背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们生活方式的改变,肥胖已成为全球性的公共健康问题。肥胖不仅影响形体美,还会给生活带来不便,常伴随着各种代谢紊乱,如高甘油三酯血症、高胆固醇血症,以及由此引发的高血脂、脂肪肝等一系列代谢性综合病症,严重的影响人体健康。
当前市场的减肥产品及减肥方法繁多,大致分为以下几种:(1)运动减肥原理是以运动来增加热量消耗,从而消耗掉摄入的过多热量,最终减少脂肪在体内的合成,但运动减肥的难点在于难以持久坚持。(2)药物减肥,只适用某些病理性肥胖群体,虽然减肥效果明显,但毒副作用大,长期服用会引发心脑血管疾病,且费用高,副作用大。(3)中医针灸推拿虽方法科学、疗效可靠,但需要有一定的条件和坚强的毅力,一般难以持之以恒。(4)手术疗法虽可以减去脂部脂肪,但不解决根本问题,会出现反弹且术后易留疤痕。

为克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种减肥食品及其制备工艺,该减肥食品不仅对肥胖具有干预作用,而且具有使用安全的特点。
本发明的目的是通过下述方案实现的。
一种减肥食品,由包括如下重量份的组分制得:膳食纤维600-700份,大豆蛋白1500-1800份,可可粉220-280份,茶提取物5-15份,桑葚提取物25-40份,麦芽糖醇2700-3000份,黄油140-180份,葵花籽油110-140份,卵磷脂60-90份,纯净水100-300份,无糖巧克力840-1000份,白油210-250份。
优选地,所述减肥食品由包括如下重量份的组分制得:膳食纤维660-670份,大豆蛋白1600-1650份,可可粉240-250份,茶提取物10-12份,桑葚提取物35-40份,麦芽糖醇2800-2850份,黄油160-170份,葵花籽油120-130份,卵磷脂80-85份,纯净水100-200份,无糖巧克力920-960份,白油232-240份。
进一步优选地,所述减肥食品由包括如下重量份的组分制得:膳食纤维670份,大豆蛋白1600份,可可粉240份,茶提取物10份,桑葚提取物35份,麦芽糖醇2800份,黄油160份,葵花籽油120份,卵磷脂80份,纯净水100-200份,无糖巧克力928份,白油232份。
为了获得更好的口感,本发明中,所述无糖巧克力与所述白油按质量比4:1混合,以保证最佳效果;同时还可在组分中加入花生碎。
本发明还提供一种减肥食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将膳食纤维、大豆蛋白、可可粉、茶提取物、桑葚提取物按比例混合,搅匀,得粉状物料;
(2)将麦芽糖醇、黄油、葵花籽油、卵磷脂、纯净水按比例混合,煮沸,得液体物料;
(3)将液体物料倒入粉状物料中充分拌匀,再倒入模具中成型,冷却,得到成型胚;
(4)将无糖巧克力与白油按比例混合,融化,均匀涂挂在成型胚表面;冷却,包装。
为了获得更好的技术效果,还可在已冷却后的成型胚上撒少量花生碎;或者将花生碎加到无糖巧克力中。

具体步骤如下:
1、将粉料按配方要求称量,放入搅拌锅内,搅拌4分钟,充分拌匀。
2、将液体料按配方要求称量,放入加热锅内,加热至沸腾4分钟。
3、将已加热过的液体料倒入搅拌锅充分拌匀。
4、将已完全搅拌好的物料倒入模具中成型。
5、将巧克力与白油按4比1的比例混合,完全融化。
6、在已冷却后的成型胚上撒少量花生碎(也可将花生碎加到巧克力液中)。
7、将巧克力液均匀涂在成型胚。
8、冷却后包装。
效果验证
实验例1
1.1试样:实施例1制备的减肥食品。
1.2受试对象:40-50例体重均超过标准体重的20%以上,体检合格(无心血管疾病、无消耗性疾病、无胆囊疾病等),年龄在8-40岁之间,
进行临床疗效观察。实验采用自身对照设计。
1.3试食方法:每日午、晚餐前各食一根营养减肥食品,同时用水送服。
1.4食用结果:口服实施例2产品食用15天,结果见表1。

注:(1)表示P≤0.01,差异具有非常显著性。
由表1可以看出,受试者在食用本发明产品后,体重下降,与食用前相比,差异具有非常显著性,说明本发明产品效果非常好。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种减肥食品,其特征在于,包括如下组分:膳食纤维、大豆蛋白、可可粉、茶提取物、桑葚提取物、麦芽糖醇、黄油、葵花籽油、卵磷脂、纯净水、无糖巧克力、白油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减肥食品,其特征在于,由包括如下重量份的组分制得:膳食纤维600-700份,大豆蛋白1500-1800份,可可粉220-280份,茶提取物5-15份,桑葚提取物25-40份,麦芽糖醇2700-3000份,黄油140-180份,葵花籽油110-140份,卵磷脂60-90份,纯净水100-300份,无糖巧克力840-1000份,白油210-250份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减肥食品,其特征在于,由包括如下重量份的组分制得:膳食纤维660-670份,大豆蛋白1600-1650份,可可粉240-250份,茶提取物10-12份,桑葚提取物35-40份,麦芽糖醇2800-2850份,黄油160-170份,葵花籽油120-130份,卵磷脂80-85份,纯净水100-200份,无糖巧克力920-960份,白油232-240份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的减肥食品,其特征在于,由包括如下重量份的组分制得:膳食纤维670份,大豆蛋白1600份,可可粉240份,茶提取物10份,桑葚提取物35份,麦芽糖醇2800份,黄油160份,葵花籽油120份,卵磷脂80份,纯净水100-200份,无糖巧克力928份,白油232份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的减肥食品,其特征在于,所述减肥食品中还加入花生碎。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的减肥食品,其特征在于,所述无糖巧克力与所述白油按质量比4:1混合。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的减肥食品,其特征在于,所述减肥食品的形状为棒状或片状。
8.权利要求1-7任一所述减肥食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将膳食纤维、大豆蛋白、可可粉、茶提取物、桑葚提取物按比例混合,搅匀,得粉状物料;
(2)将麦芽糖醇、黄油、葵花籽油、卵磷脂、纯净水按比例混合,煮沸,得液体物料;
(3)将液体物料倒入粉状物料中充分拌匀,再倒入模具中成型,冷却,得到成型胚;
(4)将无糖巧克力与白油按比例混合,融化,均匀涂挂在成型胚表面;冷却,包装。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在已冷却的成型胚上撒少量花生碎;或者将花生碎加到无糖巧克力中。
10.权利要求1-7任一所述减肥食品在保健品领域中的应用。
