一种植物杀虫剂,其特征在于由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素10‑15份、香茅10‑15份、黄杜鹃10‑15份、柠檬10‑15份、苦楝树皮15‑20份、双氧水10‑15份、花椒水5‑10份、十六酸异丙酯0.01‑0.02份、聚甘油‑3蓖麻醇酸酯0.001‑0.01份、甘氨酸5‑10份、大蒜5‑10份。本发明的植物杀虫剂,驱虫农药驱虫范围广,且毒性不够对人和环境造成伤害,不会留下农药残留,是一种无污染的环保型农药。且制作过程简单,成本低廉,适合大规模推广。

Description

植物杀虫剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及农药制造领域,尤其是涉及一种植物杀虫剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
千百年来,人们采用了多种方法来保护自己的作物免受病、虫及其它有害生物的侵害,其中,使用农药是最为有效的方法之一。早期的农药大多来自植物,中国农业出版社出版的《中国土农药志》就详细记载了86个科中的220种植物具有农用活性。20世纪40年代后,化学合成农药因高效、速效、杀虫谱广等特点而倍受青睐,这使植物源农药的研究和使用一度陷入低谷。然而,随着化学农药的使用,其弊端也逐渐显露出来,例如三“R”问题(残留、抗药性、害物的再猖獗)。植物源农药因其高效、低毒、低残留、选择性高、害物不易产生抗药性等特点而再次引起人们的关注,成为当前农药研究的热点。
虫害是农民十分关注的问题,,但现有技术的杀虫剂多为化学农药,其药效低,残毒期长,严重影响作物生长环境和人畜健康,农药是一类特殊的化学品,它既能防治农林病虫害,也会对人畜产生危害,因此,农药的使用,给人类赖以生存的环境带来危害。几十年来,国内的同类杀虫剂产品只是沿袭使用外国杀虫剂及技术或是仿冒国外产品而生产高毒性的杀虫剂。这些杀虫剂的致命缺点是:气味浓烈难闻,且容易危及人畜安全,严重影响包括水资源在内的环境卫生和安
全。生产现有技术的杀虫剂所需原料品种较多,生产成本较高,导致杀虫剂生产企业的经济效益较差,用户使用杀虫剂的成本较高。
因此,有必要发明一种对环境无污染的杀虫剂,来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种植物杀虫剂,它对环境无污染,对土壤不会产生危害,不会使细菌、病毒产生抗药性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种植物杀虫剂,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素10-15份、香茅10-15份、黄杜鹃10-15份、柠檬10-15份、苦楝树皮15-20份、双氧水10-15份、花椒水5-10份、十六酸异丙酯0.01-0.02份、聚甘油-3蓖麻醇酸酯0.001-0.01份、甘氨酸5-10份、大蒜5-10份。
作为优选,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素12份、香茅13份、黄杜鹃12份、柠檬14份、苦楝树皮18份、双氧水11份、花椒水6份、十六酸异丙酯0.015份、聚甘油-3蓖麻醇酸酯0.007份、甘氨酸8份、大蒜6份。
作为优选,所述花椒水是将青花椒在15wt%食盐水中浸泡1-2h,过滤掉滤渣后制得的溶液。
作为优选,所述青花椒和水的质量比为1:30-35。
上述一种植物杀虫剂的制备方法为:
(1)将香茅、黄杜鹃、柠檬、苦楝树皮进行晒干;
(2)将步骤1中晒干的香茅、黄杜鹃、柠檬、苦楝树皮切块,并放入打粉机内进行打粉;
(3)将上述打碎的中药成分放入反应釜中,加入总重量3-5倍的水混合搅拌均匀,设置反应釜的温度为110-115℃,搅拌转速为240-280r/min,保温搅拌40-60min,然后将温度降至96-98℃,得到改良型植物混合物;
(4)在步骤3中的改良型植物混合物中加入大蒜、花椒水、茶皂素,加热至50-60℃并搅拌,静置24小时;
(5)将步骤4中的混合物浓缩至原体积的30-40%,再置于110-120℃下灭菌20-30min,之后接通冷冻循环水,将液体饲料温度降至12-18℃,再向混合物中倒入双氧水、甘氨酸,在无菌条件下灌入饲料桶内,密封严实,得到所需成品。
本发明一种植物杀虫剂,可按1-2%剂量与水混合,在农田中喷洒,剂量为10-15kg/亩。
本发明以多种植物性提取物为主要原料,能够有效杀死各种有害细菌、病毒及虫害,同时对环境完全无污染,少量的十六酸异丙酯、聚甘油-3蓖麻醇酸酯混合后,能与苦楝树皮、香茅等物质结合,起到一定的抑菌杀菌作用。制作过程简单,原料廉价,适合大规模生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1:
一种植物杀虫剂,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素12份、香茅13
份、黄杜鹃12份、柠檬14份、苦楝树皮18份、双氧水11份、花椒水6份、十六酸异丙酯0.015份、聚甘油-3蓖麻醇酸酯0.007份、甘氨酸8份、大蒜6份。
制备方法为:
(1)将香茅、黄杜鹃、柠檬、苦楝树皮进行晒干;
(2)将步骤1中晒干的香茅、黄杜鹃、柠檬、苦楝树皮切块,并放入打粉机内进行打粉;
(3)将上述打碎的中药成分放入反应釜中,加入总重量3-5倍的水混合搅拌均匀,设置反应釜的温度为110-115℃,搅拌转速为240-280r/min,保温搅拌40-60min,然后将温度降至96-98℃,得到改良型植物混合物;
(4)在步骤3中的改良型植物混合物中加入大蒜、花椒水、茶皂素,加热至50-60℃并搅拌,静置24小时;

实施例2:

份、黄杜鹃11份、柠檬13份、苦楝树皮19份、双氧水12份、花椒水7份、甘氨酸6份、大蒜7份。
制备方法为:
(1)将香茅、黄杜鹃、柠檬、苦楝树皮进行晒干;
(2)将步骤1中晒干的香茅、黄杜鹃、柠檬、苦楝树皮切块,并放入打粉机内进行打粉;
(3)将上述打碎的中药成分放入反应釜中,加入总重量3-5倍的水混合搅拌均匀,设置反应釜的温度为110-115℃,搅拌转速为240-280r/min,保温搅拌40-60min,然后将温度降至96-98℃,得到改良型植物混合物;
(4)在步骤3中的改良型植物混合物中加入大蒜、花椒水、茶皂素,加热至50-60℃并搅拌,静置24小时;
(5)将步骤4中的混合物浓缩至原体积的30-40%,再置于110-120℃下灭菌20-30min,之后接通冷冻循环水,将液体饲料温度降至12-18℃,再向混合物中倒入双氧水、甘氨酸,在无菌条件下灌入饲料桶内,密封严实,得到所需成品。

Claims (8)

1.一种植物杀虫剂,其特征在于由以下原料及其重量份数组成:茶皂素10-15份、香茅10-15份、黄杜鹃10-15份、柠檬10-15份、苦楝树皮15-20份、双氧水10-15份、花椒水5-10份、十六酸异丙酯0.01-0.02份、聚甘油-3蓖麻醇酸酯0.001-0.01份、甘氨酸5-10份、大蒜5-10份。
2.一种植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具有如下步骤:
1)将香茅、黄杜鹃、柠檬、苦楝树皮进行晒干;
2)将步骤1)中晒干的香茅、黄杜鹃、柠檬、苦楝树皮切块,并放入打粉机内进行打粉;
3)将上述打碎的中药成分放入反应釜中,加入水混合搅拌均匀,处理反应后得到改良型植物混合物;
4)在步骤3)中的改良型植物混合物中加入大蒜、花椒水、茶皂素,加热、搅拌,静置;
5)将步骤4)中的混合物浓缩、灭菌、降温,再向混合物中倒入双氧水、甘氨酸,在无菌条件下灌入饲料桶内,密封严实,得到所需成品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中,加入总重量3-5倍的水混合搅拌均匀,设置反应釜的温度为110-115℃,搅拌转速为240-280r/min,保温搅拌40-60min,然后将温度降至96-98℃,得到改良型植物混合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)中,花椒水是将青花椒在15wt%食盐水中浸泡1-2h,过滤掉滤渣后制得的溶液。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)中,所述青花椒和水的质量比为1:30-35。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)中,加热至50-60℃并搅拌,静置24小时。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5)中,混合物浓缩至原体积的30-40%,再置于110-120℃下灭菌20-30min,之后接通冷冻循环水,将液体饲料温度降至12-18℃。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种植物杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,可按1-2%剂量与水混合,在农田中喷洒,剂量为10-15kg/亩。
