背景技术
现有技术一般是木材作为吸音材料,由于所用的原材料在我国是十分紧缺的,因此大大影响了我国吸音材料的发展。而我国竹材资源丰富,生长周期短,造林一次成功且成材时间短。开发一种新型竹板丝吸音装饰板材,解决吸音材料的危机,不仅有利于我国吸音材料的进一步的发展,提高竹材、竹材枝丫材、小径材、竹材加工剩余物等的利用价值,促进边远山区经济的发展;同时还能够保护森林及生态环境,具有良好的经济、社会和生态效益。

本发明的目的在于提供一种竹板丝吸音装饰板材及其制作方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种竹板丝吸音装饰板材,包括板材本体,所述板材本体由从上到下依次设置的薄竖胶单板、横胶单板、第一防火吸音板、细丝板和第二防火吸音板胶拼而成;所述的竹板丝吸音装饰板材的制作方法,按照以下步骤进行:
A、备料:毛竹开条,长900-2400mm,宽5-24mm,厚3-14mm;竹材加工剩余物料用于原材料制细丝,细丝规格宽度为0.3-0.8mm,厚为0.2-0.5mm;
B、平整:刨平竹条四面;
C、褐色处理:竹条和细丝放置褐色处理容器,温度为90-110℃,蒸汽压力为0.35-0.90MPa,时间为3.5-5.5h;
D、表面爆破:对竹条和细丝进行爆破,微波功率为8-18KW,时间为2-8min;
E、除湿:竹条和细丝干燥时的温度为60-80℃,干燥50-65h;
F、胶涂:采用低甲醛脲醛树脂胶粘剂,竹条和细丝施胶量分别为180-220g/m2和8-12%,陈化5-15min;
G、竖胶单板:竹条宽弦面合成一定规格尺寸竖胶单板;胶拼温度为90-120℃,正压力为1.1-1.8MPa,侧压力为1.5-3.0Mpa,时间为2-5min;竖胶单板用多片锯切成厚度为3-5mm薄竖胶单板;
H、横胶单板:竹条径面拼成横胶单板,胶拼温度为90-120℃,正压力为1.5-2.5MPa,侧压力为0.8-3.0Mpa,时间为3-6min;
I、细丝板:采用平压法热压而成,热压温度为80-110℃,热压压力为1.0-2.5Mpa、热压时间为30s/mm;产品密度范围为0.20-0.40g/cm2,厚度为5-10mm;
J、合拼:薄竖胶单板与横胶单板错纹铺装,再铺第一防火吸音板、细丝板和第二防火吸音板,胶拼温度为80-130℃,正压力为1.1-2.5MPa,侧压力为0.8-3.0Mpa,时间为5-15min;
K、开孔:钻直径约6-10mm的通孔,通孔间距20-30mm,孔壁因密布竹材维管束管腔细丝间隙和胶层缝隙,大大提高吸音效果;
L、砂光:对开好孔的吸音板面板坯用砂光机砂光,使其表面光洁,厚度均匀;
M、上漆:吸音板面板辊涂上聚氨酯清漆,以增强外观装饰;
N、锯边或开料:根据所需的竹板丝吸音装饰板材规格、形状进行开料,以便后续加工利用;
O、检验、分等和修补与包装:应对板材进行检验、分等和修补,然后再按等级包装入库。

上述竹板丝吸音装饰板材的制作方法,按照以下步骤进行:
A、备料:毛竹开条,长900-2400mm,宽5-24mm,厚3-14mm;竹材加工剩余物料用于原材料制细丝,规格宽度为0.3-0.8mm,厚0.2-0.5mm;
B、平整:刨平竹条四面;
C、褐色处理:竹条和细丝放置褐色处理容器,温度为90-110℃,蒸汽压力为0.35-0.90MPa,时间为3.5-5.5h;
D、表面爆破:对竹条和细丝进行爆破,微波功率为8-18KW,时间为2-8min;
E、除湿:竹条和细丝干燥时的温度为60-80℃,干燥50-65h;
F、胶涂:采用低甲醛脲醛树脂胶粘剂,竹条和细丝施胶量分别为180-220g/m2和8-12%,陈化5-15min;

J、合拼:薄竖胶单板与横胶单板错纹铺装,再铺第一防火吸音板、细丝板和第二防火吸音板,胶拼温度为80-130℃,正压力为1.1-2.5MPa,侧压力为0.8-3.0Mpa,时间为5-15min;
K、开孔:钻直径6-10mm的通孔,通孔间距20-30mm,孔壁因密布竹材维管束管腔细丝间隙和胶层缝隙,大大提高吸音效果;
L、砂光:对开好孔的吸音板面板坯用砂光机砂光,使其表面光洁,厚度均匀;
M、上漆:吸音板面板辊涂上聚氨酯清漆,以增强外观装饰;
N、锯边或开料:根据所需的竹板丝吸音装饰板材规格、形状进行开料,以便后续加工利用;
O、检验、分等和修补与包装:应对板材进行检验、分等和修补,然后再按等级包装入库。
