Abstract
本发明提出了一种新型滑石瓷及其制备方法,所述滑石瓷包括以下百分含量组分制成:粘土14.5‑16.8%、长石12‑17%、硅酸盐2‑7%、复合添加剂1‑5%、海泡石余量,所述新型滑石瓷制备步骤包括原料粉碎—配料—榨泥—陈腐—真空练泥—注浆成型—脱模烧结—小试—中试—投产,本发明以海泡石代替滑石,通过合理的配方组分改进和工艺参数设置,制得的新型滑石瓷具有优异的热稳定性和力学性能,制备工艺简单,加工塑性优良,且烧结温度较低,有效降低了生产成本,满足市场需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及滑石瓷制备技术领域,具体涉及一种新型滑石瓷及其制备方法。
背景技术
滑石瓷是以滑石作为主体的镁质瓷,其特点为高白度和高透明度,适合做高档日用茶具、餐具和陈设瓷。它多装饰白色和各种淡色纹饰图案,十分高雅,是独具一格的产品。目前,滑石瓷的市场较大,但近几年因滑石价格不断上涨,滑石瓷的市场需求逐年下降。因此,急需寻找一个可有效代替滑石成分的新型滑石瓷泥,另外,现有的滑石瓷烧结温度较高,内应力较大,整体的力学性能较差,极易出现开裂、裂纹的问题,造成瓷器损坏,严重影响了滑石瓷的实际应用。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种新型滑石瓷及其制备方法,以海泡石代替滑石,通过合理的配方组分改进和工艺参数设置,制得的新型滑石瓷具有优异的热稳定性和力学性能,制备工艺简单,加工塑性优良,且烧结温度较低,有效降低了生产成本,满足市场需求。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种新型滑石瓷,包括以下百分含量组分制成:粘土14.5-16.8%、长石12-17%、硅酸盐2-7%、复合添加剂1-5%、海泡石余量,所述新型滑石瓷制备步骤包括原料粉碎—配料—榨泥—陈腐—真空练泥—注浆成型—脱模烧结—小试—中试—投产。
优选的,所述粘土为高岭土或膨润土或两者的组合物。
优选的,所述硅酸盐为质量比1:2:2的硅酸钠、硅酸镁、硅酸锆的组合物。
优选的,所述复合添加剂为质量比2:1:1的三聚磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、柠檬酸钠的组合物。
优选的,制备步骤中原料粉碎具体为粘土、长石、海泡石先分别干燥至含水量为4-6%、3-4%和≤2%,然后再分别研磨破碎至粒径为10-20μm。
优选的,制备步骤中配料包括原料预处理和按重量百分比进行原料混合,所述原料预处理为依次进行的淘洗、磁选和筛料三个操作。
优选的,制备步骤中注浆成型采用的泥浆含水量为32-33%,注浆压力为0.18-0.2MPa。
优选的,制备步骤中脱模烧结温度为1240-1260℃,烧结时间为8-9h。
由于采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明以海泡石代替滑石,有效降低工艺原料的投入成本,通过合理的配方组分改进和工艺参数设置,制得的新型滑石瓷具有优异的热稳定性和力学性能,且制备工艺简单,加工塑性优良,烧结温度较低,有效降低了生产能耗,相较于传统的生产工艺成本降低了30%以上,提高了生产效益,满足市场需求。
本发明制得的新型滑石瓷在200℃投入20℃水中热交换一次不裂,抗压强度为3850kg/cm2,抗冲击强度大于2.86cm·kg/cm2,抗折强度为1430kg/cm2,白度大于92.5%(以上数据均为本发明实施例检测的平均值)。

实施例1:
一种新型滑石瓷,包括以下百分含量组分制成:粘土15.2%、长石15%、硅酸盐3%、复合添加剂4%、海泡石余量,所述新型滑石瓷制备步骤包括原料粉碎—配料—榨泥—陈腐—真空练泥—注浆成型—脱模烧结—小试—中试—投产,其中,粘土为高岭土或膨润土或两者的组合物,注浆成型采用的泥浆含水量为32-33%,注浆压力为0.19MPa,脱模烧结温度为1240℃,烧结时间为8h。
实施例2:
一种新型滑石瓷,包括以下百分含量组分制成:粘土15.5%、长石12%、硅酸盐2%、复合添加剂2%、海泡石余量,所述新型滑石瓷制备步骤包括原料粉碎—配料—榨泥—陈腐—真空练泥—注浆成型—脱模烧结—小试—中试—投产,其中,粘土为高岭土或膨润土或两者的组合物,注浆成型采用的泥浆含水量为32-33%,注浆压力为0.18MPa,脱模烧结温度为1250℃,烧结时间为8.5h。
实施例3:
一种新型滑石瓷,包括以下百分含量组分制成:粘土16.4%、长石16%、硅酸盐4%、复合添加剂3%、海泡石余量,所述新型滑石瓷制备步骤包括原料粉碎—配料—榨泥—陈腐—真空练泥—注浆成型—脱模烧结—小试—中试—投产,其中,粘土为高岭土或膨润土或两者的组合物,注浆成型采用的泥浆含水量为32-33%,注浆压力为0.2MPa,脱模烧结温度为1260℃,烧结时间为9h。
实施例4:
一种新型滑石瓷,包括以下百分含量组分制成:粘土16.8%、长石17%、硅酸盐6%、复合添加剂5%、海泡石余量,所述新型滑石瓷制备步骤包括原料粉碎—配料—榨泥—陈腐—真空练泥—注浆成型—脱模烧结—小试—中试—投产,其中,粘土为高岭土或膨润土或两者的组合物,注浆成型采用的泥浆含水量为32-33%,注浆压力为0.2MPa,脱模烧结温度为1260℃,烧结时间为9h。
实施例5:
一种新型滑石瓷,包括以下百分含量组分制成:粘土16%、长石14%、硅酸盐5%、复合添加剂4%、海泡石余量,所述新型滑石瓷制备步骤包括原料粉碎—配料—榨泥—陈腐—真空练泥—注浆成型—脱模烧结—小试—中试—投产,其中,粘土为高岭土或膨润土或两者的组合物,注浆成型采用的泥浆含水量为32-33%,注浆压力为0.19MPa,脱模烧结温度为1250℃,烧结时间为8.5h。
实施例6:
一种新型滑石瓷,包括以下百分含量组分制成:粘土14.5%、长石16%、硅酸盐7%、复合添加剂2%、海泡石余量,所述新型滑石瓷制备步骤包括原料粉碎—配料—榨泥—陈腐—真空练泥—注浆成型—脱模烧结—小试—中试—投产,其中,粘土为高岭土或膨润土或两者的组合物,注浆成型采用的泥浆含水量为32-33%,注浆压力为0.18MPa,脱模烧结温度为1240℃,烧结时间为9h。

1.一种新型滑石瓷,其特征在于,由以下重量百分含量组分制成:粘土14.5-16.8%、长石12-17%、硅酸盐2-7%、复合添加剂1-5%、海泡石余量,所述新型滑石瓷制备步骤包括原料粉碎—配料—榨泥—陈腐—真空练泥—注浆成型—脱模烧结—小试—中试—投产;
所述粘土为高岭土或膨润土或两者的组合物;
所述硅酸盐为质量比1:2:2的硅酸钠、硅酸镁、硅酸锆的组合物;
所述复合添加剂为质量比2:1:1的三聚磷酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、柠檬酸钠的组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型滑石瓷,其特征在于:制备步骤中原料粉碎具体为粘土、长石、海泡石先分别干燥至含水量为4-6%、3-4%和≤2%,然后再分别研磨破碎至粒径为10-20µm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型滑石瓷,其特征在于:制备步骤中配料包括原料预处理和按重量百分比进行原料混合,所述原料预处理为依次进行的淘洗、磁选和筛料三个操作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型滑石瓷,其特征在于:制备步骤中注浆成型采用的泥浆含水量为32-33%,注浆压力为0.18-0.2MPa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型滑石瓷,其特征在于:制备步骤中脱模烧结温度为1240-1260℃,烧结时间为8-9h。
