Abstract

一种增安型轮胎。主要用于汽车。目的是增强普通轮胎的防爆性能。其方案是:轮胎含有外胎和内胎;其中,内胎的正投影轮廓线是波浪形的,波峰对波峰,波谷对波谷,首尾环接构成内胎气室;外胎是子午线轮胎,外胎和轮毂之间,构成一个外胎气室。正常行驶时,内胎和外胎之间是不接触的;在外胎突然失压或爆胎时,内胎进一步膨胀,把外胎或外胎的剩余部分,临时稳固在轮毂上,为司机处理故障赢得时间和空间。应用时,在轮毂上合适的位置,开一个安装内胎的充气阀通孔即可。本发明可以方便地、经济地对现有的存量的普通子午线轮胎进行改造,从而降低爆胎的概率,或,降低爆胎事故的伤亡程度。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种增安型轮胎。主要用于汽车。
背景技术:
目前,零胎压继续行走的轮胎,在一定条件下,能降低高速爆胎的风险。但是,由于这种轮胎对轮毂和换胎设备,都有特殊的要求,以及,价格昂贵。这样,在大多数的经济型的车辆上,推广困难。而70%左右的恶性事故,都由爆胎引起。
发明内容:
本发明的目的:增强普通轮胎的防爆性能。
本发明的方案:一种增安型轮胎,由轮毂、外胎、内胎构成,其特征是:内胎的正投影轮廓线是波浪形的,波峰和波峰相对应,构成较大的腔室,波谷和波谷相对应,构成较小的腔室。上述腔室首尾联通,构成内胎气腔。外胎是子午线轮胎,外胎和轮毂之间,构成一个外胎气室。通过设计和制造,控制内胎在正常工作状态下的形态和尺寸;控制内胎气室和外胎气室之间的压强差,使内胎和外胎,处于一种亚接触状态。正常情况下,内胎和外胎之间是不接触或不发生摩擦的,这样,可以尽量保证和延长内胎的寿命。在外胎突然失压或爆胎时,内胎进一步膨胀,把外胎或外胎的剩余部分,临时稳固在轮毂上,这样,轮胎的变化相对较小,增强车辆的可操控性,为司机处理故障赢得时间和空间。由于内胎波谷部分,与外胎和轮毂之间,有明显的距离,外胎气室内的气体,可以和轮毂之间进行较好的热交换。
如上所述的一种增安型轮胎,其特征是:在一个外胎气室内含有2条以上的波浪形内胎。目的是进一步增强其可靠性。
如上所述的一种增安型轮胎,其特征是:2条以上的波浪形内胎,波峰和波谷相互交叠,安置在轮毂上。目的是增强内胎与轮毂之间的静摩擦力。
如上所述的一种增安型轮胎,其特征是:内胎的胎壁内含有纤维网。目的是增强内胎的承压强度,以及,保持内胎的形态和可变的尺寸范围。
如上所述的一种增安型轮胎,其特征是:内胎外表面含有导热涂层。目的是进一步改善轮胎的温升。

具体实施方式:
传统的圆环形内胎是成熟的工艺,本发明的工艺和流程,可以借鉴。应用时,对现有的子午线轮胎,根据其规格型号的不同,选用匹配的内胎,在轮毂上合适的位置,开一个安装内胎的充气阀通孔即可。本发明可以方便地、经济地推广到现有的普通子午线轮胎上,或,对存量汽车的轮胎,可以经济、方便地进行改造,从而,降低爆胎引起恶性事故的概率,减少伤亡。

1.一种增安型轮胎,由轮毂、外胎、内胎构成,其特征是:内胎的正投影轮廓线是波浪形的,波峰和波峰相对应,构成较大的腔室,波谷和波谷相对应,构成较小的腔室。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种增安型轮胎,其特征是:在一个外胎气室内含有2条以上的波浪形内胎。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种增安型轮胎,其特征是:2条以上的波浪形内胎,波峰和波谷相互交叠,安置在轮毂上。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种增安型轮胎,其特征是:内胎的胎壁内含有纤维网。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种增安型轮胎,其特征是:内胎外表面含有导热涂层。
