本发明公开了一种护肝保健米酒，由下述重量份的原料组成：冬虫夏草2-3份，枸杞2-4份，党参1-2份，当归3-5份，五味子2-3份，黄芪3-5份，甘草1-3份，灵芝2-6份，大黄1-4份，紫草2-4份，糯米80-100份，蜂蜜5-10份，酒曲2-5份。本发明提供的护肝保健米酒，采用糯米发酵制得，糯米的主要功能是温补脾胃，其通过添加护肝保健的中药成分，养肝护肝上面具有明显保健功效，长期饮用能起到护肝的作用，保证了人们的身体健康，同时本发明的米酒口感醇正，疗效好，无副作用，长期食用无副作用。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种保健米酒，特别涉及一种护肝保健米酒。
 背景技术
    目前，随着社会的发展以及生活水平的提高，越来越多的人患有肝脏的疾病，肝脏是人体最重要的部分，它起到很大的作用，如人体的清热解毒，促进人体的新陈代谢等功能，现代人针对各种慢性疾病，越来越多的人选择采用食疗的方式来慢慢调理，食疗的方式显得温和。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明公开了一种护肝保健米酒。
为了达到上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种护肝保健米酒，由下述重量份的原料组成：冬虫夏草2-3份，枸杞2-4份，党参1-2份，当归3-5份，五味子2-3份，黄芪3-5份，甘草1-3份，灵芝2-6份，大黄1-4份，紫草2-4份，糯米80-100份，蜂蜜5-10份，酒曲2-5份，其制备方法包括如下步骤：
 （1）将糯米用流动水冲洗干净，浸泡24-48小时；
（2）将糯米控干水后，用蒸汽蒸煮10-15分钟,使蒸熟的糯米易散且不粘手；
（3）待蒸熟的糯米降温到25-30℃；往所述降温后的糯米添加0.1-0.5%的酒曲搅拌均匀；
(4)将拌好的糯米装入盒里，在25-30℃的发酵室中发酵2-3天得酒糟；
(5)酒糟经过压榨，去除固体物质得酒液；
(6)将冬虫夏草2-3份，枸杞2-4份，党参1-2份，当归3-5份，五味子2-3份，黄芪3-5份，甘草1-3份，灵芝2-6份，大黄1-4份，紫草2-4份用3-5倍的水提取，得到药液备用；
（7）将酒液与药液混合，放入锅中进行低温蒸煮；
（8）将步骤（7）中的米酒进行高温杀菌，过滤，直至酒液清亮透明；
（9）将步骤（8）中的米酒加入蜂蜜，混匀，封存即可。

实施例1：
一种护肝保健米酒，由下述重量份的原料组成：冬虫夏草2-3份，枸杞2-4份，党参1-2份，当归3-5份，五味子2-3份，黄芪3-5份，甘草1-3份，灵芝2-6份，大黄1-4份，紫草2-4份，糯米80-100份，蜂蜜5-10份，酒曲2-5份，其制备方法包括如下步骤：

Claims (1)

1.一种护肝保健米酒，其特征在于：由下述重量份的原料组成：冬虫夏草2-3份，枸杞2-4份，党参1-2份，当归3-5份，五味子2-3份，黄芪3-5份，甘草1-3份，灵芝2-6份，大黄1-4份，紫草2-4份，糯米80-100份，蜂蜜5-10份，酒曲2-5份，其制备方法包括如下步骤：
（1）将糯米用流动水冲洗干净，浸泡24-48小时；
（2）将糯米控干水后，用蒸汽蒸煮10-15分钟,使蒸熟的糯米易散且不粘手；
（3）待蒸熟的糯米降温到25-30℃；往所述降温后的糯米添加0.1-0.5%的酒曲搅拌均匀；
