯布进行浸轧预处理,然后烘干。
S4:色彩分析,利用计算机对印花工艺所需要的颜色进行色彩分析和色彩处理,并获得所需要印花花样的单色图像,完成色彩分析;
S5:调制色浆,根据S4中色彩分析所得的单色图像的色彩数值,对所需色彩调制色浆。
S6:色浆装盒,将S5中调制好的色浆装入墨盒中,墨盒中配置敏感打印头。
S7:印花机调试,工作人员对印花机各部件进行调试,保证印花机正常运行;
S8:坯布上料,将坯布铺设在运输带上,运输带的位置设置于敏感打印头的下方,方便敏感打印头对坯布进行打印,启动输送带,使纺织品输送到敏感打印头的正下方;
S9:印花,利用敏感打印头将色浆印染到待加工的坯布上,形成花纹或者图案,完成印花。
S10:烘干定型,对完成印花后的布品进行烘干定型作业,烘干后形成成品。
作为本发明进一步的方案:S2中所述预处理步骤为:首先利用热吹风机将坯布表面的杂质去除,然后对坯布进行防静电处理。
作为本发明进一步的方案:S3中所述浸轧预处理液中的预处理液各组分的含量如下:海藻酸钠5~10g/L,小苏打30~50g/L,尿素为30~50g/L,消泡剂5~15g/L。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述色浆的配方为每100重量份中含粘合剂20份,乳化糊69.5份,涂料10.5份,其余为水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述乳化糊采用按乳化剂4%、白火油29%、水67%的重量百分比乳化配置而成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:S9中所述印花机的温度设定为220-230℃,印花速度设定为30米/分钟,色浆喂入率设定为45%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:S10中所述烘干作业的具体步骤为,将印花完成的布品放入到烘干机内,烘干机的温度控80℃-100℃,烘干的时间控制在2min-3min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明印花工艺操作步骤简单,成本低,印花图案附着牢固;
(2)本发明能够采用合适的坯布进行数码印花处理,美观的图 案直接通过印花机上的数码印花头打印在布料上;
(3)采用本发明得到的纺织品,手感柔软,穿着或制作成装饰品后舒适。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种专色数码印花工艺,包括步骤为:
S1:坯布选取、裁剪:选取180-220目的坯布,利用切割机对坯布进行切割;
S2:预处理,对裁剪完成后的坯布进行预处理,预处理工序中首先利用热吹风机将坯布表面的杂质去除,并对坯布进行防静电处理,完成对坯布的预处理。
S3:浸轧预处理,对S2中完成预处理后的坯布进行浸轧预处理,然后烘干,所述浸轧预处理液中的预处理液各组分的含量如下:海藻酸钠5~10g/L,小苏打30~50g/L,尿素为30~50g/L,消泡剂5~15g/L,其中,海藻酸钠的主要作用是防止花型的渗化,尿素的作用是在汽蒸过程中吸湿,使纤维溶胀,帮助染料向纤维内渗透并上染纤维,小苏打是活性染料固色剂,活性染料在小苏打的作用下与纤维发生共价交联。
S4:色彩分析,利用计算机对印花工艺所需要的颜色进行色彩分析和色彩处理,并获得所需要印花花样的单色图像,完成色彩分析;
S5:调制色浆,根据S4中色彩分析所得的单色图像的色彩数值,对所需色彩调制色浆,色浆的配方为每100重量份中含粘合剂20份,乳化糊69.5份,涂料10.5份,其余为水,所述涂料为S4中所分析色彩中的一种涂料。乳化糊采用按乳化剂4%、白火油29%、水67%的重量百分比乳化配置而成。
S6:色浆装盒,将S5中调制好的色浆装入墨盒中,墨盒中配置敏感打印头。
S7:印花机调试,工作人员对印花机各部件进行调试,保证印花机正常运行;
S8:坯布上料,将坯布铺设在运输带上,运输带的位置设置于敏感打印头的下方,方便敏感打印头对坯布进行打印,启动输送带,使纺织品输送到敏感打印头的正下方;
S9:印花,利用敏感打印头将色浆印染到待加工的坯布上,形成花纹或者图案,印花机的温度设定为220-230℃,印花速度设定为30米/分钟,色浆喂入率设定为45%,完成印花。
S10:烘干定型,对完成印花后的布品进行烘干定型作业,具体步骤为,将印花完成的布品放入到烘干机内,烘干机的温度控80℃-100℃,烘干的时间控制在2min-3min,烘干后形成成品。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)本发明印花工艺操作步骤简单,成本低,印花图案附着牢固;(2)本发明能够采用合适的坯布进行数码印花处理,美观的图 案直接通过印花机上的数码印花头打印在布料上,(3)采用本发明得到的纺织品,手感柔软,穿着或制作成装饰品后舒适。

Claims (1)

1.一种专色数码印花工艺,包括步骤为:
S1:坯布选取、裁剪:选取180-220目的坯布,利用切割机对坯布进行切割;
S2:预处理,对裁剪完成后的坯布进行预处理。
S3:浸轧预处理,对S2中完成预处理后的坯布进行浸轧预处理,然后烘干。
S4:色彩分析,利用计算机对印花工艺所需要的颜色进行色彩分析和色彩处理,并获得所需要印花花样的单色图像,完成色彩分析;
S5:调制色浆,根据S4中色彩分析所得的单色图像的色彩数值,对所需色彩调制色浆。
S6:色浆装盒,将S5中调制好的色浆装入墨盒中,墨盒中配置敏感打印头。
S7:印花机调试,工作人员对印花机各部件进行调试,保证印花机正常运行;
S8:坯布上料,将坯布铺设在运输带上,运输带的位置设置于敏感打印头的下方,方便敏感打印头对坯布进行打印,启动输送带,使纺织品输送到敏感打印头的正下方;
S9:印花,利用敏感打印头将色浆印染到待加工的坯布上,形成花纹或者图案,完成印花。
S10:烘干定型,对完成印花后的布品进行烘干定型作业,烘干后形成成品。
