Abstract

本发明提供一种夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺,包括染色、绗缝、制网、印花、烘干、蒸化、氧化水洗、皂洗、烘干9个步骤。本发明将机械连续加工替代传统的手工操作,通过印花机连续印花,在印花过程中,调整刮刀或者磁棒的压力,选择合理的网目数,调整最佳的色浆处方,夹层纺织物家纺成品通过印花机拔白印花后,达到一种自然立体的露白仿旧效果;本发明工艺流程提高了劳动效率,降低了成本,同时对于产品的质量稳定也明显的提高。

一种夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品印染领域,具体涉及一种夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺。
背景技术
随着消费者观念的不断改变,越来越多的消费者追求时尚的同时也在追求自然之美,这种流行的趋势从服装开始向家纺产品蔓延。如服装的“砂洗仿旧”、“马骝工艺效果”也出现在家纺成品当中。
为了获得这种自然的立体仿旧露白效果,市面上通常采用类似于牛仔面料的“擦马骝”工艺,把绗缝好的成品家纺产品放置在一个平台上,平台事先洒有高锰酸钾溶液,通过手工抚按家纺产品来回擦高锰酸钾的方法,由于手工对家纺产品的不同部位所实施的力度不一样,致使只有与高锰酸钾接触的部分家纺产品表面被氧化漂白,因此可获得立体的仿旧露白效果,但这种工艺方法生产效率低,重现性差,同时在生产中要用到大量的高锰酸钾,不利于操作者的身体健康和环境保护。
发明内容
针对以上技术缺陷,本发明提供一种夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺,采用在连续印花机上,对绗缝好的家纺成品进行连续加工,提高了生产效率,降低了成本,同时采用还原剥色的方法,减少对环境的污染。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺中所用的色浆,选用环保型的染化药剂,降低污染。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)染色:对纯棉或者纤维素纤维类的夹层纺织物进行活性或者直接染料染色;
(2)绗缝:对步骤(1)所得完成染色的夹层纺织物按预先设计好的图案进行绗缝;
(3)制网:根据所需夹层纺织物产品预期达到的效果,对设计好的不同花型进行制网,同时把配置好含有还原剂的色浆注入到连续印花机内;
(4)印花:把步骤(2)所得完成绗缝的夹层纺织物平铺到连续印花机的承载台上,启动连续印花机,根据夹层纺织物需要的立体效果调节磁棒或者刮刀的压力,夹层纺织物被承载台运载着通过磁棒或者刮刀,进而磁棒或者刮刀把色浆通过制网得到的花型部分网孔沾附在夹层纺织物上;
(5)烘干:把步骤(4)所得夹层纺织物在连续烘干机上烘干,让色浆固定在花型部分,烘干温度为100~105℃,烘干时间为40~80秒;
(6)蒸化:把步骤(5)所得夹层纺织物放入蒸化机进行蒸化,蒸化温度控制在101~103℃,时间为8~15min;
(7)氧化水洗:把步骤(6)所得夹层纺织物放入水洗池进行氧化水洗,除去布面上残留的还原剂,氧化水洗采用27.5%的双氧水,配置成浓度为2~3ml/L的洗涤水,室温下进行洗涤;
(8)皂洗:把步骤(7)所得夹层纺织物进行皂洗,充分洗去布面残留的化学物质、糊料、浮色等,使夹层纺织物布面的花型清晰;
(9)烘干:把步骤(8)所得夹层纺织物进行再次烘干,制得夹层纺织物成品。
优选地,色浆在磁棒或者刮刀的压力下,通过圆网印花或者平网印花的方式印附在夹层纺织物上。
优选地,圆网印花或者平网印花所选用的网目数为60~120目。
优选地,磁棒或者刮刀的压力为180~240N/cm。
优选地,磁棒选用直径为Φ6或Φ8或Φ10三种直径规格的磁棒。
本发明还提供一种夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺中所用的色浆,由如下重量份的组分组成:海藻酸钠3.0~3.5%、尿素2~3%、甘油2~3%、还原拔白助剂1~5%,余量为纯净水。
优选地,还原拔白助剂为甲醛合次硫酸氢钠或二氧化硫脲或甲醛次硫酸锌盐。
为使夹层纺织物达到自然的立体仿旧露白效果,本发明将机械连续加工替代传统的手工操作,通过印花机连续印花,达到成品手工操作的效果。在印花过程中,通过调整刮刀或者磁棒的压力,选择合理的网目数,调整最佳的色浆处方,夹层纺织物家纺成品通过印花机拔白印花后,达到一种自然立体的露白仿旧效果;本发明提高了劳动效率,降低了成本,同时对于产品的质量稳定也明显的提高。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步描述,本发明提供一种夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)染色:对纯棉或者纤维素纤维类的夹层纺织物进行活性或者直接染料染色;染色用的染料要经过选择,对于后续用还原剂来处理的染色面料,要避免应用发色基团是三苯二噁嗪的活性或者直接染料,因为这类的活性染料,对于还原剂非常稳定,几乎不会受到破坏,经过后续的还原剂印花之后,褪色效果几乎没有,会失去预期的效果;
(2)绗缝:对步骤(1)所得完成染色的夹层纺织物按预先设计好的图案进行绗缝;绗缝的过程中,尽量绗缝紧实,这样夹层纺织物表面的凹凸明显,经过整理后的立体感强,对于绗缝好的夹层纺织物家纺成品,如被套或靠垫或被子绗缝好之后不要进行裁剪,或者已经裁剪好的进行连接,以便于设备连续化的生产;
(3)制网:根据所需夹层纺织物产品预期达到的效果,对设计好的不同花型进行制网,同时把配置好含有还原剂的色浆注入到连续印花机内,根据面料的颜色深浅和所预期的褪色效果选择不同的还原剂和用量;
(4)印花:把步骤(2)所得完成绗缝的夹层纺织物平铺到连续印花机的承载台上,启动连续印花机,根据夹层纺织物需要的立体效果调节磁棒或者刮刀的压力,夹层纺织物被承载台运载着通过磁棒或者刮刀,进而磁棒或者刮刀把色浆通过制网得到的花型部分网孔沾附在夹层纺织物上;
(5)烘干:把步骤(4)所得夹层纺织物在连续烘干机上烘干,让色浆固定在花型部分,烘干温度为100~105℃,烘干时间为40~80秒;
(6)蒸化:把步骤(5)所得夹层纺织物放入蒸化机进行蒸化,蒸化温度控制在101~103℃,时间为8~15min,蒸化可使还原剂在水蒸气和温度的作用下,对染料的发色体进行破坏,达到拔白的效果;
(7)氧化水洗:把步骤(6)所得夹层纺织物放入水洗池进行氧化水洗,除去布面上残留的还原剂,同时对面料进行漂白,进一步提高拔白部分的白度,氧化水洗采用27.5%的双氧水,配置成浓度为2~3ml/L的洗涤水,室温下进行洗涤;
(8)皂洗:把步骤(7)所得夹层纺织物进行皂洗,充分洗去布面残留的化学物质、糊料、浮色等,使夹层纺织物布面的花型清晰;
(9)烘干:把步骤(8)所得夹层纺织物进行再次烘干,制得夹层纺织物成品。
更进一步地,色浆在磁棒或者刮刀的压力下,通过圆网印花或者平网印花的方式印附在夹层纺织物上。
更进一步地,圆网印花或者平网印花所选用的网目数为60~120目。选用网孔较粗的圆网或者平网,网目数较低,便于色浆透过。但如果目数太低,网孔较大,色浆透出较多,造成褪色严重,立体感不强;如果目数太高,网孔细,加上本身的磁棒或者刮刀压力比较小,色浆又不容易透出。
更进一步地,磁棒或者刮刀的压力为180~240N/cm。压力不能太大,太大的压力会使布面被压平,造成立体感不强或者消失。
更进一步地,磁棒选用直径为Φ6或Φ8或Φ10三种直径规格的磁棒。磁棒太大,压力大,印花效果的凹凸感不明显,立体感不强。
上述夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺实施例中所用的色浆由如下重量份的组分组成:海藻酸钠3.0~3.5%、尿素2~3%、甘油2~3%、还原拔白助剂1~5%,余量为纯净水。海藻酸钠的用量在控制在3.0~3.5%之间,用量太高,色浆粘度过大,色浆不容易透出印花。
更进一步地,,还原拔白助剂为甲醛合次硫酸氢钠或二氧化硫脲或甲醛次硫酸锌盐。

Claims (7)

1.一种夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)染色:对纯棉或者纤维素纤维类的夹层纺织物进行活性或者直接染料染色;
(2)绗缝:对步骤(1)所得完成染色的夹层纺织物按预先设计好的图案进行绗缝;
(3)制网:根据所需夹层纺织物产品预期达到的效果,对设计好的不同花型进行制网,同时把配置好含有还原剂的色浆注入到连续印花机内;
(4)印花:把步骤(2)所得完成绗缝的夹层纺织物平铺到连续印花机的承载台上,启动连续印花机,根据夹层纺织物需要的立体效果调节磁棒或者刮刀的压力,夹层纺织物被承载台运载着通过磁棒或者刮刀,进而磁棒或者刮刀把色浆通过制网得到的花型部分网孔沾附在夹层纺织物上;
(5)烘干:把步骤(4)所得夹层纺织物在连续烘干机上烘干,让色浆固定在花型部分,烘干温度为100~105℃,烘干时间为40~80秒;
(6)蒸化:把步骤(5)所得夹层纺织物放入蒸化机进行蒸化,蒸化温度控制在101~103℃,时间为8~15min;
(7)氧化水洗:把步骤(6)所得夹层纺织物放入水洗池进行氧化水洗,除去布面上残留的还原剂,氧化水洗采用27.5%的双氧水,配置成浓度为2~3ml/L的洗涤水,室温下进行洗涤;

3.根据权利要求2所述夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述圆网印花或者平网印花所选用的网目数为60~120目。
4.根据权利要求1所述夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的磁棒或者刮刀的压力为180~240N/cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述的磁棒选用直径为Φ6或Φ8或Φ10三种直径规格的磁棒。
6.一种根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的夹层纺织物立体露白的加工工艺中所用的色浆,其特征在于:所述色浆由如下重量份的组分组成:海藻酸钠3.0~3.5%、尿素2~3%、甘油2~3%、还原拔白助剂1~5%,余量为纯净水。
7.根据权利要求6所述的色浆,其特征在于:所述的还原拔白助剂为甲醛合次硫酸氢钠或二氧化硫脲或甲醛次硫酸锌盐。
