S1:制备冬虫夏草提取物,将干燥的虫草清洗干净,研磨成粉末,将粉末置于预装50~100倍体积水的装置中,回流1~3h,待装置温度冷却至室温后进行抽滤,并用水冲洗滤渣2~4次,收集滤液,并用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,收集水相,水相经旋蒸、脱水干燥即得冬虫夏草提取物;
S2:将赖氨酸、碳酸氢钠、木糖醇和柠檬酸钠溶于相应重量份的水中,再加入冬虫夏草提取物和丹酚酸,待溶解完全后加入燕麦粉、黑米粉和玉米粉,搅拌均匀后加入聚酰胺粉末,并于60~75℃继续搅拌1~3h,待脱色完成后进行抽滤,收集滤液,即得饮料半成品;
S3:饮料半成品再经灭菌和灌装即得成品。

S2:将赖氨酸、碳酸氢钠、木糖醇和柠檬酸钠溶于相应重量份的水中,再加入冬虫夏草提取物和丹酚酸,待溶解完全后加入燕麦粉、黑米粉和玉米粉,搅拌均匀后加入聚酰胺粉末,并于70℃继续搅拌2h,待脱色完成后进行抽滤,收集滤液,即得饮料半成品;
S3:饮料半成品再经55℃的巴氏灭菌25min,然后灌装即得成品。
实施例二
本发明提出的一种富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:冬虫夏草提取物10份,丹酚酸2份,燕麦粉6份,黑米粉10份,玉米粉6份,赖氨酸3份,碳酸氢钠4份,木糖醇3份,柠檬酸钠4份,无菌水200份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备冬虫夏草提取物,将干燥的虫草清洗干净,研磨成粉末,将粉末置于预装70倍体积无菌水的装置中,回流3h,待装置温度冷却至室温后进行抽滤,并用无菌水冲洗滤渣4次,收集滤液,并用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,收集水相,水相经旋蒸、脱水干燥即得冬虫夏草提取物;
S2:将赖氨酸、碳酸氢钠、木糖醇和柠檬酸钠溶于相应重量份的水中,再加入冬虫夏草提取物和丹酚酸,待溶解完全后加入燕麦粉、黑米粉和玉米粉,搅拌均匀后加入聚酰胺粉末,并于60℃继续搅拌3h,待脱色完成后进行抽滤,收集滤液,即得饮料半成品;
S3:饮料半成品再经60℃的巴氏灭菌20min,然后灌装即得成品。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:冬虫夏草提取物8份,丹酚酸0.5份,燕麦粉5份,黑米粉6份,玉米粉6份,赖氨酸1份,碳酸氢钠2份,木糖醇2份,柠檬酸钠4份,蒸馏水200份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:

本发明提出的一种富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:冬虫夏草提取物7份,丹酚酸1份,燕麦粉6份,黑米粉6份,玉米粉6份,赖氨酸2份,碳酸氢钠4份,木糖醇2份,柠檬酸钠4份,蒸馏水300份。
其制备方法,包括以下步骤:

S2:将赖氨酸、碳酸氢钠、木糖醇和柠檬酸钠溶于相应重量份的水中,再加入冬虫夏草提取物和丹酚酸,待溶解完全后加入燕麦粉、黑米粉和玉米粉,搅拌均匀后加入聚酰胺粉末,并于70℃继续搅拌2h,待脱色完成后进行抽滤,收集滤液,即得饮料半成品;
S3:饮料半成品再经60℃的巴氏灭菌20min,然后灌装即得成品。
随机抽取300名顾客对上述实施例一~四制备的饮料以及市售饮料分别进行试喝,并记录最优的口感编号,记录结果如下:

根据试喝结果和口感评价数据显示,相比于市售的饮料,上述实施例一~四制备的饮料口感香醇,香气适宜,香味在口中的存留时间长,其中实施例一的口感最好。
分别检测上述实施例一~四制备的饮料以及市售饮料每100g中葡萄糖的含量,检测结果如下:

测试结果显示,每100g上述实施例一~四制备的饮料,所含葡萄糖的量在2.2~2.6g之间,远低于市售饮料中的11.4g,所以儿童、三高人群和糖尿病患者均可饮用。

Claims (9)
1.一种富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:冬虫夏草提取物5~10份,丹酚酸0.5~2份,燕麦粉5~10份,黑米粉5~10份,玉米粉4~8份,赖氨酸1~3份,碳酸氢钠2~6份,木糖醇1~4份,柠檬酸钠2~8份,水200~300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:冬虫夏草提取物6~8份,丹酚酸0.5~2份,燕麦粉5~7份,黑米粉6~10份,玉米粉5~8份,赖氨酸1~3份,碳酸氢钠2~6份,木糖醇2~4份,柠檬酸钠4~6份,水200~300份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:冬虫夏草提取物7份,丹酚酸1份,燕麦粉6份,黑米粉8份,玉米粉6份,赖氨酸2份,碳酸氢钠4份,木糖醇3份,柠檬酸钠5份,水250份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料,其特征在于,所述冬虫夏草提取物与丹酚酸的重量份比为3~16:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料,其特征在于,所述燕麦粉、黑米粉和玉米粉的重量份比为1~1.5:1~2:1~1.5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料,其特征在于,所述碳酸氢钠的用量是水的用量的1%~3%。
7.一种根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备冬虫夏草提取物,将干燥的虫草清洗干净,研磨成粉末,将粉末置于预装50~100倍体积水的装置中,回流1~3h,待装置温度冷却至室温后进行抽滤,并用水冲洗滤渣2~4次,收集滤液,并用乙酸乙酯进行萃取,收集水相,水相经旋蒸、脱水干燥即得冬虫夏草提取物;
S2:将赖氨酸、碳酸氢钠、木糖醇和柠檬酸钠溶于相应重量份的水中,再加入冬虫夏草提取物和丹酚酸,待溶解完全后加入燕麦粉、黑米粉和玉米粉,搅拌均匀后加入聚酰胺粉末,并于60~75℃继续搅拌1~3h,待脱色完成后进行抽滤,收集滤液,即得饮料半成品;
S3:饮料半成品再经灭菌和灌装即得成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水为蒸馏水或无菌水的任意一种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种富含冬虫夏草提取物的粗粮饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述灭菌方式采用巴氏灭菌法,灭菌温度为50~60℃,灭菌时间为20~30min。
