本发明公开了一种农林专用中草药抗菌除草剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:厚朴10~30份,使君子6~36份,皂角刺2~20份,天麻3~31份,姜黄10~30份,大蒜6~18份,牵牛子3~21份,氯苯氨灵5~15份,硝基苯3~13份,白三叶6~18份,丁草胺8~26份,乙酸1~9份,表面活性剂5~15份,稳定剂2~12份。本发明具有除草效果好、便于清洗和环保等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种农林专用中草药抗菌除草剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,农业种植中,往往需要用到除草剂对农作物进行清理,杂草因其生长快速,很容易对农作物造成影响,而现有的除草剂在使用过程中往往存在除草效率低下等缺点,而且不能够很方便的清除农作物表面的残留药液,且长期使用会使杂草对其产生耐药性,不能够方便农民的使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种农林专用中草药抗菌除草剂及其制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种农林专用中草药抗菌除草剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:厚朴10~30份,使君子6~36份,皂角刺2~20份,天麻3~31份,姜黄10~30份,大蒜6~18份,牵牛子3~21份,氯苯氨灵5~15份,硝基苯3~13份,白三叶6~18份,丁草胺8~26份,乙酸1~9份,表面活性剂5~15份,稳定剂2~12份。
上述的一种农林用专用中草药抗菌除草剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:厚朴10~25份,使君子6~30份,皂角刺2~18份,天麻3~25份,姜黄10~25份,大蒜6~16份,牵牛子3~19份,氯苯氨灵5~12份,硝基苯3~10份,白三叶6~14份,丁草胺8~22份,乙酸1~7份,表面活性剂5~13份,稳定剂2~10份。
上述的一种农林用专用中草药抗菌除草剂,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:厚朴20份,使君子21份,皂角刺11份,天麻17份,姜黄20份,大蒜12份,牵牛子12份,氯苯氨灵10份,硝基苯8份,白三叶12份,丁草胺17份,乙酸5份,表面活性剂10份,稳定剂7份。
上述的一种农林专用中草药抗菌除草剂的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
(1)称取权利要求3中的物料组成份数,将厚朴,使君子,皂角刺,天麻,姜黄,大蒜,牵牛子,氯苯氨灵,硝基苯,白三叶和丁草胺放入搅拌装置内部搅拌,搅拌时间为120min,得到混料A;
(2)将混料A放入坩埚炉中加水进行加热处理,加热温度为220℃,在加热的同时添加乙酸、表面活性剂和稳定剂,加热时间为50min,加热完成后对其进行过滤和浓缩处理,冷却至室温得到成品。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有除草效果好、便于清洗和环保等优点,不会出现残留的除草剂难以清除的问题,且有效的保护了农作物,提高了农作物的产量。
