本发明公开了一种保健腊羊肉,其原料按重量份包括:羊肉80‑120份、枸杞2‑8份、川穹1‑1.5份、黑米2‑6份、黑芝麻2‑8份、黑豆1‑6份、阿胶3‑10份、海马0.1‑0.5份、花粉2‑10份、红枣1‑5份、麻油2‑8份、何首乌0.3‑1份、三七花1‑4份、灵芝草1‑3份、萱草花1‑3份、地锦草1‑3份、凌霄花1‑4份、食盐7‑10份。本发明还提出一种保健腊羊肉的加工方法。本发明中,所加入的取川穹、何首乌、三七花、灵芝草、萱草花、地锦草和凌霄花多种中草药,有益人体健康;加入的黑米、黑芝麻、黑豆、阿胶、海马、花粉、红枣,不仅具有保健的作用,同时还起到对人体的滋补效果。

本发明涉及保健羊肉技术领域,尤其涉及一种保健腊羊肉及其加工方法。
背景技术
羊肉,性温。羊肉有山羊肉、绵羊肉、野羊肉之分。古时称羊肉为羖肉、羝肉、羯肉。它既能御风寒,又可补身体,对一般风寒咳嗽、慢性气管炎、虚寒哮喘、肾亏阳痿、腹部冷痛、体虚怕冷、腰膝酸软、面黄肌瘦、气血两亏、病后或产后身体虚亏等一切虚状均有治疗和补益效果,最适宜于冬季食用,故被称为冬令补品,深受人们欢迎。
目前,市场上销售的香肠,大都缺少佐料,其营养成份单一,在现在的市场上,羊肉产品较为单一,因此,我们提出一种保健腊羊肉及其加工方法。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种保健腊羊肉及其加工方法。
本发明提出了一种保健腊羊肉,其原料按重量份包括:羊肉80-120份、枸杞2-8份、川穹1-1.5份、黑米2-6份、黑芝麻2-8份、黑豆1-6份、阿胶3-10份、海马0.1-0.5份、花粉2-10份、红枣1-5份、麻油2-8份、何首乌0.3-1份、三七花1-4份、灵芝草1-3份、萱草花1-3份、地锦草1-3份、凌霄花1-4份、食盐7-10份。
优选的,枸杞、川穹、黑米、黑芝麻、黑豆、阿胶的重量比为5-7:1.2-1.5:4-6:4-7:4-6:5-8。
优选的,海马、花粉、红枣、麻油、何首乌的重量比为0.2-0.4:5-8:2-4:4-7:0.5-0.8。
优选的,三七花、灵芝草、萱草花、地锦草、凌霄花的重量比为2-4:2-3:2-3:2-3:3-4。

S1、按配比称取羊肉和食盐,将羊肉切块并放置在清水中浸泡2-3h去除血水后,将羊肉表面撒盐腌制24-48h;
S2、按配比称取川穹、何首乌、三七花、灵芝草、萱草花、地锦草、凌霄花,将其和羊肉一起至于锅中加水蒸煮3-4h;
S3、按配比称取枸杞、黑米、黑芝麻、黑豆、阿胶、海马、花粉、红枣,将其研磨成粉状,得到第二预料;将第二预料放置在蒸笼中,将羊肉埋在第二预料内加热蒸熟,维持时间为40-60min;
S4、将S3中的羊肉捞出,再其表面涂上麻油即可制得保健腊羊肉。
优选的,在S3中,在蒸笼中铺设有一层棉布,第二预料放置在棉布上,防止第二预料掉落。
本发明中,所加入的取川穹、何首乌、三七花、灵芝草、萱草花、地锦草和凌霄花多种中草药,有益人体健康,在对羊肉蒸煮的过程中,草药中的药物成分会渗透进羊肉中;加入的黑米、黑芝麻、黑豆、阿胶、海马、花粉、红枣,在蒸笼中,黑米、黑芝麻、黑豆、阿胶、海马、花粉、红枣的成分也会渗透进羊肉中,所以本发明不仅具有保健的作用,同时还起到对人体的滋补效果。

下面结合具体实施例来对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种保健腊羊肉,其原料按重量份包括:羊肉80份、枸杞2份、川穹1份、黑米3份、黑芝麻3份、黑豆2份、阿胶3份、海马0.1份、花粉3份、红枣1份、麻油3份、何首乌0.3份、三七花1份、灵芝草1份、萱草花1份、地锦草1份、凌霄花1份、食盐8份。
本发明还提出一种保健腊羊肉的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按配比称取羊肉和食盐,将羊肉切块并放置在清水中浸泡2h去除血水后,将羊肉表面撒盐腌制24h;
S2、按配比称取川穹、何首乌、三七花、灵芝草、萱草花、地锦草、凌霄花,将其和羊肉一起至于锅中加水蒸煮3h;

一种保健腊羊肉,其原料按重量份包括:羊肉100份、枸杞6份、川穹1.2份、黑米4份、黑芝麻5份、黑豆4份、阿胶6份、海马0.3份、花粉7份、红枣3份、麻油5份、何首乌0.6份、三七花2.5份、灵芝草2份、萱草花2份、地锦草2份、凌霄花2份、食盐8.5份。
本发明还提出一种保健腊羊肉的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按配比称取羊肉和食盐,将羊肉切块并放置在清水中浸泡2.5h去除血水后,将羊肉表面撒盐腌制35h;
S2、按配比称取川穹、何首乌、三七花、灵芝草、萱草花、地锦草、凌霄花,将其和羊肉一起至于锅中加水蒸煮3.5h;
S3、按配比称取枸杞、黑米、黑芝麻、黑豆、阿胶、海马、花粉、红枣,将其研磨成粉状,得到第二预料;将第二预料放置在蒸笼中,将羊肉埋在第二预料内加热蒸熟,维持时间为50min;
S4、将S3中的羊肉捞出,再其表面涂上麻油即可制得保健腊羊肉。
实施例3
一种保健腊羊肉,其原料按重量份包括:羊肉118份、枸杞8份、川穹1.4份、黑米6份、黑芝麻8份、黑豆6份、阿胶10份、海马0.45份、花粉9份、红枣5份、麻油8份、何首乌0.8份、三七花3.5份、灵芝草2.8份、萱草花2.8份、地锦草2.8份、凌霄花3.8份、食盐10份。
本发明还提出一种保健腊羊肉的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按配比称取羊肉和食盐,将羊肉切块并放置在清水中浸泡3h去除血水后,将羊肉表面撒盐腌制45h;
S2、按配比称取川穹、何首乌、三七花、灵芝草、萱草花、地锦草、凌霄花,将其和羊肉一起至于锅中加水蒸煮4h;
S3、按配比称取枸杞、黑米、黑芝麻、黑豆、阿胶、海马、花粉、红枣,将其研磨成粉状,得到第二预料;将第二预料放置在蒸笼中,将羊肉埋在第二预料内加热蒸熟,维持时间为56min;
S4、将S3中的羊肉捞出,再其表面涂上麻油即可制得保健腊羊肉。

2.根据权利要求1所述的保健腊羊肉,其特征在于,枸杞、川穹、黑米、黑芝麻、黑豆、阿胶的重量比为5-7:1.2-1.5:4-6:4-7:4-6:5-8。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健腊羊肉,其特征在于,海马、花粉、红枣、麻油、何首乌的重量比为0.2-0.4:5-8:2-4:4-7:0.5-0.8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保健腊羊肉,其特征在于,三七花、灵芝草、萱草花、地锦草、凌霄花的重量比为2-4:2-3:2-3:2-3:3-4。

S1、按配比称取羊肉和食盐,将羊肉切块并放置在清水中浸泡2-3h去除血水后,将羊肉表面撒盐腌制24-48h;
S2、按配比称取川穹、何首乌、三七花、灵芝草、萱草花、地锦草、凌霄花,将其和羊肉一起至于锅中加水蒸煮3-4h;
S3、按配比称取枸杞、黑米、黑芝麻、黑豆、阿胶、海马、花粉、红枣,将其研磨成粉状,得到第二预料;将第二预料放置在蒸笼中,将羊肉埋在第二预料内加热蒸熟,维持时间为40-60min;
S4、将S3中的羊肉捞出,再其表面涂上麻油即可制得保健腊羊肉。
7.根据权利要求6所述的保健腊羊肉的加工方法,其特征在于,在S3中,在蒸笼中铺设有一层棉布,第二预料放置在棉布上,防止第二预料掉落。
