Abstract

本发明涉及绝缘带。
背景技术
2次电池通常包含正极和负极借助隔膜层叠而成的结构体(例如:卷绕体、层叠体),在该结构体中,以强化绝缘性、简化制造工序等为目的,使用绝缘带。如此使用的绝缘带存在如下问题:在电池制造工序(例如电解液注入前的加热干燥工序)、电池的充放电时等中,有时暴露在高温下,此时发生收缩而绝缘性受损。另外,在2次电池中发生轻微的内部短路时,有时在短路部位引起急剧的温度上升,在现有的绝缘带中,由该温度上升引起的绝缘性降低也成为问题。
另一方面,作为用于2次电池的粘合带,已知使用添加有无机填料的粘合带。然而,添加无机填料是出于增强效果、赋予放热性、赋予阻燃性等的目的,无法得到在非水系2次电池中稳定性优异的粘合带(绝缘带)。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明是为了解决上述现有的课题而完成的,其目的在于,提供用于非水系2次电池的绝缘带,所述绝缘带即使在加热等苛刻的环境下也能够维持绝缘性,且能够提高非水系2次电池的安全性。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明的非水系电池用绝缘带具备基材和配置在该基材的单侧或两侧的粘合剂层,该基材和/或粘合剂层包含绝缘性无机填料。
本发明的非水系电池用绝缘带具备带有绝缘层的基材和配置在该带有绝缘层的基材的单侧或两侧的粘合剂层,该绝缘层包含绝缘性无机填料。
在一个实施方式中,上述绝缘性无机填料为包含Mg、Al、Zr、Ti或B的无机化合物。
在一个实施方式中,上述绝缘性无机填料为选自由氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、氧化镁、氧化铝、氮化硼、氧化钛组成的组中的至少一种。
在一个实施方式中,上述绝缘性无机填料具有利用高级脂肪酸类、阴离子表面活性剂、磷酸酯类、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或多元醇的脂肪酸酯类的表面处理层。

发明的效果
本发明的绝缘带是用于非水系2次电池的绝缘带,即使在加热等苛刻的环境下也能够维持绝缘性,且能够提高非水系2次电池的安全性。

A.绝缘带的整体构成
图1是利用本发明的一个实施方式的绝缘带的示意剖面图。该绝缘带100具备基材10和配置在基材10的单侧或两侧(图示例中为单侧)的粘合剂层20。在该实施方式中,基材10和/或粘合剂层20包含绝缘性无机填料(未图示)。虽然未图示,但本发明的绝缘带在直至供于使用前的期间,出于保护粘合面的目的,可以在粘合剂层的外侧设置剥离衬垫。
图2的(a)是利用本发明的其它实施方式的绝缘带的示意剖面图。该绝缘带200具备形成有绝缘层30的基材10(带有绝缘层的基材11)和配置在带有绝缘层的基材11的单侧的粘合剂层20。在绝缘带200中,依次配置粘合剂层20、绝缘层30、基材10。绝缘层30包含绝缘性无机填料(未图示)。需要说明的是,在具备绝缘层的绝缘带中,基材和/或粘合剂层可以包含绝缘性无机填料,也可以不包含绝缘性无机填料。

本发明的绝缘带是非水系电池用的绝缘带。例如在非水系电池用的非水系电解液中,为了贴合构件与构件(例如电极与隔膜),可以使用本发明的绝缘带。本发明的绝缘带通过使基材和/或粘合剂层含有绝缘性无机填料、或者具备包含绝缘性无机填料的绝缘层,在常温下自不必说,即使在高温下(例如400℃以上)也不容易收缩、软化,能够显现出充分的绝缘性及粘接性。而且还能够防止非水系电解液的劣化。因而,如果将本发明的绝缘带用于非水系电池,则能够提高该非水系电池的安全性及耐久性。
在将本发明的绝缘带浸渍于包含规定的电解质和溶剂的下述非水系电解液A而放置72小时时,由该非水系电解液A产生的气体量为每1mg绝缘性无机填料优选为0.3cc/mg以下、更优选为0.2cc/mg以下、进一步优选为0.1cc/mg以下。此处产生的气体是使非水系电解液劣化的主要原因。在本发明中,能够防止非水系电解液的劣化,并能够防止不需要的气体的产生。
<非水系电解液A>
电解质:1.4M LiPF6
溶剂:碳酸亚乙酯与碳酸二乙酯的混合溶剂;碳酸亚乙酯:碳酸二乙酯(体积比)=1:2
液温:85℃
本发明的绝缘带相对于SUS304BA的粘合力在25℃的环境下优选为0.1N/10mm~10.0N/10mm、更优选为0.2N/10mm~5.0N/10mm。在本说明书中,粘合力是指通过依照JIS Z0237:2000的方法(贴合条件:用2kg辊往返1次、剥离速度:300mm/分钟、剥离角度180°)测得的粘合力。
B.绝缘性无机填料
作为上述基材、粘合剂层或绝缘层中所包含的绝缘性无机填料,只要可以得到本发明的效果,就可以使用任意适当的绝缘性无机填料。优选使用能够防止非水系电解液的劣化的绝缘性无机填料。
作为上述绝缘性无机填料,优选使用包含Mg原子、Al原子、Zr原子、Ti原子或B原子的无机化合物。这样的无机化合物缺乏与非水系电解液的反应性,如果使用该无机化合物作为上述绝缘性无机填料,则能够得到不容易使非水系电解液劣化的绝缘带。更优选为包含Mg原子或Al原子的无机化合物。
在一个实施方式中,使用上述无机化合物的氧化物。作为上述无机化合物的氧化物的具体例,可列举出氧化镁、氧化铝等。
在一个实施方式中,作为上述绝缘性无机填料,使用选自由氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、氧化镁、氧化铝、氮化硼、氧化钛组成的组中的至少一种。这些化合物尤其是缺乏与非水系电解液的反应性,如果使用该无机化合物作为上述绝缘性无机填料,则能够得到能显著地防止非水系电解液劣化的绝缘带。
在一个实施方式中,作为上述绝缘性无机填料,使用等电点大于7(优选9以上)的化合物。如果使用上述无机化合物作为绝缘性无机填料,则能够得到能显著地防止非水系电解液劣化的绝缘带。
在一个实施方式中,对绝缘性无机填料实施表面处理。作为表面处理,例如可列举出:使用了高级脂肪酸类、阴离子表面活性剂、磷酸酯类、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、多元醇的脂肪酸酯类等的表面处理。实施了这样的表面处理的绝缘性无机填料具有表面处理层。如果进行上述表面处理,则能够提高绝缘性无机填料的分散性,且能够提高包含该绝缘性无机填料的层(基材、粘合剂层、绝缘层)与其它层的密合性。作为表面处理的方法,可以采用任意适当的方法。作为高级脂肪酸类,可以使用例如硬脂酸、棕榈酸等。作为多元醇的脂肪酸酯类,可以使用例如包含丙三醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、季戊四醇等的脂肪酸酯类等。
上述绝缘性无机填料的平均粒径优选为0.1μm~10μm、更优选为0.1μm~8μm、进一步优选为0.1μm~5μm。如果使用平均粒径为这种范围的绝缘性无机填料,则能够得到具有优异的绝缘性、且耐热性也优异的绝缘带。需要说明的是,在本说明书中,平均粒径表示通过激光散射法测定的50%平均粒径(个数基准,包括1次粒径及其聚集体)。
上述绝缘性无机填料的BET比表面积优选为200m2/g以下、更优选为160m2/g以下、进一步优选为100m2/g以下、特别优选为50m2/g以下、最优选为10m2/g以下。只要是这样的范围,如果使用BET比表面积为这种范围的绝缘性无机填料,则能够得到具有优异的绝缘性、且耐热性也优异的绝缘带,进而,绝缘性无机填料的BET比表面积越小,越缺乏与电解液的反应性,故而优选。
C.基材
作为构成上述基材的材料,可以使用任意适当的材料。作为基材,例如可列举出:织布、无纺布等纤维系基材;纸系基材;树脂薄膜等塑料系基材等。其中,从不容易溶解于电解液中、不容易引起电解液的劣化方面考虑而优选使用塑料系基材、特别优选使用由聚酰亚胺、聚酰胺、聚酰胺酰亚胺、聚苯硫醚或聚烯烃(例如聚丙烯等)形成的塑料系基材。另外,从廉价方面考虑而优选使用由聚丙烯形成的塑料系基材。基材也可以是多层构成的基材。在基材具有多层形态的情况下,各层既可以是相同的基材,也可以组合不同的基材。
上述基材的厚度优选为2μm~50μm、更优选为10μm~40μm。如果为这样的范围,则能够得到具有作为非水系电池用合适的厚度的绝缘带。另外,在使基材包含上述绝缘性无机填料而赋予绝缘性的情况下,通过将基材的厚度设定为上述范围,从而能够得到优异的绝缘性。
在上述基材包含绝缘性无机填料的情况下,相对于基材100重量份,该基材中的绝缘性无机填料的含有比例优选为50重量份~500重量份、更优选为100重量份~300重量份。如果为这样的范围,则能够得到绝缘性优异、且与邻接基材的层(粘合剂层或绝缘层)的密合性优异的绝缘带。
D.粘合剂层
上述粘合剂层包含任意适当的基础聚合物。作为粘合剂层所包含的基础聚合物,例如可列举出:丙烯酸系聚合物、橡胶系聚合物、烯烃系聚合物、有机硅系聚合物等。
作为上述丙烯酸系聚合物,优选使用将(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的一种或两种以上用作单体成分的丙烯酸系聚合物(均聚物或共聚物)。作为(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯,例如可列举出:(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸正丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸仲丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸叔丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸戊酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异戊酯、(甲基)丙烯酸己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸庚酯、(甲基)丙烯酸辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸壬酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异壬酯、(甲基)丙烯酸癸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异癸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十一烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十二烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十三烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十四烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十五烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十六烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十七烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十八烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十九烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸二十烷基酯等。优选使用具有碳原子数为1~20(更优选4~20)的直链状或支链状的烷基的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯。
相对于构成丙烯酸系聚合物的全部构成单元,上述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯的含有比例优选为50重量%以上、更优选为50重量%~100重量%、进一步优选为70重量%~100重量%。
在一个实施方式中,丙烯酸系聚合物在侧链优选具有碳原子数为4以上的烷基、更优选具有碳原子数为6以上的烷基、进一步优选具有碳原子数为8~20的烷基。在该聚合物中,相对于构成该聚合物的全部构成单元,在侧链具有碳原子数为4以上的烷基的构成单元的含有比例优选为50重量%以上、更优选为70重量%以上、进一步优选为75重量%~100重量%。通过使用这样的丙烯酸系聚合物,能够形成缺乏对电解液的亲和性、在电解液中的耐久性优异的粘合剂层。另外,能够得到不容易引起非水系电解液的劣化的绝缘带。

相对于构成丙烯酸系聚合物的全部构成单元,源于上述其它单体成分的构成单元的含有比例优选小于20重量%、更优选为15重量%以下。
上述丙烯酸系聚合物的重均分子量优选为5万~500万、更优选为10万~200万、进一步优选为20万~150万。如果为这样的范围,则能够得到在电解液中粘合剂成分不容易溶出、且粘合性优异的绝缘带。上述重均分子量例如可以使用凝胶渗透色谱,并通过标准聚苯乙烯换算来得到。
作为上述橡胶系聚合物,例如可列举出:天然橡胶;丁基橡胶、聚异丁烯橡胶、聚异戊二烯橡胶、苯乙烯/丁二烯(SB)橡胶、苯乙烯/异戊二烯(SI)橡胶、苯乙烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SIS)、苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SBS)、苯乙烯/乙烯/丁烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SEBS)、苯乙烯/乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SEPS)、苯乙烯/乙烯/丙烯嵌段橡胶(SEP)、再生橡胶、这些的改性体等合成橡胶;等。其中,优选丁基橡胶、聚异丁烯橡胶。如果使用这些橡胶系聚合物,则能够形成缺乏对电解液的亲和性、耐久性优异的粘合剂层。另外,能够得到不容易引起非水系电解液的劣化的绝缘带。
作为上述烯烃系聚合物,只要可以得到本发明的效果,就可以使用任意适当的聚合物。如果使用烯烃系聚合物,则能够形成缺乏对电解液的亲和性、耐久性优异的粘合剂层。另外,能够得到不容易引起非水系电解液的劣化的绝缘带。作为烯烃系聚合物的具体例,例如可列举出:具有源于乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、1-己烯、3-甲基-1-丁烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、1-庚烯、1-辛烯、1-癸烯等碳原子数为2~10的α-烯烃的构成单元的均聚物或共聚物。作为烯烃系聚合物,优选使用:高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)等乙烯系聚合物;聚丙烯等丙烯系聚合物等。这些聚合物在成本方面有利,且在能够形成低温粘合性优异的粘合剂层方面有利。
在一个实施方式中,使用酸改性聚烯烃。如果使用酸改性聚烯烃,则能够得到即使在电解液中也显示出优异的粘合性的绝缘带。酸改性聚烯烃例如能够通过使聚烯烃接枝聚合不饱和羧酸和/或其酸酐而得到。酸改性聚烯烃可以通过使上述烯烃系聚合物接枝聚合不饱和羧酸和/或该不饱和羧酸的酸酐而得到。优选使用使烯烃系聚合物接枝聚合马来酸而得到的马来酸改性聚烯烃或使烯烃系聚合物接枝聚合马来酸酐而得到的马来酸酐改性聚烯烃。酸改性聚烯烃中的接枝聚合率优选为0.05重量%~10重量%、更优选为0.1重量%~5重量%。
作为上述有机硅系聚合物,可以使用例如以有机聚硅氧烷为主要成分的有机硅橡胶或有机硅树脂等。另外,也可以使用在这些橡胶或树脂中添加硅氧烷系交联剂、过氧化物系交联剂并进行交联而成的聚合物。
上述基础聚合物的玻璃化转移温度优选为-20℃以下。如果为这样的范围,则能够形成粘合力优异的粘合剂层。
上述粘合剂层根据需要可以包含任意适当的添加剂。作为该添加剂,例如可列举出:交联剂、聚合引发剂、增粘剂、增塑剂(例如:偏苯三酸酯系增塑剂、均苯四酸酯系增塑剂)、颜料、染料、填充剂、防老剂、导电材料、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂、剥离调节剂、软化剂、表面活性剂、阻燃剂、抗氧化剂等。
上述粘合剂层的厚度优选为1μm~30μm、更优选为3μm~15μm。如果为这样的范围,则能够得到粘合力、耐久性优异的绝缘带。另外,在使粘合剂层包含上述绝缘性无机填料而赋予绝缘性时,通过将粘合剂层的厚度设定为上述范围,从而能够得到优异的绝缘性。
在上述粘合剂层包含绝缘性无机填料的情况下,相对于基础聚合物100重量份,该粘合剂层中的绝缘性无机填料的含有比例优选为10重量份~200重量份、更优选为20重量份~150重量份、进一步优选为50重量份~120重量份。如果为这样的范围,则能够得到绝缘性优异、且与邻接粘合剂层的层(基材或绝缘层)的密合性优异的绝缘带。
E.绝缘层
上述绝缘层包含任意适当的粘结剂树脂和上述绝缘性无机填料。作为粘结剂树脂,例如可使用:聚丙烯酸酯系树脂、聚氨酯系树脂、聚酰亚胺系树脂、芳族聚酰胺系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂、乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)系树脂、聚丙烯腈系树脂、聚乙烯醚系树脂、聚乙烯醇系树脂、聚乙烯亚胺系树脂、聚酰胺酰亚胺系树脂、聚醚酰亚胺系树脂、聚偏氟乙烯系树脂等。另外,也可以使用:丁二烯橡胶、苯乙烯/丁二烯橡胶(SBR)、乙烯/丙烯/二烯橡胶(EPDM)、SBS、SIS、SEBS、SEPS、丁基橡胶、聚异丁烯橡胶等橡胶系聚合物。
相对于绝缘层100重量份,上述绝缘层中的绝缘性无机填料的含有比例优选为10重量份~1000重量份、更优选为100重量份~500重量份。如果为这样的范围,则能够得到绝缘性优异、且与邻接绝缘层的层(粘合剂层和/或基材)的密合性优异、并且实用上具有优异的柔软性的绝缘带。
上述绝缘层的厚度优选为0.1μm~10μm、更优选为1μm~5μm。如果为这样的范围,则能够得到粘合力、耐久性、绝缘性、柔软性优异的绝缘带。
F.绝缘带的制造方法
上述绝缘带可以通过任意适当的方法来制造。例如,由基材和粘合剂层构成的绝缘带能够通过在基材上涂覆粘合剂层形成用组合物来得到。另外,进一步包含绝缘层的绝缘带能够通过在基材上涂覆绝缘层形成用组合物,然后在绝缘层上涂覆粘合剂层形成用组合物来得到。粘合剂层形成用组合物包含上述基础聚合物和任意适当的添加剂。另外,绝缘层形成用组合物包含上述粘结剂树脂和任意适当的添加剂。基材、粘合剂层形成用组合物及绝缘层形成用组合物中的任一种中包含上述绝缘性无机填料。
作为粘合剂层形成用组合物及绝缘层形成用组合物的涂覆方法,可以采用任意适当的方法。例如,可以采用丝网印刷、喷涂、凹版涂覆、柔性涂覆、模涂等方法。
下面,通过实施例具体地说明本发明,但本发明并不受这些实施例的任何限定。实施例中的评价方法如下所述。
(1)电解液劣化试验
在铝层压包装体中,加入下述组成的非水系电解液80μl、将绝缘带贴合于铝箔而制作的样品(10mm×30mm),然后,在非活性气体气氛中,通过热封来密封铝层压包装体,从而得到样品。
将该样品从非活性气体气氛中取出,利用Alfarmirage公司制造的电子比重计MD-200S测定初始体积。然后,将样品在85℃下保存72小时,同样地测定加热试验处理后的样品的体积,根据下述计算式求出每1mg填料的体积变化量。该体积变化量相当于因电解液劣化而产生的气体量。

将绝缘带贴合于不锈钢板(SUS304BA)(贴合条件:2kg辊往返1次),使用精密万能试验机Autograph(株式会社岛津制作所制造),在下述条件下测定绝缘带的剥离力。

(3)热分解测定(TG-DTA)
在下述测定条件下测定绝缘带中的包含绝缘性填料的层的热解残渣。需要说明的是,热解残渣多的绝缘带是即使在高温下也残留有绝缘性无机填料的绝缘带,在高温下的绝缘性优异。

[实施例1]
将包含丙烯酸2-乙基己酯100重量份和丙烯酸5重量份的单体组合物聚合,得到丙烯酸系聚合物(重均分子量:130万)。
将得到的丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份、作为绝缘性无机填料的氢氧化镁颗粒(神岛化学工业公司制造、商品名“Magseeds S6”、平均粒径:1.0μm、BET比表面积:4.5m2/g)50重量份、聚异氰酸酯(日本聚氨酯公司制造、商品名“CORONATE L”)2重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,得到具有厚度为7μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例2]
向作为粘结剂树脂的聚氨酯树脂(大日精化工业公司制造、商品名“Lamic SR”)100重量份中,加入作为绝缘性无机填料的氧化铝颗粒(日本轻金属公司制造、商品名“LS-110F”、平均粒径:1.1μm、BET比表面积:3.2m2/g)500重量份,制备绝缘层形成用组合物。将得到的绝缘层形成用组合物以干燥后的厚度为3μm的方式涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,制作带有绝缘层的基材。
将包含丙烯酸2-乙基己酯100重量份和丙烯酸5重量份的单体组合物聚合,得到丙烯酸系聚合物(重均分子量:130万)。
将得到的丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份和聚异氰酸酯(日本聚氨酯公司制造、商品名“CORONATE L”)2重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在上述带有绝缘层的基材的绝缘层上,得到具有厚度为7μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带(粘合剂层/绝缘层/基材)。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例3]
将包含丙烯酸2-乙基己酯75重量份、丙烯酰基吗啉20重量份、丙烯酸3重量份、丙烯酸2-羟乙酯0.1重量份的单体组合物聚合,得到丙烯酸系聚合物(重均分子量:120万)。
将得到的丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份、作为绝缘性无机填料的氢氧化镁颗粒(堺化学工业公司制造、商品名“MGZ-1”、平均粒径:0.8μm、BET比表面积:6.0m2/g)50重量份、聚异氰酸酯(日本聚氨酯公司制造、商品名“CORONATE L”)2重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,得到具有厚度为10μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例4]

将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例5]
将包含丙烯酸2-乙基己酯100重量份和丙烯酸5重量份的单体组合物聚合,得到丙烯酸系聚合物(重均分子量:130万)。
将得到的丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份、作为绝缘性无机填料的氢氧化镁颗粒(协和化学工业公司制造、商品名“KISUMA 5P”、平均粒径:0.8μm、BET比表面积:5.7m2/g)75重量份、聚异氰酸酯(日本聚氨酯公司制造、商品名“CORONATE L”)2重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,得到具有厚度为7μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例6]
将包含丙烯酸2-乙基己酯100重量份和丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯4重量份的单体组合物聚合,得到丙烯酸系聚合物(重均分子量:100万)。
将得到的丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份、作为绝缘性无机填料的氧化镁颗粒(协和化学工业公司制造、商品名“MAGSARAT 30”、平均粒径:3.1μm、BET比表面积:40m2/g)30重量份、聚异氰酸酯(日本聚氨酯公司制造、商品名“CORONATE L”)2重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,得到具有厚度为12μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例7]
将包含丙烯酸2-乙基己酯100重量份和丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯4重量份的单体组合物聚合,得到丙烯酸系聚合物(重均分子量:100万)。
将得到的丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份、作为绝缘性无机填料的氧化镁颗粒(协和化学工业公司制造、商品名“MAGSARAT 150”、平均粒径:4.4μm、BET比表面积:155m2/g)30重量份、聚异氰酸酯(日本聚氨酯公司制造、商品名“CORONATE L”)2重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,得到具有厚度为20μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例8]
将包含丙烯酸2-乙基己酯100重量份和丙烯酸5重量份的单体组合物聚合,得到丙烯酸系聚合物(重均分子量:130万)。
将得到的丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份、作为绝缘性无机填料的氧化镁颗粒(协和化学工业公司制造、商品名“PYROKISUMA 5301K”、平均粒径:2.8μm、BET比表面积:1.4m2/g)50重量份、聚异氰酸酯(日本聚氨酯公司制造、商品名“CORONATE L”)2重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,得到具有厚度为15μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例9]
将聚异丁烯(BASF Japan Ltd.制造、商品名“OPPANOL B80”、重均分子量:75万)70重量份、聚异丁烯(BASF Japan Ltd.制造、商品名“OPPANOL B50”、重均分子量:34万)30重量份、氢化石油树脂(荒川化学工业公司制造、商品名“ARKON P-125”)25重量份、作为绝缘性无机填料的氢氧化铝颗粒(昭和电工公司制造、商品名“HIGILITE H42”、平均粒径:1.0μm、BET比表面积:5.0m2/g)30重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,得到具有厚度为8μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例10]
代替氧化铝颗粒(日本轻金属公司制造、商品名“LS-110F”、平均粒径:1.1μm、BET比表面积:3.2m2/g)500重量份,使用二氧化硅颗粒(Tosoh Silica Corporation制造、商品名“NIPSIL E220A”、平均粒径:1.0μm、BET比表面积:147m2/g)100重量份,除此以外与实施例2同样地操作,得到绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例11]
代替氧化铝颗粒(日本轻金属公司制造、商品名“LS-110F”、平均粒径:1.1μm、BET比表面积:3.2m2/g)500重量份,使用氢氧化铝颗粒(日本轻金属公司制造、商品名“BF013”、平均粒径:1.0μm、BET比表面积4.0m2/g),除此以外与实施例2同样地操作,得到绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例12]
将包含丙烯酸2-乙基己酯100重量份和丙烯酸5重量份的单体组合物聚合,得到丙烯酸系聚合物(重均分子量:130万)。
将得到的丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份、作为绝缘性无机填料的氧化镁颗粒(神岛化学工业公司制造、商品名“PSF-WR”、平均粒径:2.0μm、BET比表面积:6.6m2/g)100重量份、聚异氰酸酯(日本聚氨酯公司制造、商品名“CORONATE L”)2重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在基材(聚丙烯薄膜、Toray公司制造、商品名“Torayfan”、厚度:12μm)上,得到具有厚度为5μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例13]
向作为粘结剂树脂的聚氨酯树脂(大日精化工业公司制造、商品名“NB300”)100重量份中,加入聚异氰酸酯系化合物(大日精化工业公司制造、商品名“Lamic B hardener”)20重量份、作为绝缘性无机填料的氧化镁颗粒(神岛化学工业公司制造、商品名“PSF-WR”、平均粒径:2.0μm、BET比表面积:6.6m2/g)500重量份,制备绝缘层形成用组合物。将得到的绝缘层形成用组合物以使干燥后的厚度为5μm的方式涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,制作带有绝缘层的基材。
将包含丙烯酸2-乙基己酯100重量份和丙烯酸5重量份的单体组合物聚合,得到丙烯酸系聚合物(重均分子量:130万)。
将得到的丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份、聚异氰酸酯(日本聚氨酯公司制造、商品名“CORONATE L”)2重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在上述带有绝缘层的基材的绝缘层上,得到具有厚度为7μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带(粘合剂层/绝缘层/基材)。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例14]
将包含丙烯酸2-乙基己酯100重量份和丙烯酸10重量份的单体组合物聚合,得到丙烯酸系聚合物(重均分子量:120万)。
将得到的丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份、作为绝缘性无机填料的氧化镁颗粒(神岛化学工业公司制造、商品名“PSF-WR”、平均粒径:2.0μm、BET比表面积:6.6m2/g)75重量份、聚异氰酸酯(日本聚氨酯公司制造、商品名“CORONATE L”)2重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,得到具有厚度为7μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例15]
将聚异丁烯(BASF Japan Ltd.制造、商品名“OPPANOL B80”、重均分子量:75万)100重量份、聚异丁烯(BASF Japan Ltd.制造、商品名“OPPANOL B12”、重均分子量:5.1万)30重量份、作为绝缘性无机填料的氧化镁颗粒(协和化学工业公司制造、商品名“PYROKISUMA 5301K”、平均粒径:2.8μm、BET比表面积:1.4m2/g)50重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,得到具有厚度为15μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例16]
代替氧化镁颗粒(神岛化学工业公司制造、商品名“PSF-WR”、平均粒径:2.0μm、BET比表面积:6.6m2/g)500重量份,使用氮化硼颗粒(昭和电工公司制造、商品名“UHP-S2”、平均粒径:0.5μm、BET比表面积:10m2/g)300重量份,除此以外与实施例13同样地操作,得到绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例17]
向作为粘结剂树脂的间位芳族聚酰胺树脂(帝人公司制造、商品名“Conex”)100重量份中,加入作为绝缘性无机填料的氧化钛颗粒(堺化学工业公司制造、商品名“TITONE R-42”、平均粒径:0.29μm、BET比表面积:5.1m2/g)300重量份,制备绝缘层形成用组合物。将得到的绝缘层形成用组合物以使干燥后的厚度为5μm的方式涂覆在基材(聚酰亚胺薄膜、DuPont-Toray Co.,Ltd.制造、商品名“KAPTON 100H”、厚度:25μm)上,制作带有绝缘层的基材。
将包含丙烯酸2-乙基己酯100重量份和丙烯酸5重量份的单体组合物聚合,得到丙烯酸系聚合物(重均分子量:130万)。
将得到的丙烯酸系聚合物100重量份、聚异氰酸酯(日本聚氨酯公司制造、商品名“CORONATE L”)2重量份混合,制备粘合剂层形成用组合物。
将该粘合剂层形成用组合物涂覆在上述带有绝缘层的基材的绝缘层上,得到具有厚度为7μm的粘合剂层的绝缘带(粘合剂层/绝缘层/基材)。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[实施例18]
代替氧化铝颗粒(日本轻金属公司制造、商品名“LS-110F”、平均粒径:1.1μm、BET比表面积:3.2m2/g)500重量份,使用碳酸镁颗粒(神岛化学工业公司制造、商品名“MSS”、平均粒径:1.2μm、BET比表面积:5.5m2/g)300重量份,除此以外与实施例2同样地操作,得到绝缘带。
将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。
[比较例1]
未使用绝缘性无机填料来制备粘合剂层形成用组合物,除此以外与实施例1同样地操作而得到绝缘带。将得到的绝缘带供于上述评价(1)~(3)。将结果示于表1。

Claims (20)

1.一种非水系电池用绝缘带,其具备基材和配置在该基材的单侧或两侧的粘合剂层,该基材和/或粘合剂层包含绝缘性无机填料。
2.一种非水系电池用绝缘带,其具备带有绝缘层的基材和配置在该带有绝缘层的基材的单侧或两侧的粘合剂层,该绝缘层包含绝缘性无机填料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述绝缘性无机填料为包含Mg、Al、Zr、Ti或B的无机化合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述绝缘性无机填料为包含Mg、Al、Zr、Ti或B的无机化合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述绝缘性无机填料为选自由氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、氧化镁、氧化铝、氮化硼、氧化钛组成的组中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述绝缘性无机填料为选自由氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、氧化镁、氧化铝、氮化硼、氧化钛组成的组中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述绝缘性无机填料具有利用高级脂肪酸类、阴离子表面活性剂、磷酸酯类、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或多元醇的脂肪酸酯类的表面处理层。
8.根据权利要求2所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述绝缘性无机填料具有利用高级脂肪酸类、阴离子表面活性剂、磷酸酯类、硅烷偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂或多元醇的脂肪酸酯类的表面处理层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述粘合剂层包含丙烯酸系聚合物,该丙烯酸系聚合物在侧链具有碳原子数为4以上的烷基。
10.根据权利要求2所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述粘合剂层包含丙烯酸系聚合物,该丙烯酸系聚合物在侧链具有碳原子数为4以上的烷基。
11.根据权利要求1所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述粘合剂层包含丁基橡胶、聚异丁烯橡胶、苯乙烯/乙烯/丁烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SEBS)、苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SBS)或苯乙烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SIS)。
12.根据权利要求2所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述粘合剂层包含丁基橡胶、聚异丁烯橡胶、苯乙烯/乙烯/丁烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SEBS)、苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SBS)或苯乙烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SIS)。
13.根据权利要求1所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述粘合剂层包含烯烃系聚合物。
14.根据权利要求2所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述粘合剂层包含烯烃系聚合物。
15.根据权利要求2所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述绝缘层包含聚丙烯酸酯系树脂、聚氨酯系树脂、聚酰亚胺系树脂、芳族聚酰胺系树脂、聚酰胺系树脂、EVOH系树脂、聚丙烯腈系树脂、聚乙烯醚系树脂、聚乙烯醇系树脂、聚乙烯亚胺系树脂、聚酰胺酰亚胺系树脂、聚醚酰亚胺系树脂或聚偏氟乙烯系树脂。
16.根据权利要求2所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,所述绝缘层包含丁二烯橡胶、苯乙烯/丁二烯橡胶(SBR)、乙烯/丙烯/二烯橡胶(EPDM)、苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SBS)、苯乙烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SIS)、苯乙烯/乙烯/丁烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SEBS)、苯乙烯/乙烯/丙烯/苯乙烯嵌段橡胶(SEPS)、丁基橡胶或聚异丁烯橡胶。
17.根据权利要求1所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,在将所述非水系电池用绝缘带浸渍于包含规定的电解质和溶剂的下述非水系电解液A而放置72小时时,由该非水系电解液A产生的气体量为每1mg绝缘性无机填料0.3cc/mg以下,

电解质:1.4M LiPF6
溶剂:碳酸亚乙酯与碳酸二乙酯的混合溶剂;碳酸亚乙酯:碳酸二乙酯的体积比=1:2
液温:85℃。
18.根据权利要求2所述的非水系电池用绝缘带,其中,在将所述非水系电池用绝缘带浸渍于包含规定的电解质和溶剂的下述非水系电解液A而放置72小时时,由该非水系电解液A产生的气体量为每1mg绝缘性无机填料0.3cc/mg以下,
