本申请公开了一种高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂及其制备方法,按重量份包括聚α烯烃合成基础油35‑45份、高碱值磺酸钙15‑25份、液体转化剂3‑5份、聚环氧乙烷2‑3份、12‑羟基脂肪酸5‑7份、樟脑1‑3份、苯基‑α‑萘胺二烷基二苯胺0.5‑1份。由此,具有优良的耐高温性、耐低温性、良好的机械安定性、优异的极压抗磨性,生产过程中减少了醇类、醚类等转化剂的使用,降低了环境污染,提升了牛顿体高碱值磺酸钙转化成非牛顿体磺酸钙的效率,并且转化较为彻底,使得生产工艺更为简单。

一种高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油添加剂领域,尤其涉及一种高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
磺酸钙常用作润滑油的清洁剂和防锈剂,磺酸钙基润滑脂是以新型高碱值磺酸钙皂、脂肪酸钙皂及其他皂复合,稠化高粘度精制矿物润滑油,并添加高效能复合添加剂而制成,常用于钢铁冶金行业的设备润滑。
虽然磺酸钙基润滑脂滴点较高,但其在高温下稠度明显变软,在某些高温润滑部位易导致流失和甩油,低温条件下,特别是-30℃以下时,润滑脂将变得非常粘,造成输送困难。生产过程中醇类、醚类等转化剂的大量使用也会对环境造成污染,为了治理污染也会增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂及其制备方法,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂,按重量份包括聚α烯烃合成基础油35-45份、高碱值磺酸钙15-25份、液体转化剂3-5份、聚环氧乙烷2-3份、12-羟基脂肪酸5-7份、樟脑1-3份、苯基-α-萘胺二烷基二苯胺0.5-1份。
在一些实施方式中:基础油包括60%的聚α烯烃,其100℃粘度为4mm/S,40%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
在一些实施方式中:碱值磺酸钙,其超高碱值为400mgKOH/g。
在一些实施方式中:液体转化剂采用乙酸、乙醇、异丙醇、水、碳11-碳22的羟基脂肪酸中的一种或他们的混合物与二氧化碳气体组成。
本发明还提供了上述的高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将聚α烯烃合成基础油、高碱性磺酸钙、液体转化剂混合搅拌并升温,升温至65℃,恒温搅拌30min后通入二氧化碳(流量为5ml/min)60min,稠化后加入12-羟基脂肪酸、聚环氧乙烷、樟脑升温至130℃,复合皂化1h,升温至150℃脱水1.5h,加入苯基-α-萘胺二烷基二苯胺后升温至210℃炼制,保持10min降温至110℃均化脱气成品。
本发明具有优良的耐高温性、耐低温性、良好的机械安定性、优异的极压抗磨性,生产过程中减少了醇类、醚类等转化剂的使用,降低了环境污染,提升了牛顿体高碱值磺酸钙转化成非牛顿体磺酸钙的效率,并且转化较为彻底,使得生产工艺更为简单。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂,按重量份包括聚α烯烃合成基础油35份、高碱值磺酸钙15份、液体转化剂3份、聚环氧乙烷2份、12-羟基脂肪酸5份、樟脑1份、苯基-α-萘胺二烷基二苯胺0.5份。
其中,基础油包括65%的聚α烯烃,其100℃粘度为4mm/S,35%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;碱值磺酸钙,其超高碱值为400mgKOH/g;液体转化剂采用乙酸、乙醇、异丙醇、水、碳11-碳22的羟基脂肪酸中的一种或他们的混合物与二氧化碳气体组成。
本发明的高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
将聚α烯烃合成基础油、高碱性磺酸钙、液体转化剂混合搅拌并升温,升温至75℃,恒温搅拌30min后通入二氧化碳(流量为5ml/min)60min,稠化后加入12-羟基脂肪酸、聚环氧乙烷、樟脑升温至130℃,复合皂化1h,升温至150℃脱水2h,加入苯基-α-萘胺二烷基二苯胺后升温至210℃炼制,保持10min降温至110℃均化脱气成品。
实施例2:
高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂,按重量份包括聚α烯烃合成基础油35-45份、高碱值磺酸钙17份、液体转化剂3.5份、聚环氧乙烷2.5份、12-羟基脂肪酸5.5份、樟脑3份、苯基-α-萘胺二烷基二苯胺0.8份。
其中,基础油包括70%的聚α烯烃,其100℃粘度为4mm/S,30%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;碱值磺酸钙,其超高碱值为420mgKOH/g;液体转化剂采用乙酸、乙醇、异丙醇、水、碳11-碳22的羟基脂肪酸中的一种或他们的混合物与二氧化碳气体组成。
本发明的高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
将聚α烯烃合成基础油、高碱性磺酸钙、液体转化剂混合搅拌并升温,升温至65℃,恒温搅拌30min后通入二氧化碳(流量为5ml/min)60min,稠化后加入12-羟基脂肪酸、聚环氧乙烷、樟脑升温至135℃,复合皂化1h,升温至150℃脱水1h,加入苯基-α-萘胺二烷基二苯胺后升温至210℃炼制,保持10min降温至110℃均化脱气成品。
实施例3:
高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂,按重量份包括聚α烯烃合成基础油42份、高碱值磺酸钙19份、液体转化剂3-5份、聚环氧乙烷2.8份、12-羟基脂肪酸6.5份、樟脑1.5份、苯基-α-萘胺二烷基二苯胺0.6份。
其中,基础油包括60%的聚α烯烃,其100℃粘度为4mm/S,40%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;碱值磺酸钙,其超高碱值为400mgKOH/g;液体转化剂采用乙酸、乙醇、异丙醇、水、碳11-碳22的羟基脂肪酸中的一种或他们的混合物与二氧化碳气体组成。
本发明的高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂的制备方法:包括以下步骤:
将聚α烯烃合成基础油、高碱性磺酸钙、液体转化剂混合搅拌并升温,升温至63℃,恒温搅拌40min后通入二氧化碳(流量为5ml/min)60min,稠化后加入12-羟基脂肪酸、聚环氧乙烷、樟脑升温至130℃,复合皂化1h,升温至150℃脱水2.5h,加入苯基-α-萘胺二烷基二苯胺后升温至200℃炼制,保持10min降温至120℃均化脱气成品。
上述实施例的产品与常规磺酸钙基润滑脂对于涂抹工件之间的效果试验如下:
其中,发明人通过大量的实验得出,本品的复合磺酸钙基润滑脂相比具有优良的耐高温性、耐低温性、良好的机械安定性、优异的极压抗磨性,生产过程中减少了醇类、醚类等转化剂的使用,降低了环境污染,提升了牛顿体高碱值磺酸钙转化成非牛顿体磺酸钙的效率,并且转化较为彻底,使得生产工艺更为简单。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂,其特征在于:按重量份包括聚α烯烃合成基础油35-45份、高碱值磺酸钙15-25份、液体转化剂3-5份、聚环氧乙烷2-3份、12-羟基脂肪酸5-7份、樟脑1-3份、苯基-α-萘胺二烷基二苯胺0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂,其特征在于:所述基础油包括60%的聚α烯烃,其100℃粘度为4mm/S,40%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂,其特征在于:所述高碱值磺酸钙,其超高碱值为400mgKOH/g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂,其特征在于:所述液体转化剂采用乙酸、乙醇、异丙醇、水、碳11-碳22的羟基脂肪酸中的一种或他们的混合物与二氧化碳气体组成。
5.一种制备权利要求1-4任一项所述高性能复合磺酸钙基润滑脂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将聚α烯烃合成基础油、高碱性磺酸钙、液体转化剂混合搅拌并升温,升温至65℃,恒温搅拌30min后通入二氧化碳(流量为5ml/min)60min,稠化后加入12-羟基脂肪酸、聚环氧乙烷、樟脑升温至130℃,复合皂化1h,升温至150℃脱水1.5h,加入苯基-α-萘胺二烷基二苯胺后升温至210℃炼制,保持10min降温至110℃均化脱气成品。
