Abstract

Description

制造管体的方法
本发明涉及一种制造管体的方法,特别是使用薄膜带制造多层管体的方法。
PCT/EP96/02645中描述了一种多层管体的制造方法,该管体具有至少一个分隔壁沿着其长度方向延伸,并形成彼此相邻的纵向室。首先,一个分隔壁条或者一个切断的分割壁条与薄膜带或者薄膜带段平行对齐并且它的外边紧固在薄膜带或切断的薄膜带段上。然后,侧边彼此连接在一起以构成一个无限长的管子,从而可被切成管体,或可直接构成管体。
本发明的目的是提供使用薄膜带制造多层管体的方法,其相对于现有技术更为改进。
为解决上述任务,本发明的多层管体具有至少一个沿其长度方向延伸以形成相邻的纵向室的分隔壁,其中,一个分隔壁条或者一个切断的分隔壁条段首先与薄膜带或者薄膜带段平行对齐地固定在薄膜带上或者切断的薄膜带段上,然后,为了构成从其切成管体的无穷长的管或者为了直接构成管体,将侧边相互连接。
根据本发明所提供的一种方法,上述多层管体内分隔壁条或者分隔壁条段由至少一个管或者管段制成。
其中,至少一个管或者管段由一个挤压的管制成,或者由具有连接缝的薄膜或薄膜段制成;每个管或者每个管段沿着至少一条线固定在薄膜带或者薄膜带段上;并且沿着一条线通过一定距离的点连接来进行固定。
根据本发明所提供的另外一个方法,上述多层管体内至少一个第二分隔壁条固定在第一分割壁条上。
其中,至少一个分隔壁条或者一个分隔壁条段在形成至少一个自由边的情况下与其纵向边缘间隔一定距离地固定在薄膜带或者薄膜带段上;同时,分隔壁条或者分隔壁条段的至少一个自由边缘与薄膜带或者薄膜带段的表面或者与另一个分隔壁条或者分隔壁条段有一定的角度。
本发明的所产生的有益效果是:制造多层管体的方法能够被简单、高效地实施,并且适用于生产任意长度的管体。
下面借助于实施例根据示意图详细地介绍本发明。附图示出了:
图1a以横断面的形式示出了一个固定在薄膜带上一个部位的挤压管;
图1b是一个制成的管体的横断面;
图2a以横断面的形式示出了一个固定在薄膜带上两个部位的、具有重叠接缝的挤压管;
图2b是一个制成的管体的横断面;
图3a以横断面的形式示出的一个U形管,在保留一个自由端的情况下,其自由的腿端相互平行地固定在薄膜带的一个部位上;

图4a以横断面的形式示出了两个固定在薄膜带上的薄膜条,其中,一个薄膜条在保留自由端的情况下固定在薄膜带的两个部位上,第二个薄膜条直接用其端部一方面固定在薄膜带上、另一方面固定在第一个薄膜条上;
图4b是一个制成的管体横断面;
图5是管体的俯视图,管体沿着一条线连续地、并沿着另一条线在间隔一定距离的点上固定在薄膜带段上。
为了说明本发明,下面只谈到了薄膜带,在这里对此可理解成切断的薄膜带段,分隔壁条和切断的分隔壁条、无限长的管和切断的管体以及管和管段也相应如此。
在图1示出的实施例中,一个四周封闭的挤压管2借助于连接3固定安置在由公知的和合适的塑料制成的任意薄膜带1上。可以采用任意的合适的方法,例如粘接、熔接等等进行该连接。在通过连接薄膜带1的自由纵边制成管体4(见图1b)之后,形成了两个纵向室A和B。
在图2示出的实施例中,一个通过形成焊缝5制造的管6借助于两个相互间隔一定距离的连接3固定在薄膜带1上。在这里,管6这样有利地固定在薄膜带1上,即其位于连接3之间的段形成了外翻7,这样以简单的方式借助于在薄膜带1上配置管6已经形成了两个纵向室C和D。如果薄膜带1为了形成管体8(见图2b)而将其两个纵边连接的话,这样可有三个分别相互隔绝的纵向室C、D和E。
在图3示出的实施例中,一个由公知的和合适的塑料制成的分隔壁条9与薄膜带1平行对齐地安置在薄膜带1上,在这里,分隔壁条9作成U形并且其两条腿10、11相互平行对齐地通过连接12固定在一起而构成了管9a并且形成了一个封闭的纵向室G。有利的是,至少一个腿10或者11延伸出连接12而形成了一个自由边缘13。在通过连接薄膜带1的自由纵向边制成封闭管体14(图3b)时,相应封闭的管9a的自由边缘13,通过其自由端支撑在管体14的内壁上,给管9a在管体14内提供一个预定的位置,比如说这可以在所形成的管体14之内使封闭的分隔壁条9定中心成为可能。这样,在通过连接薄膜带1的纵边形成管体14之后,使之具有两个纵向室G和F。
在图4中示出了一个实施例,在这个实施例中,第一个分隔壁条15借助于连接3相互平行对齐地固定在薄膜带1上形成自由边13。第二个分隔壁条16借助于连接3平行对齐地用其一个纵边配置在薄膜带1上,用其另一个纵边配置在第一个分隔壁条15上。借此在制成的管体17里形成了三个封闭的纵向室H、J、K,见图4b。
图5示出了一个管段18,它借助于直线连接3固定在薄膜带1的一个段上。但是,也可以借助于点连接19以线性方式并间隔一定距离来固定。
也可以采用任意结构的多个管并列固定在一个薄膜带上,以及两个以上的相互重叠的分隔壁条,来代替唯一的管。
在薄膜带上配置多个管或者分隔壁条可以这样进行,即在制成的管体中可以通过管体横断面进行一定的纵向室分配,特别是,管体的总横断面实际上由纵向室占据,纵向室的壁也可以相互紧挨着靠在一起。
自由边缘13不仅可以折弯,而且也可以预成型,例如折弯、拱起,以便使在制成的管体内形成的纵向室进一步对齐或者打开/张开。
当然,通过纵缝制造的管也可以具有自由边缘13。
特别是对于分隔壁条而言,也可以有利地将边缘13至少在一个固定部位向里折叠,以便通过其弹力保证强制打开在制成的管体内通过各自分隔壁条构成的纵向室。
在借助于两个相互间隔的连接固定一个或者多个管和/或者一个或者多个分隔壁条时,它们可以这样配置,即在制成的管体里固定的管或者分隔壁条在连接之间平行地紧靠在管体上或者构成一个翻边或者一个筋。在后一种情况下,薄膜带预先拱起,例如,通过部分地将其配置在一个拱起的槽里。

Claims (11)

1.制造管体的方法,特别是使用薄膜带(1)制造多层管体(4,8,14)的方法,该管体具有至少一个沿其长度方向延伸以形成相邻的纵向室(A,B;C,D,E;F,G)的分隔壁,其中,一个分隔壁条或者一个切断的分隔壁条段首先与薄膜带或者薄膜带段平行对齐地固定在薄膜带(1)上或者切断的薄膜带段上,然后,为了构成从其切成管体的无穷长的管或者直接为了构成管体,将侧边相互连接,其特征是:
分隔壁条或者分隔壁条段由至少一个管(2;6;9a)或者管段制成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:
至少一个管(2)或者管段由一个挤压的管(2)制成。
3.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是:
至少一个管(6;9a)或者管段由具有连接缝(5,12)的薄膜或者薄膜段制成。
4.按照权利要求3所述的方法,其特征是:
分隔壁条(9)或者分隔壁条段作成U形,然后其两条腿(10,11)在其与管(9a)平行的腿部位置相互连接。
5.按照权利要求4所述的方法,其特征是:
两条腿(10,11)相互连接在一起,并形成了至少一个自由边缘(13)。
6.按照权利要求5所述的方法,其特征是:
至少一个自由边缘(13)与薄膜带(1)或者薄膜带段的表面有一定的角度。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的方法,其特征是:
每个管或者每个管段沿着至少一条线固定在薄膜带(1)或者薄膜带段上。
