本发明公开了一种蜂窝型吸能保险杠,包括防撞梁,其特征在于:所述防撞梁的内壁具有空腔,在空腔内设有多个互相连接的六边形盒结构,防撞梁侧侧壁上设有左、右两吸能盒,吸能盒的外壁为波浪形结构,且在吸能盒的侧壁上设有阻尼油填充管,所述防撞梁的侧壁上设有红外线发射器,在吸能盒的尾部设有连接板。本发明结构简单,安装使用牢固稳定,抗撞效果好,吸能效果好。

本发明涉及一种汽车零部件,具体是一种蜂窝型吸能保险杠。
背景技术
汽车保险杠是吸收和缓冲外界冲击力、对车身具有防护作用的一种装置,分为前保险杠和后保险杠。 随着汽车工业的不断发展和人们对于汽车消费的需求不断提升,保险杠从单一的保险性能拓展到保险与美观的双重发展,随着保险杠结构的不断变化,保险杠的分装也具有复杂性,尤其是一些不规则工件,难以安装,需要辅助安装工装来快速、方便的安装保险杠。
传统的汽车防撞梁存在结构差,吸能效果不好,对行人的伤害较大。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供了一种结构简单,安装使用牢固稳定,抗撞效果好,吸能效果好的蜂窝型吸能保险杠。
本发明解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种蜂窝型吸能保险杠,包括防撞梁,其特征在于:所述防撞梁的内壁具有空腔,在空腔内设有多个互相连接的六边形盒结构,防撞梁侧侧壁上设有左、右两吸能盒,吸能盒的外壁为波浪形结构,且在吸能盒的侧壁上设有阻尼油填充管,所述防撞梁的侧壁上设有红外线发射器,在吸能盒的尾部设有连接板。
所述六边形盒结构之间互相连通,且含有阻尼油。
本发明在防撞梁的内壁上设有空腔,在空腔内设有多个互相连接的六边形盒结构,在防撞梁的侧壁上设左、右两吸能盒,且吸能盒的外壁为波浪形结构,碰撞时会自动匮缩,这样提高了吸能效果,且六边形盒之间互相连通,在防撞梁的侧壁上设有阻尼油填充管,进一步提高阻尼效果。

参见附图,一种蜂窝型吸能保险杠,包括防撞梁1,防撞梁1的内壁具有空腔2,在空腔2内设有多个互相连接的六边形盒结构3,防撞梁1侧侧壁上设有左、右两吸能盒4,吸能盒4的外壁为波浪形5结构,且在吸能盒4的侧壁上设有阻尼油填充管6,所述防撞梁1的侧壁上设有红外线发射器7,在吸能盒4的尾部设有连接板8。

1.一种蜂窝型吸能保险杠,包括防撞梁,其特征在于:所述防撞梁的内壁具有空腔,在空腔内设有多个互相连接的六边形盒结构,防撞梁侧侧壁上设有左、右两吸能盒,吸能盒的外壁为波浪形结构,且在吸能盒的侧壁上设有阻尼油填充管,所述防撞梁的侧壁上设有红外线发射器,在吸能盒的尾部设有连接板。
