Abstract
本发明属于蜂窝纸板加工设备技术领域,涉及一种蜂窝纸板带锯式横切机,包括横切机架,横切机架的顶面平行设置两条直线导轨,带锯框架通过四个滑座滑动设置于直线导轨上,每个滑座均转动设置一个同步轮,皮带张紧设置于四个同步轮上,皮带上固定有带锯条,其中一个同步轮由带锯动力电机驱动,带锯动力电机随带锯框架在直线导轨上同步移动,所述横切机架的底板上安装伺服电机,带锯框架伸入横切机架顶板底面部分连接滚珠丝杆,滚珠丝杆由伺服电机驱动。该横切机缩短了切板时间,具有足够的时间跟踪纸板切断和回位。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于蜂窝纸板生产线技术领域,涉及一种蜂窝纸板带锯式横切机。
背景技术
蜂窝纸板在下线时必须要切到所设定的尺寸而下线,这个机组叫蜂窝纸板横切机。以前所有蜂窝纸板横切机都是采用由高速转动的圆盘锯片从一头运动到另一头来完成切板动作。而这个动作一般需要1-3秒时间。这个时间刚好在纸板速度30m/min以下时能完成横切纸板的动作。一旦蜂窝纸板生产速度超过30m/min时,这种来回式圆盘锯片横切方式就来不及跟踪和回位,也就是实现不了这个切板动作。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种蜂窝纸板带锯式横切机,该横切机缩短了切板时间,具有足够的时间跟踪纸板切断和回位。
按照本发明的技术方案:一种蜂窝纸板带锯式横切机,包括横切机架,其特征在于:横切机架的顶面平行设置两条直线导轨,带锯框架通过四个滑座滑动设置于直线导轨上,每个滑座均转动设置一个同步轮,皮带张紧设置于四个同步轮上,皮带上固定有带锯条,其中一个同步轮由带锯动力电机驱动,带锯动力电机随带锯框架在直线导轨上同步移动,所述横切机架的底板上安装伺服电机,带锯框架伸入横切机架顶板底面部分连接滚珠丝杆,滚珠丝杆由伺服电机驱动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述横切机架的侧部设有导轮,皮带张紧设置于同步轮及导轮上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述带锯条上方设置压板气缸,工作时,对蜂窝纸板进行切割时,压板气缸将蜂窝纸板下压,以便于带锯条进行切割。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明产品结构简单、合理,采用了水平方向旋转的带锯和蜂窝纸板上下接触来完成快速切断纸板,为同步跟踪切断纸板节省时间,从而使切好纸板后能快速回位,达到了纸板生产速度超过30m/min,甚至到60m/min时,顺利完成切板动作并回到原位处于等待切板状态,这就从根本上解决了以往圆盘锯横切纸板,当达到一定速度而出现跟踪来不及导致无法切板的一大问题,开启了蜂窝纸板生产速度在30-60m/min时,能顺利跟踪切板的蜂窝纸板新时代。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
图1、2中,包括蜂窝纸板1、压板气缸2、带锯框架3、带锯条4、滑座5、直线导轨6、带锯动力电机7、滚珠丝杆8、伺服电机9、横切机架10、同步轮11、导轮12等。
如图1、2所示,本发明是一种蜂窝纸板带锯式横切机,包括横切机架10,横切机架10的顶面平行设置两条直线导轨6,带锯框架3通过四个滑座5滑动设置于直线导轨6上,每个滑座5均转动设置一个同步轮11,皮带张紧设置于四个同步轮11上,皮带上固定有带锯条4,其中一个同步轮11由带锯动力电机7驱动,带锯动力电机7随带锯框架3在直线导轨6上同步移动,所述横切机架10的底板上安装伺服电机9,带锯框架3伸入横切机架10顶板底面部分连接滚珠丝杆8,滚珠丝杆8由伺服电机9驱动。
横切机架10的侧部设有导轮12,皮带张紧设置于同步轮11及导轮12上。
带锯条4上方设置压板气缸2,工作时,对蜂窝纸板1进行切割时,压板气缸2将蜂窝纸板1下压,以便于带锯条4进行切割。本发明中的同步轮11也可以为圆形轮。
本发明的工作过程如下:在切板时,伺服电机9通过滚珠丝杆8带动带锯框架3移动,带锯框架3与纸板运行速度相同,实现跟踪切断纸板,当纸板一经被切断,带锯框架3通过伺服电机9和滚珠丝杆8迅速拉回原位,等待下一次切板动作。这就达到了高速生产蜂窝纸板时能完成快速切板的目的,并且切口光滑平整。

1.一种蜂窝纸板带锯式横切机,包括横切机架(10),其特征在于:横切机架(10)的顶面平行设置两条直线导轨(6),带锯框架(3)通过四个滑座(5)滑动设置于直线导轨(6)上,每个滑座(5)均转动设置一个同步轮(11),皮带张紧设置于四个同步轮(11)上,皮带上固定有带锯条(4),其中一个同步轮(11)由带锯动力电机(7)驱动,带锯动力电机(7)随带锯框架(3)在直线导轨(6)上同步移动,所述横切机架(10)的底板上安装伺服电机(9),带锯框架(3)伸入横切机架(10)顶板底面部分连接滚珠丝杆(8),滚珠丝杆(8)由伺服电机(9)驱动。
2.如权利要求1所述的蜂窝纸板带锯式横切机,其特征在于:所述横切机架(10)的侧部设有导轮(12),皮带张紧设置于同步轮(11)及导轮(12)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的蜂窝纸板带锯式横切机,其特征在于:所述带锯条(4)上方设置压板气缸(2),工作时,对蜂窝纸板(1)进行切割时,压板气缸(2)将蜂窝纸板(1)下压,以便于带锯条(4)进行切割。
