本发明涉及汽车制造领域,具体地说是一种能安装自动调压筒的轮毂。
背景技术
为防治车辆长时间、高速、高温气候行驶引起胎压升高发生暴胎,防治气温降低导至胎压降低,使车辆行驶更安全节油,一种“安全节油型自动调压轮毂”,专利号:201310286515.8采用双金属支架的温变形功能来调节内胎的体积来达到自动调压的目的,为安装双金属支架采用组合式轮毂,其较多的组件生产成本高,适用范围少。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种能安装自动调压筒的轮毂,成本低。
按照本方案,一种能安装自动调压筒的轮毂,其特征是:包括轮毂的轮辋1中设置有两凹槽2,在两凹槽2中设置有自动调压筒4,自动调压筒4两端设置有密封圈3,自动调压筒4与轮辋1之间设置有调压腔5,在调压腔外侧的轮辋1上设置有调压器孔6,在轮辋1外侧凹槽2的上方设置有安装充气嘴的充气嘴孔8。
本发明的技术效果在于:采用双金属鼓替代原有的双金属支架,结构更简单,使轮胎的充气室分隔成调压腔与胎压腔两部分,利用双金属鼓的温变形功能与两气压腔的压差,当胎压增大胎温升高时,胎压腔的压力就大于调压腔,双金属鼓内的主动层热胀使鼓形趋向筒形,胎压腔体积自动增大胎压下降;反之气温下降升高,行驶更省油,更安全。

图中,包括轮辋1、凹槽2、密封圈3、调压筒4、调压腔5、调压器孔6、轮幅7、充气嘴孔8等。
如图所示,本发明是一种能安装自动调压筒的轮毂,所述两凹槽2设置于轮辋1中,密封圈3设置于自动调压筒4两端,自动调压筒4设置于两凹槽2中,自动调压筒4与轮辋1之间形成调压腔5,调压器孔6设置于调压腔外侧的轮辋1上,充气嘴孔8设置于轮辋1外侧凹槽2的上方,轮幅7设置于轮辋中。
本发明可采用低压、旋压、压注等方式一次铸造而成,所述调压筒的安装气氛是低温状态,所述调压筒的接头采用激光焊接。

1.一种能安装自动调压筒的轮毂,其特征是:包括轮毂的轮辋(1)中设置有两凹槽(2),在两凹槽(2)中设置有自动调压筒(4),自动调压筒(4)两端设置有密封圈(3),自动调压筒(4)与轮辋(1)之间设置有调压腔(5),在调压腔外侧的轮辋(1)上设置有调压器孔(6),在轮辋(1)外侧凹槽(2)的上方设置有安装充气嘴的充气嘴孔(8);
所述调压筒的安装气氛是低温状态。
