枸杞有降低血糖、 抗脂肪肝的作用,并能抗动脉粥样硬化;枸杞全身都是宝,枸杞子富含枸杞蛋白多糖、维生素C、磷、铁等多种营养成分,能补虚生精,用来入药或泡茶、泡酒、炖汤,如能经常饮用,便可强身健体。枸杞的叶、花、根也是上等的美食补品。枸杞果皮中富含的有效成分之一——枸杞多糖(LBP)对骨髓造血功能和各项细胞免疫指标有明显的增强作用,能明显提高机体血液、肝和肌组织的超氧化歧化酶(SOD)的活性含量,从而有利于活性氧的清除,延缓衰老和抗疲劳;增加抗体形成细胞的数量,提高抗体效果;枸杞是名贵的药材和滋补品,能够养肝明目安神,令人长寿。枸杞的产区主要集中在西北地区,宁夏的枸杞最为着名,另外甘肃、青海等地的枸杞品质也很高;枸杞子味甘、性平,具有滋阴补血,益精明目等作用。中医常用于治疗因肝肾阴虚或精血不足而引起的头昏、目眩腰膝酸软、阳痿早泄、遗精、白带过多及糖尿病等症。
枸杞子具有降血脂和治疗高血压的功效,采用枸杞子与金花葵花配合使用可以显著降低血清胆固醇和三酰甘油的含量,减轻和防止动脉硬化,治疗高血压和降血脂。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
本发明所公开的这种金明杞茶为袋泡茶,茶包内的茶粉包括金花葵花蕾粉、决明子粉和枸杞粉,它们的重量份配比为2-3:4-6:1-2。
作为优选方案,茶包内的茶粉包括金花葵花蕾粉、决明子粉和枸杞粉,它们的重量份配比为2:5:1。
作为优选方案,茶包内的茶粉包括金花葵花蕾粉、决明子粉和枸杞粉,它们的重量份配比为3:4: 2。
作为优选方案,茶包内的茶粉包括金花葵花蕾粉、决明子粉和枸杞粉,它们的重量份配比为2:6:1。
金花葵花蕾粉为金花葵干花蕾研磨成的粉末,其细度为10-30目。决明子粉为决明子研磨成的粉末,其细度为10-30目。枸杞粉为干枸杞研磨成的粉末,其细度为10-30目。为了保证茶粉泡制过程中的完整性,最优方案,其细度最好选择10-15目。
这种金明杞茶的制作方法,按照以下步骤制作:
A备料:
将金花葵鲜花蕾摘下后洗净、烘干,用粉碎机粉碎至10-30目大小,备用;
将决明子进行炒制至5-7分熟,至炒出香气即可,为了方便,也可将其炒熟,用粉碎机粉碎至10-30目大小,备用;
将枸杞洗净、晾干,用粉碎机粉碎至10-30目大小,备用;
也可以消费者自己买原材料,自己用家用研磨机进行粉碎。
B混合:
将金花葵花蕾粉、决明子粉和枸杞粉,按照2-3:4-6:1-2的重量份配比进行混合,搅拌均匀后静置。最好盛放在玻璃容器或金属容器中。
C包装:
将搅拌好的混合粉通过设备装进茶包内;每个茶包内的粉状物重量为5g。
作为优选方案茶包由玉米纤维制作而成。
若家庭自己加工时,也可选用可反复使用的无纺布茶包进行盛装茶粉。

1.一种金明杞茶,其特征在于,所述的金明杞茶为袋泡茶,茶包内的茶粉包括金花葵花蕾粉、决明子粉和枸杞粉,它们的重量份配比为2-3:4-6:1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金明杞茶,其特征在于,所述的金花葵花蕾粉为金花葵干花蕾研磨成的粉末,其细度为10-30目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金明杞茶,其特征在于,所述的决明子粉为熟决明子研磨成的粉末,其细度为10-30目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的金明杞茶,其特征在于,所述的枸杞粉为干枸杞研磨成的粉末,其细度为10-30目。
5.一种金明杞茶的制作方法,其特征在于, 所述的金明杞茶为袋泡茶,茶包内的茶粉包括金花葵花蕾粉、决明子粉和枸杞粉的混合粉,它们的重量份配比为2-3:4-6:1-2;
按照以下步骤制作:
A备料:
将金花葵鲜花蕾摘下后洗净、烘干,用粉碎机粉碎至10-30目大小,备用;
将决明子进行炒制至5-7分熟,用粉碎机粉碎至10-30目大小,备用;
将枸杞洗净、晾干,用粉碎机粉碎至10-30目大小,备用;
