本发明是一种竹木集成材及其制作方法。其工艺步骤依次分为:备料、平刨、竹片防霉处理、木片热处理、胶涂、胶拼、包装。优点:本发明制作的竹木集成材,既发挥竹材的良好的刚性,又克服大尺寸桉木易开裂、扭曲变形等问题,解决市场这种板材的缺失,丰富装饰板材及家具用材,符合再生或循环经济和绿色环保性的要求;提高了竹材和桉木的附加值,具有较好的经济利益和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料制作领域,具体是一种竹木集成材板的制作方法。
背景技术
现有技术一般是用木材作为家具与室内装饰艺术材料基材,由于所用的原材料是木材,而木材资源在我国是十分紧缺的,因此大大影响了我国家具与室内装饰艺术材料业的发展。而我国竹材资源丰富,竹子生长周期短,造林一次成功且成材时间短,仅需5-8年;桉树为速生材。开发新型竹木集成材,解决家具与室内艺术原材料的危机,既发挥竹材的良好的刚性,又克服大尺寸桉木易开裂、扭曲变形等问题,解决市场这种板材的缺失,丰富装饰板材及家具用材,符合再生或循环经济和绿色环保性的要求;提高了竹材和桉木的附加值,具有较好的经济利益和社会效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种竹木集成材板的制作方法以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种竹木集成材板的制作方法,包含以下步骤:
A、备料:毛竹开片,长1000-2500mm,宽5-30mm,厚3-14mm;将速生桉木加成工木片,木片厚3-14mm,长1000-2500mm,宽5-30mm;
B、平刨:平刨竹、木片四面;
C、竹片防霉处理:竹片泡在煮白池并加入浓度1%~5%的H2O2一起煮3~10h,煮的水温75-95℃;再对竹片进行干燥,干燥后含水率要为6%-10%,颜色为米白色,竹片干燥时的温度为60-75℃,干燥;
D、木片热处理:用20-50目砂覆盖住木片,覆好砂的木片放置干燥箱中,温度控制在110-160℃,时间10-30min,热处理后的木片含水率在6%-10%,颜色为咖啡色;
E、胶涂:采用低甲醛脲醛树脂胶粘剂,竹、木片施胶量在180-200g/m2,陈化。
F、胶拼:竹片与木片径面拼胶合成一定规格尺寸的单板;单板再弦面错位胶拼成板方材,胶拼温度为80-130℃、正向压力为1.0-3MPa,侧向压力为0.5-4.0MPa;时间为5-30min。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述步骤C中的干燥时间为70~85h。
作为本发明的更进一步技术方案:所述步骤F中的陈化时间为10-15min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制作的竹木集成材解决家具与室内艺术原材料的危机,既发挥竹材的良好的刚性,又克服大尺寸桉木易开裂、扭曲变形等问题,解决市场这种板材的缺失,丰富装饰板材及家具用材,符合再生或循环经济和绿色环保性的要求;提高了竹材和桉木的附加值,具有较好的经济利益和社会效益。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1-2,本发明实施例中,一种竹木集成材板的制作方法,包含以下步骤:
A、备料:毛竹开片,长1000-2500mm,宽5-30mm,厚3-14mm;将速生桉木加成工木片,木片厚3-14mm,长1000-2500mm,宽5-30mm;
B、平刨:平刨竹、木片四面;
C、竹片防霉处理:竹片泡在煮白池并加入浓度1%~5%的H2O2一起煮3~10h,煮的水温75-95℃;再对竹片进行干燥,干燥后含水率要为6%-10%,颜色为米白色,竹片干燥时的温度为60-75℃,干燥;
D、木片热处理:用20-50目砂覆盖住木片,覆好砂的木片放置干燥箱中,温度控制在110-160℃,时间10-30min,热处理后的木片含水率在6%-10%,颜色为咖啡色;

F、胶拼:竹片与木片径面拼胶合成一定规格尺寸的单板(图1);单板再弦面错位胶拼成板方材(图2),胶拼温度为80-130℃、正向压力为1.0-3MPa,侧向压力为0.5-4.0MPa;时间为5-30min。
步骤C中的干燥时间为70~85h。步骤F中的陈化时间为10-15min。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明制作的竹木集成材解决家具与室内艺术原材料的危机,既发挥竹材的良好的刚性,又克服大尺寸桉木易开裂、扭曲变形等问题,解决市场这种板材的缺失,丰富装饰板材及家具用材,符合再生或循环经济和绿色环保性的要求;提高了竹材和桉木的附加值,具有较好的经济利益和社会效益。

Claims (3)

1.一种竹木集成材板的制作方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
A、备料:毛竹开片,长1000-2500mm,宽5-30mm,厚3-14mm;将速生桉木加成工木片,木片厚3-14mm,长1000-2500mm,宽5-30mm;
B、平刨:平刨竹、木片四面;
C、竹片防霉处理:竹片泡在煮白池并加入浓度1%~5%的H2O2一起煮3~10h,煮的水温75-95℃;再对竹片进行干燥,干燥后含水率要为6%-10%,颜色为米白色,竹片干燥时的温度为60-75℃,干燥;
D、木片热处理:用20-50目砂覆盖住木片,覆好砂的木片放置干燥箱中,温度控制在110-160℃,时间10-30min,热处理后的木片含水率在6%-10%,颜色为咖啡色;
