本发明涉及一种除草剂,尤其涉及一种中草药杀菌型除草剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着科学的进步,农业等领域也在快速进步,人们对除草剂的需求也越来越多,而杂草对农作物的生长及产量有很大的影响,市面上的除草剂毒性较强,长期使用会导致杂草产生抗药性,同时会造成周边的生态环境被破坏,如果除草剂清洗不彻底会给人类的身体健康带来很大的伤害。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种中草药杀菌型除草剂及其制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种中草药杀菌型除草剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:防风5~15份,五味子3~13份,五加皮2~14份,断肠草3~17份,天麻1~9份,黄芪4~16份,花椒2~10份,接骨木5~25份,乙酸1~7份,乙二醇5~25份,异丙隆7~21份,无水碳酸钾6~18份,表面活性剂2~12份。
上述的一种中草药杀菌型除草剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:防风5~12份,五味子3~11份,五加皮2~12份,断肠草3~15份,天麻1~7份,黄芪4~14份,花椒2~8份,接骨木5~20份,乙酸1~5份,乙二醇5~20份,异丙隆7~19份,无水碳酸钾6~15份,表面活性剂2~10份。
上述的一种中草药杀菌型除草剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:防风10份,五味子8份,五加皮8份,断肠草10份,天麻5份,黄芪10份,花椒6份,接骨木15份,乙酸4份,乙二醇15份,异丙隆14份,无水碳酸钾12份,表面活性剂7份。
上述的一种中草药杀菌型除草剂的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)称取权利要求3中物料的重量份数,将防风,五味子,五加皮,断肠草,天麻,黄芪,花椒,接骨木,异丙隆和无水碳酸钾放入搅拌装置内部搅拌,搅拌时间为90min,得到混料A;
(2)将混料A放入坩埚炉中加水进行加热处理,在加热的同时添加表面活性剂、乙酸和乙二醇,加热时间为50min,加热完成后对其进行过滤和浓缩处理,冷却2h得到成品。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有除草效果好和环保性能优越的优点,可以有效的去除农作物中的杂草,达到较好的除草效果。

(1)称取权利要求3中物料的重量份数,将防风,五味子,五加皮,断肠草,天麻,黄芪,花椒,接骨木,异丙隆和无水碳酸钾放入搅拌装置内部搅拌,搅拌时间为90min,得到混料A;
(2)将混料A放入坩埚炉中加水进行加热处理,在加热的同时添加表面活性剂、乙酸和乙二醇,加热时间为50min,加热完成后对其进行过滤和浓缩处理,冷却2h得到成品。
