Abstract
本发明涉及一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的组合物。检查了间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体对由于紫外线照射而变差的皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的作用。结果证实了其减少从皮肤蒸发的水分量并增加皮肤中所含有的水分量。此外,证实了其减小表皮厚度并降低皱纹相关蛋白质的表达量。因此,本发明的组合物改善由紫外线照射而引起的皮肤屏障的损伤,从而抑制皮肤水分损失或皱纹形成。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的组合物。
背景技术
皮肤作为经常接触外部环境的器官,主要起到保护人体远离外部的物理性伤害和化学物质,防止细菌、真菌、病毒等侵入到皮肤内,并防止水分损失的屏障作用。通过观察皮肤结构,可知其由表皮、真皮、皮下脂肪3个层构成,其中表皮作为3个层当中最薄的层,起到负责皮肤保湿和保护的重要作用。特别地,皮肤的弹性和柔润由表皮角质层中存在的水分来维持,并已知为了维持角质层的弹性,必须含有10%以上的水分(O.K.Jacobi,Proc.Sci.Sec.Toilet Goods Assoc.1959,31,22)。
最近,由于环境污染等原因,暴露在强紫外线中的情况变多,随着由此引发的皮肤水分损失的增加,皮肤老化加快,并且随着由皮肤损伤引起的相关疾病发病率的增加,对于能够维持暴露在紫外线下的皮肤的保湿力以及长时间保持改善皱纹效果的组合物的需求具有逐渐增加的趋势。
另外,乳酸菌是一种在人体内起到有益作用的细菌,作为一种通过发酵诸如碳水化合物等糖类来形成乳酸(乳酸)的细菌,迄今为止,已发现了400余种,其中市售可得的有18种。已知这些乳酸菌具有免疫增强作用,特别具有增强胃、肠道免疫的生理活性。最近,由于健康生活的潮流,已经形成了好的食物在擦拭时也会起到好的作用的社会氛围,因此开发出了多种对身体有利的化妆品,其中已报道了乳酸菌的培养液具有皮肤保湿、增加角质层更新速率、缓解皱纹等效果,但是,实际使用化妆品时其效果甚微的情况较多。
例如,韩国专利申请公开第1991-0019600号中公开了一种具有保湿和清除活性氧功能的用于化妆品的乳酸菌培养液的相关技术。韩国专利申请公开第2013-0096604号中公开了一种包含发芽谷物的发酵提取液作为主要成分的发酵化妆品及其制备方法的相关技术,公开了将通过发酵乳酸菌而形成的产物包含在化妆品材料中,或通过将发芽谷物等与特定属的乳酸菌一起发酵而获得的发酵液混合到化妆品材料中以及使用这些材料的技术。此外,已知韩国专利申请公开第2013-0115943号中公开了一种包含乳酸菌裂解上清液的用于抗炎、皮肤美白、和抗老化的组合物的相关技术。但是,在使用乳酸菌活菌时,即使是冷冻干燥的粉末形式也不仅具有吸湿等问题,还依然存在乳酸菌的稳定性等问题以及相关问题。为了解决这些问题,可生产出一种具有均一性能的产品,即本发明的有效成分,其为间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体,由于其可被冷冻干燥并可长期贮存,因此,是有利的。目前还没有间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体的皮肤保湿或改善皱纹效果的相关报道。
发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明是一项由如上所述的需求而引出的发明,发明人为了开发用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的组合物而进行了研究。结果证实了间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体抑制或减少了由于紫外线照射而引起的皮肤水分的损失,保护皮肤屏障的皮肤保湿效果优异,并证实了其抑制皱纹产生相关的蛋白质MMP-9的表达量。因此完成了本发明。
解决课题的方法
为了实现所述目的,本发明提供一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的健康功能食品。
此外,本发明提供一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物。
此外,本发明提供一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的药学组合物。
发明的效果
本发明涉及一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的组合物。本发明的组合物具有抑制或减少由于紫外线照射而引起的皮肤水分损失的皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的效果。并且,本发明的组合物可生产性能均一的产品,并具有可长期贮存的优点。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的健康功能食品。
所述乳酸菌优选为选自链球菌属(Streptococcus)、乳球菌属(Lactococcus)、肠球菌属(Enterococcus)、乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)、片球菌属(Pediococcus)、明串珠菌属(Leuconostoc)、魏斯氏菌属(Weissella)和双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)中的至少一种菌株,但不限于此,更优选为嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)。
此外,乳酸菌发酵步骤优选为在添加糖类酵母提取物、大豆蛋白胨和离子组分、以及其他生长因子之后将乳酸菌进行发酵的步骤,但不限于此。
所述乳酸菌的间歇灭菌法是一种将活菌乳酸菌灭活的方法,可使用任何已知的间歇灭菌方法,并可购买使用已上市销售的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体。优选间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体通过以下间歇灭菌法来制备:从发酵培养液中分离乳酸菌发酵菌体后,将乳酸菌发酵菌体在60-160℃的温度下加热10至60分钟,并迅速冷却到20-40℃或20℃进行灭活。
此外,所述间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体优选为冷冻干燥的粉末形式,但不限于此。
所述皮肤保湿是指抑制或减少由于紫外线照射而引起的皮肤水分损失,但不限于此。
本发明的健康功能食品可通过直接添加间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体而制备、或将其与其他食品或食品成分一起制备,并可根据常规方法适当地制备。作为所述可添加间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体的食品的实例,可以是选自焦糖、肉类、香肠、面包、巧克力、糖果类、点心类、饼干、比萨、拉面、其他面类、口香糖类、包含冰淇淋类的乳制品、各种汤、饮料、茶、饮品、酒精饮料以及维生素复合剂中的任意一种,并包含所有一般意义上的健康食品。即,所述食品种类不受特别的限制。
所述健康功能食品可包含各种营养素、维生素、矿物质(电解质)、合成的以及天然的风味剂、着色剂以及增强剂(奶酪、巧克力等)、果胶酸以及其盐、炔酸以及其盐、有机酸、保护性胶体增稠剂、pH调节剂、稳定剂、防腐剂、甘油、醇、用于碳酸饮料的碳酸化剂等。并且,可包含用于制造天然果汁以及蔬菜饮料的果肉。所述成分可单独使用或组合使用。
并且,本发明的健康功能食品可包含多种香味剂或天然糖类作为追加成分,所述天然糖类为诸如葡萄糖、果糖的单糖、诸如麦芽糖、蔗糖的二糖、以及诸如糊精、环糊精的多糖类、诸如木糖醇、山梨糖醇、赤藓糖醇的糖醇。虽然所述天然糖类的比例不是很重要,但相对于100g本发明的健康功能食品,优选包含0.01-0.04g,更优选包含0.02-0.03g,但不限于此。
作为甜味剂可使用诸如索马甜、甜菊提取物的天然甜味剂或诸如糖精、阿斯巴甜的合成甜味剂等。
本发明的健康功能食品除了所述间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体以外可追加包含公知的皮肤健康相关成分。追加包含有助于皮肤健康的原料可进一步增强本发明的健康食品的皮肤保湿或改善皱纹效果。当追加有助于皮肤健康的原料时,应考虑与组合使用相关的皮肤安全性、剂型化的便利性和有效成分的稳定性。
作为所述追加的皮肤保湿或改善皱纹成分可使用已知原料或个别地被韩国食品药品管理局认定为可作为健康功能食品原料的原料。
所述个别认定的原料优选松树皮提取物等的复合物、红参、蛇床子、山茱萸复合提取物、凹唇姜(Finger root)提取物粉末、N-乙酰葡糖胺、透明质酸、魔芋提取物、AP胶原蛋白酶解肽、芝草提取物粉末、蒲公英等的复合提取物、肽,但不限于此。
此外,本发明提供一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物。
所述乳酸菌优选为选自链球菌属、乳球菌属、肠球菌属、乳杆菌属、片球菌属、明串珠菌属、魏斯氏菌属和双歧杆菌属中的至少一种菌株,但不限于此,更优选为嗜酸乳杆菌。

本发明的化妆品组合物可以为溶液、凝胶、固体或浆状无水生成物、通过在水相中分散油相而获得的乳状液、悬浮液、微乳状液、微胶囊或离子脂质体、非离子型囊泡分散剂、霜剂、护肤水、润肤露、粉剂、霜剂、精华剂、喷雾剂或遮瑕棒的形式。并且,可制备成泡沫的形式或进一步包含压缩促进剂的气溶胶的形式。
此外,除了本发明的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体外,所述化妆品组合物可包含脂质、有机溶剂、增溶剂、增稠剂以及胶凝剂、软化剂、抗氧化剂、悬浮剂、稳定剂、发泡剂、芳香剂、表面活性剂、水、离子或非离子型乳化剂、填充剂、金属离子掩蔽剂和螯合剂、防腐剂、维生素、阻滞剂、保湿剂、精油、染料、颜料、亲水性或亲脂性活化剂和脂质囊泡或在化妆品领域中通常使用的辅助剂,如通常用于化妆品的任意其他成分。
在本发明的包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物中,基于化妆品组合物的总重量计,可含有0.01-15重量%、优选2-10重量%的本发明的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体。
除了所述间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体外,本发明的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物可追加包含公知的皮肤保湿或改善皱纹成分。追加包含有助于皮肤健康的原料可进一步增进本发明的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物的效果。当追加有助于皮肤健康的原料时,应考虑与组合使用相关的皮肤安全性、剂型化的便利性和有效成分的稳定性。
此外,本发明提供一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的药学组合物。

本发明的药学组合物为了进行给药,除了上述有效成分以外可追加包含1种以上的药学上可接受的载体来制备。药学上可接受的载体应当能够与本发明的有效成分兼容,可通过混合并使用盐水、无菌水、林格氏溶液、缓冲盐水、右旋糖溶液、麦芽糊精溶液、甘油、乙醇中的至少1种,并根据所需可追加抗氧化剂、缓冲剂、抑菌剂等其他常规添加剂。此外,通过追加稀释剂、分散剂、表面活性剂、粘合剂以及润滑剂而将组合物制成诸如水溶液、悬浮液、乳液等的注射用制剂。
此外,可制成多种剂型如散剂、锭剂、胶囊剂、液剂、注射剂、软膏剂等,并且,可以在单位-剂量或多-剂量容器,例如密封的安剖瓶和小瓶等中提供。
本发明的药学组合物可通过口服或非口服途径给药。本发明的药学组合物的给药途径可为:例如口腔、静脉内、肌肉内、动脉内、骨髓内、膈膜内、心脏内、经皮、皮下、腹腔内、肠管、舌下或局部给药,但不限于此。
为了这样的临床给药,可使用公知技术将本发明的药学组合物制成制剂。本领域技术人员可根据患者的体重、年龄、性别、健康状态、饮食、给药时间、方法、排泄率以及疾病的严重程度等容易地确定本发明的组合物的给药量。
下文中,将使用实施例对本发明进行更详细的说明。这些实施例仅用于更具体地说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围,这对于本领域技术人员应该是显而易见的。
[材料与方法]
间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体的制备:使用通过以下方法制备的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体:从发酵培养液中分离嗜酸乳杆菌乳酸菌发酵菌体后,将乳酸菌发酵菌体在120℃下加热30分钟,并急速冷却到20℃以下来进行灭活。
[实验动物与样品给药]
无毛小鼠:从中央实验动物公司购买7周龄的雄性无毛鼠(雄性HR-1,无毛小鼠,Japan SLC Inc.)并在经过1周的适应期后使用。在试验中使用通过在适应期间观察一般状态而被认定为处于健康状态的动物。饲育环境维持在温度23±3℃、湿度50±5%、明暗周期12小时(07:00-19:00/照明时间)。试验期间,每组7只实验动物,给小鼠饲喂小鼠专用饲料5L79(Charles river,USA)并自由进食,使小鼠饮用经紫外线消毒的自来水并自由饮水。
样品给药:实验分为3组:对照组、紫外线处理组(UV)和间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体给药组(Lactob)。样品给药通过小鼠探针进行口服给药。给药时间为总共12周,每周给药5天。
[紫外线照射]
对除了对照组以外的实验组进行持续12周、每周3次的紫外线照射。紫外线使用UVB灯(Mineralight UV Display lamp,UVP,USA)。紫外线照射量如下:1至7周之间为60mJ/cm2、8至12周之间为90mJ/cm2,总共12周。通过光测量仪(Delta OHM,意大利)测量紫外线照射量并调节照射时间。
[保湿效果的评价]
1)经皮水分损失量(TEWL)的评价
经皮水分蒸发量:在恒温、恒湿(23℃、相对湿度50%)条件下通过使用皮肤水份流失测试仪(Tewameter Courage&Khazaka,德国)根据面积和时间计算从皮肤蒸发的水分量,通过保湿电子传感器读取蒸发的水分量(g/m2/hr),并将其量化来测量皮肤的保湿力。
2)皮肤水分含量的测量
皮肤水分含量:在恒温、恒湿(23℃、相对湿度50%)条件下通过使用皮肤水分测试仪(Corneometer Courage&Khazaka,德国)测量皮肤中的水分含量。通过传感器测量皮肤表皮内存在的水分的离子化程度,通过将其量化并计算水分含量来测量皮肤的保湿力。
[皮肤的组织学观察]
在将无毛小鼠背部皮肤组织剔出并固定在10%的中性福尔马林溶液中之后,根据常规方法经过洗涤、脱水、透明化、渗透过程后,以石蜡进行包埋,并切成4μm厚的切片,之后实施组织染色(Hematoxylin&Eosin;H&E)。
[电泳与蛋白质印迹法]
使用20-30mg皮肤组织,添加提取蛋白质的溶液并进行粉碎,然后分离蛋白质并进行定量,将和对照组(肌动蛋白)相同量的蛋白质进行电泳并移至PVDF膜,然后与抗体进行反应来测量蛋白质的表达量。
[统计方法]
通过使用单因素方差分析以及t检验来分析本发明中获得的结果的对照组和实验组之间的显著性(p<0.05)。
实施例1.间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体处理组的保湿效果评价
1)经皮水分损失量(TEWL)分析
为了证实保湿效果而在各实验组的无毛小鼠的背部皮肤中实施经皮水分损失量分析。经皮水分损失量是从皮肤散发出的水分量,其数值越高表示皮肤保湿机能越低,表明皮肤固有的屏障功能受到损伤。经皮水分蒸发量的评价通过以下方法进行:在恒温、恒湿(23℃、相对湿度:50%)条件下通过使用皮肤水份流失测试仪(Tewameter Courage&Khazaka,德国)根据面积和时间计算从皮肤蒸发的水分量,通过水分电子传感器读取蒸发的水分量(g/m2/hr),并将其量化来测量皮肤的保湿力。其结果显示在图1中。如图1所示,可证实紫外线照射造成皮肤屏障功能受损,进而降低了皮肤保湿功能(p<0.0001),并证实了通过间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体(Lactob)处理组有效地防止了由于紫外线照射引发的皮肤水分水分损失(p<0.0001)。
2)皮肤水分含量测量
为了测量皮肤中所含有的水分量而在各实验组的无毛小鼠的背部皮肤中进行皮肤水分含量的分析。结果如图2中所示,证实了紫外线照射组相对于对照组皮肤水分含量下降(p<0.0001),间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体处理组相对于紫外线照射组显示出更高的水分含量。基于这样的结果,证实了间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体处理组具有皮肤保湿效果。
实施例2.基于表皮厚度变化的效能评价
通过测量表皮厚度变化而证实抑制皱纹的效能。表皮厚度通过以下方法测量:使用安装在显微镜中的尺子测量经H&E染色的组织的从角质层到表皮基底膜的厚度。根据图3中示出的结果,证实了在紫外线照射时表皮厚度增加,并证实了给予间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体的组表皮厚度降低。
实施例3.基于组织染色的效能评价(H&E染色)
为了证实抑制由紫外线引发的皱纹的效能,脱除无毛小鼠的皮肤组织后,通过组织染色进行证实。如图4中所示,证实了紫外线照射组相对于对照组,角质层和表皮厚度均增加,并了证实在紫外线照射组中,给予间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体的组相对于未给予间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体的紫外线照射组,角质层得到缓解,并且表皮厚度降低。
实施例4.MMP-9(基质金属肽酶9)蛋白质表达量的评价
测量已知对皱纹产生起到重要作用的MMP(基质金属肽酶9)蛋白质表达量。结果如图5中所示,证实了紫外线照射组(UV)相对于未照射试验组(Con),蛋白质表达量增加,而采用乳酸菌死菌体处理的试验组(Lactob)降低了由于紫外线引起的MMP-9蛋白质的表达量。通过所述结果可确定具有改善由于紫外线而产生的皱纹的效果。
制备例1.包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物的制备
1)柔性化妆水的制备
本发明的含有间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的柔性化妆水是由以下成分制备的:10.00重量份的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体、1.00重量份的1,3-丁二醇、0.05重量份的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、0.01重量份的尿囊素、0.05重量份的甘草酸二钾、0.01重量份的柠檬酸、0.02重量份的柠檬酸钠、1.00重量份的甘油醇-26、2.00重量份的熊果苷、1.00重量份的氢化蓖麻油、30.00重量份的乙醇、微量防腐剂、着色剂以及香料、以及余量的净化水。
2)滋养霜的制备
本发明的含有间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的滋养霜是由以下成分制备的:10.00重量份的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体、7.0重量份的1,3-丁二醇、1.0重量份的甘油、0.1重量份的D-泛醇、3.2重量份的植物提取物、0.3重量份的硅酸镁铝、1.2重量份的PEG-40硬脂酸酯、2.0重量份的硬脂酸、1.5重量份的聚山梨酯60、2.0重量份的亲脂性硬脂酸甘油酯、1.5重量份的脱水山梨醇倍半油酸酯、3.0重量份的鲸蜡硬脂醇、4.0重量份的矿物油、3.8重量份的角鲨烷、2.8重量份的辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、1.8重量份的植物油、0.4重量份的二甲硅油、微量甘草酸二钾、微量尿囊素、微量透明质酸钠、适量醋酸生育酚、适量三乙醇胺、适量防腐剂、适量香料以及余量的净化水。
3)精华液的制备
根据下述配比,在80±2℃的条件下称重并将间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体、净化水、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、透明质酸提取物、甘油混合来制备水相。并且,在80±2℃的条件下称重并将对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、卵磷脂和澳洲坚果油混合来制备油相。之后将所述油相添加到水相中,使两相互相混合来制备乳液形式的混合物,并在所述混合物中添加香料并冷却到35±2℃来制备包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体的精华液。
水相由以下成分制成:8.00重量份的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体、7.58重量份的净化水、0.15重量份的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、2.50重量份的透明质酸提取物、8.00重量份的甘油。
油相由以下成分制成:0.10重量份的对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、0.60重量份的卵磷脂、10.0重量份的澳洲坚果油;以及0.07重量份的作为添加剂的香料。
制备例2.包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的健康功能食品
1)面粉食品的制备
将0.5-5.0重量份的本发明的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体添加到面粉中,并使用该混合物来制备面包、蛋糕、曲奇、饼干以及面条。
2)乳制品的制备
将5-10重量份的本发明的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体添加到牛奶中,并使用所述牛奶来制备诸如奶酪以及冰淇淋等的多种乳制品。
3)禅食的制备
将糙米、大麦、大米、薏苡仁以公知的方法进行糊化并干燥,并对其进行焙烧后,以粉碎机制备成粒度为60目的粉末。
将黑豆、黑芝麻、紫苏子也以公知的方法进行干燥,并对其进行焙烧后,以粉碎机制备成粒度为60目的粉末。将本发明的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体在真空浓缩机中进行减压浓缩后,进行喷雾并采用热风干燥机干燥,将所得干燥物用粉碎机制成粒度为60目的干燥粉末。
将如上制备的谷物类、种子坚果类、以及间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体以下述比率进行调配:谷物类(30重量份的糙米、15重量份的薏苡仁、20重量份的大麦),种子坚果类(7重量份的紫苏子、8重量份的黑豆、7重量份的黑芝麻),间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体(3重量份),灵芝(0.5重量份),地黄(0.5重量份)。
4)巧克力的制备
以如下配比混合而制备包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体的巧克力:30.0重量份的可可豆,30.0重量份的全脂奶粉,41.85重量份的糖粉,0.45重量份的卵磷脂,0.1重量份的香料,0.6重量份的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体。
5)健康饮料的制备
将诸如液体果糖(0.5%)、低聚糖(2%)、糖(2%)、食盐(0.5%)、水(75%)的辅料和5g本发明的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体均匀地混合并瞬时灭菌之后,并将其以玻璃瓶、塑料瓶等小包装容器进行包装来制备。
6)蔬菜汁的制备
通过将5g本发明的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体添加到1000ml西红柿或胡萝卜汁中来制备蔬菜汁。
7)水果汁的制备
通过将1g本发明的间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体添加到1000ml苹果或葡萄汁中来制备水果汁。
Claims (14)
1.一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的健康功能食品。
2.权利要求1所述的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的健康功能食品,其特征在于:
所述乳酸菌为选自链球菌属、乳球菌属、肠球菌属、乳杆菌属、片球菌属、明串珠菌属、魏斯氏菌属和双歧杆菌属中的至少一种菌株。
3.权利要求1所述的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的健康功能食品,其特征在于:
所述间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体通过以下方法制备:从发酵培养液中分离乳酸菌发酵菌体后,将乳酸菌发酵菌体在60-160℃的温度下加热10至60分钟,并迅速冷却到20-40℃或20℃来进行灭活。
4.一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物。
5.权利要求4所述的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物,其特征在于:
所述乳酸菌为选自链球菌属、乳球菌属、肠球菌属、乳杆菌属、片球菌属、明串珠菌属、魏斯氏菌属和双歧杆菌属中的至少一种菌株。
6.权利要求4所述的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物,其特征在于:
基于化妆品组合物的总重量计,包含0.01-15重量%的所述间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体。
7.权利要求4所述的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物,其特征在于:
所述间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体通过以下方法制备:从发酵培养液中分离乳酸菌发酵菌体后,将乳酸菌发酵菌体在60-160℃的温度下加热10至60分钟,并迅速冷却到20-40℃或20℃来进行灭活。
8.权利要求4所述的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物,其特征在于:
所述间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体为冷冻干燥的粉末形式。
9.权利要求4所述的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物,其特征在于:
所述皮肤保湿是指抑制或减少由于紫外线照射而引起的皮肤水分损失。
10.权利要求4所述的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物,其特征在于:
所述化妆品组合物还包含选自脂质、有机溶剂、增溶剂、增稠剂以及胶凝剂、软化剂、抗氧化剂、悬浮剂、稳定剂、发泡剂、芳香剂、表面活性剂、水、离子型或非离子型乳化剂、填充剂、金属离子掩蔽剂和螯合剂、防腐剂、维生素、阻滞剂、保湿剂、精油、染料、颜料、亲水性或亲脂性活化剂和脂质囊泡中至少一种辅助剂。
11.权利要求4至10任一项所述的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的化妆品组合物,其特征在于:
所述化妆品组合物为选自溶液、凝胶、固体或浆状无水生成物、在水相中分散油相而获得的乳状液、悬浮液、微乳状液、微胶囊或离子脂质体、非离子型囊泡分散剂、霜剂、护肤水、润肤露、粉剂、霜剂、精华剂、喷雾剂或遮瑕棒中的任一种剂型。
12.一种包含间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体作为有效成分的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的药学组合物。
13.权利要求12所述的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的药学组合物,其特征在于:
所述乳酸菌为选自链球菌属、乳球菌属、肠球菌属、乳杆菌属、片球菌属、明串珠菌属、魏斯氏菌属和双歧杆菌属中的至少一种菌株。
14.权利要求12所述的用于皮肤保湿或改善皱纹的药学组合物,其特征在于:
所述间歇灭菌的乳酸菌死菌体通过以下方法制备:从发酵培养液中分离乳酸菌发酵菌体后,将乳酸菌发酵菌体在60-160℃的温度下加热10至60分钟,并迅速冷却到20-40℃或20℃来进行灭活。
