一种带自动调压带的轮毂,其特征是:包括轮毂的轮辋上设置有充气嘴孔,充气嘴孔下方的轮辋上设置有安装箍,安装箍上设置有自动调压带,调压带与轮辋之间设置有调压腔,调压腔下方的轮辋上设置有调压器孔,轮辋中设置有轮幅;采用轮辋上设置的安装箍安装调压带,结构简单;采用定制的有拉伸指标的自动调压带与轮胎间形成胎压腔,当胎压超标时,调压带被拉伸后,调压带扩向轮辋,胎压腔的容量会增大,胎压变低;当胎压变低时,调压带收缩,胎压腔的容量变小,使变低的胎压恢复至原充气值,形成自动调压的功能,使轮胎的气压维持在更科学合理的规格参数内,满足驾乘的舒适性,载运的可靠性,不但行驶更省油,更安全,还延长轮胎的使用寿命。

本申请涉及汽车制造领域,具体地说是一种带自动调压带的轮毂。
背景技术
为防治车辆长时间、高速、高温气候行驶引起胎压升高发生暴胎,防治气温降低导至胎压降低,使车辆行驶更安全节油,一种“安全节油型自动调压轮毂”,专利号:201310286515.8采用双金属支架的温变形功能来调节内胎的体积来达到自动调压的目的,为安装双金属支架采用组合式轮毂,其较多的组件生产成本高,适用范围少。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本申请提供一种带自动调压带的轮毂,成本低,适用范围广。
按照本方案,一种带自动调压带的轮毂,其特征是:包括轮毂的轮辋1上设置有充气嘴孔7,充气嘴孔7下方的轮辋上设置有安装箍2,安装箍2上设置有自动调压带3,调压带3与轮辋之间设置有调压腔4,调压腔4下方的轮辋上设置有调压器孔5,轮辋1中设置有轮幅6。
所述安装箍2设置成偶数。
所述同尺寸轮胎用轮辋的轮辋内径尺寸小于目前使用的轮辋。
本申请的技术效果在于:采用轮辋上设置的安装箍安装调压带,结构简单;采用定制的有拉伸指标的自动调压带与轮胎间形成胎压腔,当胎压超标时,调压带被拉伸后,调压带扩向轮辋,胎压腔的容量会增大,胎压变低;当胎压变低时,调压带收缩,胎压腔的容量变小,使变低的胎压恢复至原充气值,形成自动调压的功能,使轮胎的气压维持在更科学合理的规格参数内,满足驾乘的舒适性,载运的可靠性,不但行驶更省油,更安全,还延长轮胎的使用寿命。

1.一种带自动调压带的轮毂,其特征是:包括轮毂的轮辋(1)上设置有充气嘴孔(7),充气嘴孔(7)下方的轮辋上设置有安装箍(2),安装箍(2)上设置有自动调压带(3),调压带(3)与轮辋之间设置有调压腔(4),调压腔(4)下方的轮辋上设置有调压器孔(5),轮辋(1)中设置有轮幅(6);
所述安装箍(2)设置成偶数;
所述同尺寸轮胎用轮辋的轮辋内径尺寸小于目前使用的轮辋。
