本发明涉及充气轮胎。更具体地,本发明针对具有石头排出器的轮胎胎面。
背景技术
使用充气轮胎(尤其是更大的轮胎,诸如用于公交车或卡车轮胎的那些)时遇到的一个问题是石头或碎片被卡在轮胎胎面中。如果石头被卡在胎面花纹沟中,则可能因为石头或碎片反复碰撞花纹沟侧壁而导致花纹沟的损伤。因此,期望有一种具有改进的石头排出器的改进的胎面设计。
发明内容
本文公开一种具有胎面的充气轮胎。所述胎面具有被至少一个花纹沟分开的多个胎面元件,胎面元件具有从初始胎面表面和至少一个花纹沟的基底确定的深度。所述胎面具有至少一个石头排出器。
定义
对于本发明来说以下定义是限定的。
“轴向的”和“轴向地”在此用于指平行于轮胎旋转轴线的线或方向。
“赤道中心面(CP)”表示垂直于轮胎旋转轴线且经过其胎面中心的平面。
“周向的”表示沿平行于赤道中心面CP且垂直于轴向方向的沿环形胎面的表面的周长延伸的线或方向。
“径向的”和“径向地”用于表示径向地朝向或背离轮胎旋转轴线的方向。

具体实施方式
以下表达是关于实现本发明的目前最好的预期方式。本描述是出于阐明本发明的一般原理的目的,并且不应被理解为限制的意义。参照所附权利要求最佳地确定本发明的范围。
图1图示轮胎胎面100的一部分的平面图。轮胎胎面可关于胎面中心线对称或如图所示地不对称。胎面100具有第一横向边缘120和第二横向边缘130。在每个横向边缘120、130处,存在多个沿周向对齐的肩部胎面块122、132。多个胎面块140位于肩部胎面块122、132之间。如图所示,多个胎面块140可被布置成周向的行150、160、170、180,但不要求这样。胎面块被周向的花纹沟152、154、156、158、160彼此分开,该周向的花纹沟可以是平直的、锯齿形的或之字形的。还可以存在使胎面块彼此分开的一个或多个横向花纹沟190、192、194、196、198、200、202。横向花纹沟优选地相对于轴向方向形成在20°至90°,或30°至45°范围内的角α。
每个胎面块具有大体上矩形或正方形的形状,所述胎面块可如图所示地不对称且具有锯齿状边缘,或者可以是对称的且具有光滑边缘。每个胎面块至少具有这样的边缘,既至少一个石头排出器200从该边缘突起。
石头排出器200优选地沿位于第一和第二花纹沟(例如,花纹沟152和花纹沟196)的交叉处的胎面块壁141定位。石头排出器200定位为沿胎面块壁141相对于花纹沟152。石头排出器200像铲那样作用,以朝向相对的花纹沟152将石头或碎片移出花纹沟196。优选地,相对的花纹沟152的宽度w1比横向的花纹沟196的宽度w2更宽。因此,石头排出器200将石头铲到更宽的花纹沟中,以促进从胎面排出石头。优选地,宽度w1在比宽度w2宽20-25%的范围中。如图所示,石头排出器具有三个面202、204、206,这三个面形成从花纹沟210的底部延伸到花纹沟的面的上部的主斜坡202。石头排出器被成形为类似于从花纹沟侧壁(脸)212延伸出的鼻子。主斜坡202与花纹沟底部形成范围在约20-80度的角,更优选地所述角在30-60度的范围。
虽然在一个特定的胎面配置的背景下示出了石头排出器,但石头排出器可作为原件被用于其他胎面配置中,并且根据本发明的石头排出器的使用不限于所示出的特定胎面配置。

Claims (4)

1.一种充气轮胎,所述轮胎包括胎面,所述胎面具有被至少一个花纹沟分开的多个胎面元件,所述胎面元件具有从初始胎面表面和所述至少一个花纹沟的基底确定的深度,其中,所述胎面元件具有侧壁,其中,胎面排出器具有位于所述侧壁上的第一端。
2.如权利要求1所述的轮胎,其中,所述石头排出器具有从花纹沟底部延伸到所述胎面元件侧壁的至少一个倾斜的壁。
3.如权利要求1所述的轮胎,其中,所述石头排出器的倾斜的壁相对于花纹沟底部表面成在10°至60°范围内的角。
4.如权利要求1所述的轮胎,其中,所述石头排出器位于第一花纹沟和第二花纹沟的交叉处。
