一种汽车行李箱尾板的多角度热辐射焊接结构,其特征在于:包括行李箱尾板、以及围绕行李箱尾板设置的升降横移承托机构、侧向翻转承托机构、侧向移动加热机构以及横向移动加热机构和横向翻转承托机构,所述的侧向翻转承托机构包括设置在模具底板上方两侧的基座、设置在基座上方的连接座、设置连接座上方的侧向转向气缸以及设置在转向气缸上方的侧向移动加热机构,所述的横向移动加热机构包括设置在行李箱尾板上方的移动热板座、设置在移动热板座下部的一组移动加热板,本发明的有益效果:由于采用多角度热辐射焊接结构可同时焊接可精确的控制焊头的深度,能焊接250×150mm的异性曲面物件,焊接后的汽车行李箱尾板水密封性能高。

本发明涉及一种热辐射焊接结构,尤其是涉及一种汽车行李箱尾板多角度热辐射焊接结构。
背景技术
目前,汽车行李箱尾板因结构复杂需要多种多角度热辐射焊接结构。而一般的汽车行李箱尾板度热辐射焊接设备存在着:焊接后的汽车行李箱尾板水密封性能差、外观的光亮度不高,油漆后易损伤。同事现有的超声波焊接设备采用的是单焊头焊接,焊头的焊接深度难以控制。而现有的汽车行李箱尾板焊接设备采用的是正方向受力,因而焊接的精度不高;焊接后工件易变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车行李箱尾板的多头多角度热辐射焊接结构,提高汽车行李箱尾板焊接封性能的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车行李箱尾板的多角度热辐射焊接结构,其特征在于:包括行李箱尾板、围绕行李箱尾板设置的升降横移承托机构、侧向翻转承托机构、侧向移动加热机构以及横向移动加热机构和横向翻转承托机构,所述的升降横移承托机构包括设置在行李箱尾板下部的模具底板,在模具底板上部设置有工件定位夹具,在模具底板下部连接升降气缸以及设置在模具底板下部并连接在升降气缸上的辅助支架,所述的侧向翻转承托机构包括设置在模具底板上方两侧的基座、设置在基座上方的连接座、设置连接座上方的侧向转向气缸以及设置在转向气缸上方的侧向移动加热机构,所述的横向移动加热机构包括设置在行李箱尾板上方的移动热板座、设置在移动热板座下部的一组移动加热板,在每个移动加热板的外侧部连接横向翻转承托机构。
具体的,所述的侧向移动加热机构包括侧向加热板、侧向加热板的上部设置限位挡板,限位挡板的顶部设置侧向移动气缸以及设置在侧向加热板与侧向移动气缸之间的内撑板。
具体的,所述的工件定位夹具包括4个水平设置在模具底板上的压紧气缸。
具体的,所述的横向翻转承托机构包括设置在移动加热板的外侧横向移动气缸。
本发明的有益效果:由于采用多角度热辐射焊接结构可同时焊接可精确的控制焊头的深度,能焊接250×150mm的异性曲面物件。焊接后的汽车行李箱尾板水密封性能高、外观的光亮,油漆后工件无损伤。

实施例1,如图1、2所示,一种汽车行李箱尾板的多角度热辐射焊接结构,其特征在于:包括行李箱尾板1、以及围绕行李箱尾板设置的升降横移承托机构、侧向翻转承托机构、侧向移动加热机构以及横向移动加热机构和横向翻转承托机构,所述的升降横移承托机构包括设置在行李箱尾板1下部的模具底板2、模具底板2上部设置工件定位夹具、连接在模具底板2下部的一组升降气缸3、设置在模具底板2下部并连接在升降气缸3上的辅助支架4,
所述的工件定位夹具包括4个水平设置在模具底板上的压紧气缸5。
所述的侧向翻转承托机构包括设置在模具底板2上方两侧的基座6、设置在基座6上方的连接座7、设置连接座7上方的侧向转向气缸8以及设置在转向气缸8上方的侧向移动加热机构,所述的侧向移动加热机构包括侧向加热板9、侧向加热板9的上部设置限位挡板10,限位挡板10的顶部设置侧向移动气缸11以及设置在侧向加热板9与侧向移动气缸11之间的内撑板12。
所述的横向移动加热机构包括设置在行李箱尾板1上方的移动热板座13、设置在移动热板座13下部的一组移动加热板14,在每个移动加热板14的外侧部连接横向移动气缸15。

1.一种汽车行李箱尾板的多角度热辐射焊接结构,其特征在于:包括行李箱尾板、围绕行李箱尾板设置的升降横移承托机构、侧向翻转承托机构、侧向移动加热机构以及横向移动加热机构和横向翻转承托机构,所述的升降横移承托机构包括设置在行李箱尾板下部的模具底板,在模具底板上部设置有工件定位夹具,在模具底板下部连接升降气缸以及设置在模具底板下部并连接在升降气缸上的辅助支架,所述的侧向翻转承托机构包括设置在模具底板上方两侧的基座、设置在基座上方的连接座、设置连接座上方的侧向转向气缸以及设置在转向气缸上方的侧向移动加热机构,所述的横向移动加热机构包括设置在行李箱尾板上方的移动热板座、设置在移动热板座下部的一组移动加热板,在每个移动加热板的外侧部连接横向翻转承托机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱尾板的多角度热辐射焊接结构,其特征在于:所述的横向翻转承托机构包括设置在移动加热板的外侧横向移动气缸。
