Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车车轮,主要由汽车轮毂和汽车轮胎组成,汽车轮毂的轮辋中间设置一胎圈座,汽车轮胎中间设置有趾口、胎圈钢丝、胎壁、胎肩,并设置有两个充气嘴。本发明能解决汽车爆胎的问题,同时避免现有防爆轮胎对汽车底盘、轮辋、悬架减震性能要求高的问题,爆胎后在较低速度下能行驶足够长的路程,使用普通轮胎的汽车也能使用防爆轮胎,大大降低使用防爆胎的汽车制造成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车车轮,汽车车轮爆胎后仍能行驶。
背景技术
当前市场汽车车轮使用的轮胎分有内胎轮胎和无内胎轮胎,按防爆性能又分为普通轮胎和防爆轮胎。防爆轮胎,虽然能解决解决高速行驶时,轮胎爆胎后车辆失控的问题,但由于防爆轮胎两胎侧加厚胎壁厚度,轮胎变得比较硬,吸震能力降低,行车时,地面震动冲击会对汽车的悬挂系统造成更大的影响,加速悬挂系统的老化,也增加行车时的噪音,防爆汽车轮胎对汽车底盘、轮辋、悬架减震性能要求很高,如果使用不当会对汽车的底盘、悬架等造成损伤,使用普通轮胎的汽车不能更换为防爆汽汽车轮胎,降低的防爆轮胎的普及。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种车轮,将车轮充气区间设置成两个隔离的区间并能单独充气。
本发明的技术方案是:一种汽车车轮,包括汽车轮毂和汽车轮胎,将汽车轮毂和汽车轮胎充气区间设置一隔离圈,将充气区间分成两个单独的充气区间,汽车轮胎除了设置胎侧、趾口、胎肩、胎冠外,两个胎侧的中间设置一趾口、胎壁、胎肩,趾口内设置胎圈钢丝;汽车轮毂轮辋的中间位置设置一圈带凹槽的凸台,将汽车轮毂轮辋沿轮毂圆周的方向分成两半,并分别设置两个安装充气嘴的气门孔位置。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明由汽车轮毂1、汽车轮胎2组成;汽车轮毂1除了设置轮辋、轮辐、轮缘、胎圈座、气门孔外,轮辋中间设置一圈带凹槽的凸台中间胎圈座3,将轮辋沿轮毂圆周的方向分成区间一3和区间二4两个区间。区间一3设置一气门孔安装区间一充气嘴6;在区间一3气门孔的对称位置设置区间二4的气门孔,区间二充气嘴7设置成穿过区间一伸出汽车轮毂1外侧形式,在中间胎圈座5及汽车轮毂外侧各开一气门孔。汽车轮胎2除了设置通常的结构趾口、胎侧、胎肩、胎冠、胎圈钢丝外,汽车轮胎两边胎侧中间位置设置中间趾口8、胎壁9、中间胎肩10、中间胎圈钢丝11,中间胎圈钢丝11设置在中间趾口8内。汽车轮胎中间趾口8与汽车轮毂轮中间胎圈座5装配,中间胎圈座5的轮缘较低,须保证轮胎中间趾口8与轮毂中间胎圈座5接合位的密封性能的同时,在其中只有一个区间充气后能承受一定的冲击力和轮胎内足够大的气压,轮胎中间趾口8不会从轮毂中间胎圈座5内脱离出来,保证汽车低速行驶的安全需求,汽车轮毂的中间胎圈座的凹槽设置成光滑的面,汽车轮胎的中间趾口8设置为具备良好密封性能、较高的硬度和较高的强度,胎壁9设置为高强度和高硬度结构,中间胎肩10设置为横向低弹性或纵向高弹性体结构,中间胎圈钢丝设置使用高强度高弹性材料。由于轮毂中间胎圈座5的轮缘高度较低,汽车轮胎其中一个区间爆胎后不能以较高的速度行驶,其中一个区间爆胎不会解变汽车轮胎行驶时的状态,低速行驶时汽车轮胎对汽车底盘、悬架等不会造成影响,对汽车底盘、轮辋、悬架减震性能要求与普通轮胎相同,能降低汽车制造成本。
Claims (3)
1.一种汽车轮胎,其特征在于:一种汽车轮胎,主要由汽车轮毂、汽车轮胎组成,汽车轮毂的轮辋中间设置一胎圈座,汽车轮胎两胎侧的中间设置趾口、胎圈钢丝、胎壁、胎肩,汽车轮毂上设置两个充气嘴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车轮胎,其特征在于:汽车轮毂除设置轮辋、轮辐、轮缘、胎圈座、气门孔外,轮辋中间设置一胎圈座,其胎圈座上部设置一凹槽,轮毂上设置两个安装充气嘴的位置;其中一充气嘴安装孔设置两个孔,一个孔设置在中间胎圈座,另一个孔设置在汽车轮毂外侧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种汽车轮胎,其特征在于:汽车轮胎除设置通常的轮胎结构趾口、胎侧、胎肩、胎冠、胎圈钢丝外,汽车轮胎两胎侧中间位置设置趾口、胎壁、胎肩、胎圈钢丝,胎圈钢丝设置在趾口内。
