本发明涉及食品调味品,尤其是一种天然中草药营养调味品。
背景技术
人们除经常食用各种食品之外,还离不开各种调味品烹制食品。 中医认为,调味品在人们的饮食中起很大的作用,不仅口味作料,而 且有着药用价值。目前市场上常见的食品调味制品,尽管品种和口味 日益丰富,但大多忽略了其对人们保健的需求,调味品的营养价值和 药用功效未能充分发挥。
中医药学是一个伟大的宝库。历代医家对饮食营养极为关注,他 们从长期临床实践中总结出各种食物的性味、功用,许多饮食宜忌的 规律,用以指导人们在日常和患病时的摄食活动,并逐渐形成了中医 所特有的饮食疗法。中医在指导饮食活动时,运用特有的整体统一的 观点,在强调食品的营养成分分析的同时,十分注意食品的防病治病 的保健功效。调味品作为食品的重要组成部分,完全可以运用中医药 学理论和实践加以改造和创新,从而创造出更丰富更健康的调味新制 品。
发明内容
本发明为充分发掘我国中医中药宝库,克服现有烹调用调味品强 调口味缺乏保健的技术缺陷,经过多年药物筛选,提供一种既符合各 种人的饮食口味,同时又具有保健功能的调味品。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:它是由下列用量配比的天然中草药原料 制成的:芡实10~15,甘草8~10,山药15~20,西洋参1~2。
优选为:芡实10,甘草8,山药15,西洋参1。
本发明选用芡实、甘草、山药、西洋参四味中药组合,其中,
芡实为睡莲科植物芡的种仁,含多量淀粉,性味甘涩、平,具有 固肾涩精、补脾止泄作用;
甘草为豆科植物甘草的根或根状茎,性味甘平,具有和中缓急、 润肺、解毒、调和诸药作用;
山药为薯蓣科植物薯蓣的块茎,含皂苷、粘液质、胆碱、淀粉等, 性味甘、平,具有健脾、补肺、固肾、益精作用;
西洋参为五加科植物西洋参的根,含人参皂苷、挥发油、树脂等, 性味甘微苦、凉,具有益肺阴、清虚火、生津止渴作用;
选用上述四味中药组合后,各药物产生协同作用,使调味品 在满足口味基础上,同时具有良好的营养保健功效。
本发明调味品所产生的效果是:
1、适于各种肉类炖品如鸡、鸭、鸽、排骨等煮制使用,除具有 去腥、味香、色纯特点外,还具有增强肌体活力的保健功效;
2、选料方便,制作简单,成本低廉,易于规模化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本实施例是由下列用量配比的天然中草药原料制成的片材或颗粒: 芡实10g,甘草8g,山药15g,西洋参1g。
上述原料装入棉纱袋或过滤纸袋,使用时与重量1.5kg的肉类炖 品同时入锅炖煮1-2小时即可。
