Abstract
本发明提供车辆。车辆(100)具备后座,该后座具有靠背部(21)、以及相对于靠背部(21)在车辆前侧相邻地设置的小物箱(31)。小物箱(31)包括:主体部(32),以与靠背部(21)之间设有间隙(51)的方式配置,并沿车辆前后方向设置;延伸部(36),从主体部(32)向靠背部(21)的正下方延伸;以及具有托盘形状的接纳部(37),位于相比间隙(51)靠下方的位置且设置于延伸部(36)。通过这种结构,提供一种能够容易地回收落下至后座的下部的物体的车辆。
Description
技术领域
本发明一般涉及车辆,更特定地涉及车辆的后座的构造。
背景技术
关于现有车辆,例如,在日本特开平8-104178号公报中,公开了一种以不伴随舒适性降低而实质上扩大小物箱的收纳容积为目的的汽车的小物箱。在日本特开平8-104178号公报所公开的小物箱的外侧壁的下端部,设置有在相比副驾驶座椅的座垫的下表面靠下方朝副驾驶座椅侧伸出的接纳部。
另外,在日本特开平8-198016号公报中,公开了一种以不将手深入地插入座椅与小物箱之间便能够容易地取出落下的物体为目的的车辆用内饰装置。在日本特开平8-198016号公报所公开的车辆用内饰装置中,在前座座垫与小物箱之间,进出自由地设置有接纳落下的物体的接纳容器。
另外,在日本特开2004-249958号公报中,公开了一种以能够使扶手在箱主体上不产生晃动而以稳定状态移动、能够赋予高级感、而且提高易用性为目的的小物箱。在日本特开2004-249958号公报所公开的小物箱中,在箱主体的两侧设置有与车辆前后方向平行地延伸的一对侧壁。在一对侧壁以能够沿车辆前后方向移动的方式支承有兼作用于开闭箱主体的收容部的盖体的扶手。
如上述日本特开平8-104178号公报、日本特开平8-198016号公报、日本特开2004-249958号公报所公开那样,公知有在车厢内具备小物箱的车辆。若假想这种小物箱设置于后座的座面的情况,则存在物体从小物箱与后座的靠背部之间的间隙向后座的下部落下的顾虑。为此,寻求能够容易地回收落下至后座的下部的物体的车辆的构造。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于解决上述课题,提供一种能够容易地回收落下至后座的下部的物体的车辆。
本发明的车辆具备后座,该后座具有靠背部、以及相对于靠背部在车辆前侧相邻地设置的前方部件。前方部件包括:主体部,该主体部以与靠背部之间设有间隙的方式配置,并沿车辆前后方向设置;延伸部,该延伸部从主体部向靠背部的正下方延伸;以及具有托盘形状的接纳部,该接纳部位于相比上述间隙靠下方的位置且设置于延伸部。
根据这样构成的车辆,通过在前方部件的延伸部设置具有托盘形状的接纳部,能够使从主体部与靠背部之间的间隙落下至后座的下部的物体停留于接纳部。由此,能够从后座的下部容易地回收落下的物体。
另外,优选前方部件是形成物体的收纳空间的小物箱。主体部具有框体形状。
根据这样构成的车辆,能够容易地回收从小物箱与靠背部之间的间隙落下至后座的下部的物体。
另外,优选延伸部从主体部向斜下方向延伸,并在该延伸部延伸的末端设置接纳部。
根据这样构成的车辆,能够使侵入至主体部与靠背部之间的间隙的物体更可靠地向接纳部移动。
另外,优选延伸部与靠背部接触。
根据这样构成的车辆,由于车厢内的空间与后座的下部空间之间被延伸部隔开,所以能够提高车厢内的舒适性。
另外,优选靠背部具有能够沿车辆前后方向倾斜的倾斜功能,在靠背部从前方部件立起的第一状态、和靠背部与前方部件相互重叠的第二状态之间变化。
根据这样构成的车辆,即便侵入至前方部件与靠背部之间的间隙的物体在靠背部倾斜时被靠背部拉拽而向后座的下部落下,也能够容易地回收落下的物体。
另外,优选延伸部在第一状态下与靠背部接触,在第二状态下与靠背部不接触。
根据这样构成的车辆,在靠背部变化至第二状态时,能够使侵入至主体部与靠背部之间的间隙的物体更可靠地向接纳部移动。
根据本发明,能够提供一种能够容易地回收落下至后座的下部的物体的车辆。

参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。此外,在以下参照的附图中,对相同或与之相当的部件标注相同的编号。
图1是示出设置于本发明的实施方式的车辆的室内的后座的立体图。参照图1,本实施方式的车辆100是以汽油发动机或柴油发动机等的内燃机、以及通过来自蓄电池的电力供给而驱动的马达作为动力源的混合动力汽车。
本发明的车辆并不限于混合动力汽车,例如,可以是仅以内燃机为动力源的汽车,也可以是电动汽车或燃料电池汽车。
车辆100具有后座10。后座10是从具备驾驶座椅的第一排座椅观察时设置于车辆后侧的座椅。作为代表性的例子,后座10为第二排座椅,但并不限于此,也可以为具备第一排~第三排座椅的车辆中的第三排座椅等。
后座10具有靠背部21、座部26以及小物箱31。
靠背部21是供就座于后座21的乘客的后背进行倚靠的座椅部位。靠背部21具有能够沿车辆前后方向倾斜的倾斜功能。靠背部21由设置于车厢内的右侧的靠背部21p、以及设置于车厢内的左侧的靠背部21q构成。靠背部21p以及靠背部21q能够在倾斜时相互独立地进行动作。
座部26是供就座于后座10的乘客坐下的座椅部位。座部26相邻地设置于靠背部21的车辆前侧。座部26由设置于车厢内的右侧的座部26p、以及设置于车厢内的左侧的座部26q构成。座部26p相邻地设置于靠背部21p的车辆前侧,座部26q相邻地设置于靠背部21q的车辆前侧。以在车辆宽度方向上设有间隔的方式配置座部26p以及座部26q。
小物箱31是构成物体的收纳箱的座椅设备品。小物箱31设置于座部26p以及座部26q之间。小物箱31相邻地设置于靠背部21(21p)的车辆前侧。小物箱31以从座部26的座面27突出的方式设置。
图2是示出图1中的小物箱的外观的立体图。图3是示出沿着图1中的III-III线上的车辆的剖视图。
参照图1~图3,后座10设置于地板41上。地板41构成车辆100的车身的一部分。在地板41以及后座10之间形成有座椅下空间53。
在后座10的车辆后侧设置有用于收纳行李的行李箱55。在行李箱55设置有构成行李箱55的底板面的底板部件44。底板部件44由沿大致水平方向延伸的板材构成。在靠背部21与底板部件44之间设置有间隙56。间隙56与座椅下空间53相通。在地板41上搭载有蓄电池43。蓄电池43配置于底板部件44与地板41之间。
对小物箱31的构造更详细地进行说明,小物箱31具有主体部32、延伸部36以及承接部(Tray)37。小物箱整体由树脂成型品构成。
主体部32具有框体形状,构成作为收纳箱的小物箱31的主要部分。主体部32以与靠背部21之间设有间隙51的方式配置,并沿车辆前后方向设置。
靠背部21作为其构成部位具有下端部22。下端部22在车辆前后方向上配置于主体部32与蓄电池43之间。间隙51设置于主体部32与靠背部21的下端部22之间。间隙51具有规定的宽度,并沿车辆宽度方向延伸。
主体部32俯视时呈车辆前后方向成为长边方向、车辆宽度方向成为短边方向的大致矩形。在本实施方式中,主体部32通过箱部32m以及盖部32n组合而构成。箱部32m具有向上方开口的箱形状。盖部32n以能够开闭箱部32m的开口部的方式设置。盖部32n也作为在就座于后座10的乘客的扶手发挥功能。
延伸部36利用夹持部件34与主体部32(箱部32m)连接。延伸部36从主体部32向靠背部21的正下方延伸。延伸部36从主体部32向车辆后方延伸。延伸部36从主体部32向斜下方延伸。延伸部36由在车辆宽度方向上具有与主体部32(箱部32m)大致相同的长度的板材构成。延伸部36设置成将间隙51与座椅下空间53之间彼此隔开。
延伸部36以与靠背部21(下端部22)接触的方式设置。靠背部21的表面通过与延伸部36接触而向内侧变形。即、延伸部36与靠背部21进行面接触。延伸部36在向斜下方向延伸的区间与靠背部21接触。延伸部36在主体部32与承接部37之间与靠背部21接触。
承接部37位于相比间隙51靠下方的位置且设置于延伸部36。承接部37一体地设置于构成延伸部36的板材。承接部37设置于向斜下方向延伸的延伸部36的前端。承接部37配置于靠背部21(下端部22)的正下方。承接部37设置在其至少一部分能够通过间隙56目视确认的位置。
承接部37具有托盘形状。更具体而言,承接部37作为其构成部位具有底部38以及周壁部39。底部38形成承接部37的底部分。周壁部39从底部38的外周缘立起而形成壁形状。
图4是示出图3中的后座的收纳状态的剖视图。参照图3以及图4,靠背部21伴随着倾斜动作而在靠背部21从小物箱31立起的使用状态(图3中所示的状态)、和靠背部21与小物箱31重叠的收纳状态(图4中所示的状态)之间变形。
在图4中所示的收纳状态下,靠背部21配置于底板部件44的延长线上,从而扩大行李箱55。在图3中所示的使用状态下,延伸部36与靠背部21接触,另一方面,在图4中所示的收纳状态下,延伸部36与靠背部21不接触。
参照图1~图4,有时物体误侵入小物箱31的主体部32与靠背部21之间的间隙51。在本实施方式中,在图3中所示的使用状态下延伸部36与靠背部21接触,所以物体成为被夹在延伸部36与靠背部21之间的状态。但是,在该状态下,若靠背部21进行倾斜动作,则物体被靠背部21拉拽而向座椅下空间53落下。
在本实施方式中,由于在延伸部36设置有具有托盘形状的承接部37,所以能够利用承接部37接住向座椅下空间53落下的物体。此时,由于延伸部36从主体部32向斜下方向延伸,并且在该延伸部36延伸的末端设置承接部37,所以能够使侵入至间隙51的物体更可靠地向承接部37移动。另外,在图4中所示的收纳状态下,由于延伸部36与靠背部21不接触,所以侵入至间隙51的物体不会停留于被夹在延伸部36与靠背部21之间的状态。
被承接部37接住的物体例如通过靠背部21与底板部件44之间的间隙56从行李箱侧被回收。
另外,在图3中所示的使用状态下,由于延伸部36与靠背部21接触,所以能够防止从座椅下空间53向后座10泄漏冷气。因此,就座于后座10的乘客不会感到冷气,因此能够提高车厢内的舒适性。
对以上说明的本发明的实施方式的车辆100的构造总结性地进行说明,本实施方式的车辆100具备后座10,该后座10具有靠背部21、以及相对于靠背部21在车辆前侧相邻地设置的作为前方部件的小物箱31。小物箱31包括:主体部32,该主体部32以与靠背部21之间设有间隙51的方式配置,并沿车辆前后方向设置;延伸部36,该延伸部36从主体部32向靠背部21的正下方延伸;以及具有托盘形状的接纳部37,该接纳部37位于相比间隙51靠下方的位置且设置于延伸部36。
根据这样构成的本发明的实施方式的车辆100,由于利用接纳部37接住向座椅下空间53落下的物体,所以能够容易地回收落下的物体。
此外,在本实施方式中,虽然对本发明的前方部件为小物箱31的情况进行了说明,但是并不限于此,还能够在相对于靠背部21在车辆前侧相邻地设置的座部26应用本发明的接纳构造。
本发明适用于具备后座的车辆。
虽对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但此次公开的实施方式在全部方面均为例示而不应被考虑为限制性的结构。本发明的范围由权利要求示出,并意在包括与权利要求书等同的意思以及范围内的全部变更。
Claims (5)
1.一种车辆,其中,
所述车辆具备后座,该后座具有靠背部、以及相对于所述靠背部在车辆前侧相邻地设置的前方部件,
所述前方部件包括:
主体部,该主体部以与所述靠背部之间设有间隙的方式配置,并沿车辆前后方向设置;
延伸部,该延伸部从所述主体部向所述靠背部的正下方延伸;以及
具有托盘形状的接纳部,该接纳部位于相比所述间隙靠下方的位置且设置于所述延伸部,
所述延伸部从所述主体部向斜下方向延伸,在该延伸部延伸的末端设置所述接纳部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,
所述前方部件是形成物体的收纳空间的小物箱,
所述主体部具有框体形状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆,其中,
所述延伸部与所述靠背部接触。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆,其中,
所述靠背部具有能够沿车辆前后方向倾斜的倾斜功能,在所述靠背部从所述前方部件立起的第一状态、和所述靠背部与所述前方部件重叠的第二状态之间变化。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆,其中,
所述延伸部在所述第一状态下与所述靠背部接触,在所述第二状态下与所述靠背部不接触。
