Abstract

本发明涉及一种数码印花仿刺绣的加工方法,包括:在数码印花前,先利用前处理液进行前处理,然后在花型部分,再采用热塑型树脂和碳酸盐进行涂层处理;随后数码印花,印花后再利用高温进行处理。本发明结合了数码印花与发泡印花,在数码印花上仿制出刺绣的效果;不仅仿制出数码印花的色、形,也能仿制出刺绣的质感,使仿制的产品更能够满足设计师和消费者的需求。

一种数码印花仿刺绣的加工方法
技术领域
本发明属于仿刺绣领域,特别涉及一种数码印花仿刺绣的加工方法。
背景技术
刺绣是我国民间传统手工艺之一,在长期的发展中,已经成为我国的民族文化的瑰宝,刺绣在古代又称之为针绣,主要是指将设计的花纹在纺织品染色后,运用针将锈迹构成花纹图案的一种工艺。绣花面料主要采用的是有颜色的纱线直接进行绣花,绣花的颜色鲜艳,图案文理清晰,洗涤时不会褪色,具有较高的使用价值。绣花面料的吸湿、透气性好。但是,手工刺绣制作过程时间较长,成本较高,而且,许多的绣法已经在逐渐失传,民间的艺人严重流失。而且,机绣拉线的松紧度相仿,显得刺绣产品浮躁而且粗糙,早已经不是它原始的面貌了。
近年来,数码印花仿刺绣虽然可以达到各种高精度的视觉效果仿真,却不能仿制刺绣本身因线迹盘绕而形成的立体厚度,导致刺绣风格的弱化,难以满足设计师和消费者的需求。将数码印花与发泡印花结合起来,可以在织物花纹表面形成浮雕,具有凹凸的效果,来模拟刺绣的立体效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种数码印花仿刺绣的加工方法,该方法解决了解决数码印花的仿制刺绣的质感问题。
本发明一种数码印花仿刺绣的加工方法,包括:
(1)设计数码印花图案,对布料进行前处理;其中,前处理液的组成为:按质量百分比,海藻酸钠原糊40%-50%、尿素3%-8%、甘油1%-3%、硫酸钠3%-5%,溶剂为水;
(2)根据处理后的图形,采用热塑型树脂和碳酸盐在花型部分进行涂层处理;
(3)根据涂层处理位置,对数码印花的起点位置进行定点,然后利用电脑进行配色,进行数码印花;最后进行高温后处理,即可。
所述步骤(1)中的前处理时间为5~15min,使数码印花中的涂料与织物的亲和性更好。
所述步骤(2)中的热塑型树脂为聚氧乙烯;碳酸盐为碳酸钠。聚氧乙烯和碳酸钠主要在花型部分进行处理,否则整个布面都会产生浮雕的效果,仿刺绣效果不好。
所述步骤(2)中的热塑型树脂和碳酸盐的浓度为65%-75%。浓度主要根据花型的效果来定,花型凹凸的深浅会有所不同。
所述步骤(3)中的高温后处理温度为75℃-200℃。温度过高,会破坏染料成分;温度过低,热塑型材料和碳酸盐的气体较少,凸起效果不明显。
本发明在数码印花前处理中,根据花纹的效果,在花纹需要凸起的部分采用热塑性树脂和碳酸盐进行涂层处理,然后再进行涂料数码印花。印花后再采用高温处理,热塑型树脂和碳酸盐受到高温处理后,就会产生气体膨胀,在花纹部分将涂料顶起产生立体感,浮雕的效果,从而达到仿制刺绣的效果。
有益效果
本发明结合了数码印花与发泡印花,在数码印花上仿制出刺绣的效果;不仅仿制出数码印花的色、形,也能仿制出刺绣的质感,使仿制的产品更能够满足设计师和消费者的需求。既克服了传统丝网印花或者刺绣的工艺复杂性,同时又提升了数码印花产品的品质。

实施例1
数码印花棉T恤
(1)以数码印花棉T恤为例,首先对棉T恤采用海藻酸钠原糊45%,尿素4%、甘油12%、硫酸钠3%,溶剂为水,并且进行10分钟的浸渍处理,增加涂料与棉T恤之间的亲和力。
(2)采用聚氧乙烯与碳酸钠,涂覆在特定的花型部分,棉T恤上的花型部分的凸起要明显。所以,热塑型树脂与碳酸盐浓度要高一点,从而产生的气体较多,凸起明显,浓度设置为65%。
(3)采用涂料数码印花进行喷印,先利用常用的图像平面设计软件对图案进行处理,然后再输入到数码印花机中。在数码印花后采用高温进行后处理,温度一般设置在135℃。当进行高温时,聚氧乙烯和碳酸钠之间的反应会产生气体,产生的气体在涂料下面,从而能够将涂料顶起,使花型产生凹凸感。从而使棉T恤上的图形满足刺绣的质感,使仿刺绣的效果更加逼真。

Claims (5)

1.一种数码印花仿刺绣的加工方法,包括:
(1)设计数码印花图案,对布料进行前处理;其中,前处理液的组成为:按质量百分比,海藻酸钠原糊40%-50%、尿素3%-8%、甘油1%-3%、硫酸钠3%-5%,溶剂为水;
(2)根据处理后的图形,采用热塑型树脂和碳酸盐在花型部分进行涂层处理;
(3)根据涂层处理位置,对数码印花的起点位置进行定点,然后利用电脑进行配色,进行数码印花;最后进行高温后处理,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的前处理时间为5~15min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的热塑型树脂为聚氧乙烯;碳酸盐为碳酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的热塑型树脂和碳酸盐的浓度为65%-75%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的高温后处理温度为75℃-200℃。
